In dire need of help.
Posted 3 years agoI am in a massive bind, between a new bill to fix the AC at the start of summer, plus major dental work for my mother (over 2k) and increased costs of bills nad other stuff I am in red numbers and need some help. I hate asking, and I am trying to not ask for too much, but any ammount at all that anyone can send my way, will be a godsend and help me stay afloat until things finally begin to calm down on my end. I only use Ko-fi since I feel it is safer than sharing my paypal directly and they are good sports on sending the money directly without taking 5% or more per thing. https://ko-fi.com/aldenfenris
I need a bit of help, computer issues.
Posted 7 years agoSorry for not talking here in such a long time, only to poke here instead to mention my issues, but I kinda feel like this might be a good way to find help. Recently, my computer's only HDD decided to give up fully, and thus, I am really screwed, out of a computer and on a very old laptop I managed to get from my dad. I need a bit of funds to afford a good hd to replace the broken one, (things are a bit more expensive down here in argentina) and as such, I set a Ko-fi thing to receive donations... any bit will be gladly accepted.

Videogames!, got any suggestions?.
Posted 14 years agoI have been considering videogames as of late, but having a rather outdated machine. (barely able to deal with portal 1), my choices tend to end up with indie games and emulated things.
I went as far as buying a couple of games at GoG.com Painkiller Black edition and Nox. And got a bunch of indie games through steam as well.
I can say that I am glad that at least there are games being made that don't ask for a billion dollar pc, tho ti seems the bar keeps raising, even for indie, 2d stuff :).
Any suggestions for games for me to try?, be it old, or even emulated stuff?. No need to give me links of anything. (So far been able to play dreamcast, sega saturn, arcade, and gba properly, DS being too much heh.)
