I just noticed that nobody reads my journals. And I laughed, and said "Damn Straight." Well, people probably read them, they just don't comment. Kinda like the America's stance on the Bush Administration. 40% approval rating, and 60% undecided. :p

BUIG ASSS TVEEE

Picked up a TV today. 36", works, BIG ASS (compared to our prior 0" TV), and he sold the damn thing to me for 80$, because he didn't want to haul the thing to NC. That thing was heavy, too. (which is why I hate living on a second floor!). Works great with the X-box. Now all we need is cable....or just be happy with Netflix..

Poor Microsoft. They're a bit angry too, so they won't be selling XP licenses anymore, I heard. I guess they want us all to use Pirated XP software, to which I like the instant savings.



But I wasn't going to write that, but then I did, so I decided not to erase it. Because, now you could read it. Today was somewhat sad, shock was over (see Journal beforehand). My Boyfriend's out of a sad slumber. I was actually able to convince him to go swimming with me after the service.

So we all said our final goodbyes, and we're all better now. And Zac (bf) and I talked about a vacationish thing. Since I misplaced my breaktime for AC, I might just use the two weeks for something else.

I got the Idear this morning, and looked back in the depths of my cellphone to find my Florida-friends call list.

And one actually worked! I had several air-whatchamacallits on my credit card, so I could pay for 1/4th of a flight down there. And then I got online, and found Airfare for $118 roundtrip to Orlando.

And I said "Let there be Florida"
And so we were off, August 7th-20th

I don't know what I was thinking, in the other journal, and that's what I'm going to stick with.


One of my friends, and a really good friend of my mate's, passed away two days ago, in a car accident. Zac, my boyfriend, is very broken up about it, and after seeing him so down, I didn't want what little was said, on the internet anymore, for more personal reasons. I put it up at first, I was in a somewhat shock.

The service is this weekend, Sunday, and I will be attending, for my boyfriend. It hasn't really hit me yet, but I may be less of me than normal. Or angry.

Oh, me.

Yet another fabulous movie by Micheal Moore.

I actually don't have much to say about it, other than GET YOU ASS TO THE CINEMA AND SEE IT, and If you have seen it, then maybe we could talk about it.

But you gotta let these things sink in. (on our way home today, we passed right by an Anthem Highrise, because we were stupid and wanted to drive all the way to DC to see it.)

SO LETS TALK (or not).

OK. History lessoning, I now live in Northern Virginia (NoVa), but beforehand, I lived outside of Florida. East Coast, of course, near Miami, blah. But, that fact, and a few others conflicted and now I'm going to count one...

First, two weeks ago, a new waiter joined our crew where I work. Being head waiter, I had to train him...for the 3 days that he'd come in at a time. So that went fine and dandy, before someone started joking, I don't know the details, but they found out he was gay, which was interesting to me, to say the least.

So, a party of 20 or so came in last Friday, for a birthday or another. He was assigned to assist the Hosts/Hostesses serve them, and when they were leaving, I stood beside him as one of the guests were asking him questions.

Guest:"blah blah, Age, blah blah, so, where are you all from? around here?"

Me:"Not just 20 minutes away."
'Mike(1)' (new waiter):"Same."
Guest:"And you grew up around this beautiful place?"
Mike:"Actually, Florida."
Guest:"Ah. What part?"
Mike:"West Palm Beach(2)"

So, then I asked his age, afterwards. 29. He moved up here, 8 years before I did, and lived on the same side of town. So, that was alittle weird.

The second occurrence, was slightly different. Online, I was added by some 16 year old on myspace. Getting to know him better, he recently moved up from florida. The Coincidence? I was 16 when I moved up to Virginia. And semi-relevant, he attends the same Highschool I did, up here. And, in Florida, he lived on Marco Island(3).

Now just those two, and I can form a triangle between the cities of Marco, West Palm Beach, and Miami. Great big triangle, and at the estimated center, I found a river that I knew well, crossing a Highway I didn't.

Well, started this session happy, may as well end happy. I had a crummy day, forgot my wallet, so I was paranoid every time I turned the key in the ignition, and blah. So I had to drive home to get it during my lunch, and then speed to not be late, which I ended up anyway, for work.

I don't know. I don't feel crying sad, but I'm sad, and I'm shocked. I had been out all day today, around town, going over my 1500 calorie limit, and I got home, with a new message. It was from my Mother, crying, told me about my Aunt's death. She was in the hospital for monthes now, and had been getting shorter every time I saw her. She was having Heart Problems, and she was getting better. But now she's gone, and, I just don't know anymore.

Well...really nothing to write about. Really. So it would be a waste of your time and mine if I even continued. That's my personality.
