So as much as I hate the idea of getting rid of any of my adopts I've found that no matter how hard I try I either can't attach to them or can't find a place for them in my stories. I want to see people have them who will use them, get art of them, and take care of them. Just because I don't always get art of a character done doesn't mean I'm not using them in my stories I write but the ones listed I just want to see with better people.

So Tigard and I are going bat shit crazy with our free time and decided we wanted to give yarn tails a try. Our first mistake was buying the wrong kind of yarn I think and Tigard swears there has to be a faster way. So anything you guys have will help.

Like how long does it normally take to make one?
How much are they selling for nowadays?
What's something you wish you knew now about making them?
How do I make the stupid knot at the end of the base big enough?

I'm going to try to get my hands on his mom's sewing machine too and see what I can get done about making ears or hats. So any tutorials or patterns would be appreciated too

I know I've been asking a lot of help from you lately. This time it's a little different. My mate and I are moving back to North Carolina and we need some help with moving costs. I don't know what I can offer. Any ideas of what you'd like in exchange for help? Any artists willing to help me? If someone could have a doodles for donations stream and maybe we could split it? Anything at this point would be appreciated. I've given so much to help others and now I'm asking for help in return <3

Okay so I'm not very subtle and I'm terrible at this so here's a story and a request.

So for as long as I can remember I've always been attracted to girls but too scared to do anything about it. So now my mate's letting me experiment a bit. I essentially want to start off with a girl role playing buddy (mate included sometimes) with no strings attached. No relationship, no dating, just friends with benefits kind of deal. I have no experience so I need someone patient and understanding. Maybe someday if I work up the courage I might try something in real life but for now I'm just looking for something online. So.. Yeah... Help?

On the flip side my mate is also looking for a male version of what I just described. And friends. My poor boyfriend needs more friends so if anyone wants to just send him a note saying hi and be nice I'd love you forever.

So if a fur couple was wanting to look for someone to bring into our role playing where would be a good place to find people into that? >w>

I'm sorry for the inactivity lately. Between switching medications and dealing with some stuff I haven't had as much time to dedicate to FA as I'd like. Although getting on today has reminded me why I slowed down on commissioning people. I get paid 8.25 a hour. So when I commission somebody and I pay 10-20 dollars for art I'm up at 7:30 am going to work for a hour or two and then handing over that money I just made to someone in hopes of receiving a piece of art that brings me joy and happiness to see. However, I've been waiting 6+ months for art from people with little to no updates and it's breaking my heart. I've given money to people when they needed it, I bought art when there were charity deals, and I've always done what I could to help. From now on though I'm only buying art from people I trust, know, and have means of communicating with. I have to save all my money to get ready to move in two months to NC and when I do get art it's a special treat for me and I'm not going to spend it so I can wait another half a year for a doodle.
Big shoutout to who's not only amazing and talented but he's tremendously easy to work with.

Also artists. When you finish a piece for someone and don't tell them it's done and just expect them to find it in the submissions, that's awful for someone who's had to take a break and comes back to 2,000+ submissions and doesn't have the time to scan each and every individual picture to see if you've uploaded it.

I want to thank the furry community from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful year it's given me.

Big thank you first of all to for making my ref sheet which has molded into the fursona I am today.

January I was able to get out of an unhealthy, abusive relationship thanks to that I met on a furry forum. He's shown me what true love and soul mates mean. I never knew relationships could be this easy but being with him is pure joy, no stress, no anger, and no resentment. It's just pure love.
I also was helped by my friend in my dark times

February I had help coping with my new life by talking to my furry friends from the forum. Sure there were some that brought drama but the good out weighed the bad.

There's some months that all fog together because I'm not good with time but in 's stream I met the lovely and sweet who's been kind, generous, and amazing to me for the past year. I really needed a friend after mine left me and decided we weren't talking anymore. I met my adopted son who I hope to guide and help through life. I met and who always make me smile. I met so many amazing and talented and sweet artists I can't even list them all.

I found there's furries who live right in my area and they have been so amazing to me! and are the sweetest couple you'd ever meet. They're funny, sweet, and Dasha gave me the most beautiful Christmas present ever. (even sober I believe it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen x3)

I've watched people change, grow in their art, and doubt themselves even though they are truly amazing. I've seen people sad, I've seen people happy. I've helped when I can and made new friends along the way. FA has sparked the creative side in me and I hope next year I can do a progress chart and show everyone how well I'm doing a year from now.
