Ever since I've gotten a larger amount of disposable income, I've been wanting to get more art of my ideas. Problem is, I just can't seem to come up with anything I would readily want. It is gotten to the point that even when I do get something of an idea, I just convince myself I don't need it.

So I figured I'd ask if anyone had suggestions of what I should get. Seriously, let your wildest thoughts when it comes to me be the stepping stone. Be as vivid as you want. Try to help me get back into getting art again.

Another birthday has come and gone, and now I've hit the great 40.

Is it sad that I don't want to talk about it?

Correction. I would love to talk about it and about everything else that has been going well for me. But I know how this song and dance goes anymore. I post something here, I get two comments, and then I get the urge to not want to journal again until next year.

I will say though that this has been the year I pushed myself more to reconnect and meet up with people IRL. So yay for me there.

Yeah, the new update to the rules pretty much meant I needed to get on bluesky to watch a lot of artists I love. Though guess It would be nice to be followed so it encourages me to post myself.

I know. I'm not an artist and I barely even commission anything anymore. I am finding it harder and harder to justify coming back here when, every few months more, more artists are getting banned or art removed. It just feels like it is only a matter of time before anything relating to sissies is next on the chopping block.

With all that said, I'll still be here for now, trying to support the artists that I can with nice comments. Not sure if I should leave a comment on other ways to get into contact with me. Doubt anyone would want to.

So for awhile now I've been wanting to get a new character reference done up. But it isn't just an update on what is currently my squeaky self. For awhile now, I've just wanted to get a pitcher of myself non squeaky. Something about who I am now would just like a more normal fursona.

And that is where the title comes in. Pretty much every artist I would like to pick isn't currently taking commissions. So, eventually there will be a fluffy yote boy, just not today.

Been awhile since I've made a journal. As per usual, just feel like nobody reads these as I'm neither an artist or someone who commissions a lot of art. Though I guess the second part is going to change in the future.

So what has been new with me? Well, I'm finally becoming an active member of society again. Anyone who has talked to me personally would probably know I dug myself into a hole of isolation following a long bout of depression. I wasn't leaving my house, doing anything productive, and letting life pass by. But things have changed. This year I finally forced myself to get out into the world again. I've gotten a well-paying job that I've been focusing on for the last few months. Just recently I was able to finance a car for myself so I don't feel more trapped. All in all, I'm doing much better and feeling much better as a result.

Next year I plan on going further. I plan on moving up in the company I work for. I also plan on getting out and meeting up with people again. Heck, if things go well enough, I might even try my hand at writing that story that has been teasing itself around in my mind.

So, TLDR: I'm doing good and am going to keep on doing good. :3

Four years since my last journal? I know I've been kind of quiet as of late, but didn't realize it was that quiet.

So my birthday has gone and pass, and I'm still happily alive in the world. There really isn't anything to say about the last year. Like everyone else, I've just been trying to deal with the covid world while keeping my sanity together. If anything, the last year has taught me I really do need to start putting the effort into communicating with others. It might just be stuff as simple as posting a comment on a are piece/journal, but It is also taking the time to get in touch with those I haven't.

So, yeah. I'm still around and am working on being a more vocal person throughout the years to come. I just ask that if you want to say hi to me for any reason, do so.

32 already. I'd say it feels like time flies, but this year has been good for me. I've been getting healthier, both physically and emotionally. I've, also, been making a lot of new friends. I've still got a lot to improve on, but there is always room for improvement. ;3

Whelp, I'm getting older, again. Today marks the 30th year I've been alive. Got to admit, I'm a bit depressed. I just feel forgotten. Look, I know not a lot of people know who the hell I even am. I'm not an artist that deserves people's attention. I'm not someone who commissions so much that people know about me. Hell, I doubt people would say I'm very talkative in comments. Most people tend to talk about how the year went around the beginning of January. I always kind of save my personal reflection until now. Today is the day my new year starts. So this is kinda look back at my 28th year on the world.

For the most part I know I had a bad year. and, more importantly, I know what caused it. I pretty much became reclusive to anyone who even cared about me. In fact, it honestly felt I was trying to make new friends just to avoid feeling guilty of all the old friends I neglected. And I full well know I was the cause of it. People weren't trying to avoid me. I was trying to avoid them.

I've still got a long ways to go to making everything in my life okay again. For now, the big thing is working on getting all my friends and connections back in order. I want a happy life, and I want people to share that happy life with.

So, here I come, 29. This year is all about improvement. Since I'm pretty much starting at rock bottom, the only real place to go is up now. Wish me luck everyone. Oh, and happy birthday to me too.

1. Why did you join FurAffinity?
I wanted a better place to meet people with similar interests; better than the ones that I was using at the time. Also, joining made it easier to look at all the naughty art. >.>

2. What does your username have to do with you?
My username has to do with my love of the Magic: the Gathering card game. It is funny when someone actually knows where it comes from without asking me.

3. What is your current avatar of?
Just a close-up of my characters face hidden by the trademark scarf he wears.

4. How many watchers do you have, and how many do you watch?
I watch about 314 people while 233 say they "watch" me. I feel the number of people, that actually pay attention to this account, is about 50.

5. Do you have more than one account?
Thought about it, but never went through with i. This is a character that, in my mind, is just as fleshed out as LatNam.

 Paddy  redflare500  agent If I were to favorite every single picture I loved from these three, that would probably triple the number of favorites I have.


7. What artist do you admire because of their personality?
 Bose and I have become really good friends quickly, just because how ridiculous we can be around each other.
 Envy is also a real good buddy. I just need to spend more time on MSNM to talk with him.


8. Do you comment, fave, or both?
I'm more likely to leave a comment than add a picture as a favorite. I just get to oCD when it comes to keeping my favs list clean of submissions that have been removed.

9. What do you typically post on FA?
If there is art that I post, it is because it isn't somewhere else. I prefer if the artist gets full attention from what is drawn. that, and I find it annoying when I see the same picture posted 3 or more times in different galleries.

10.What's your favorite submission in your gallery?
There are a few pictures drawn, both in my gallery or favorites, drawn for me because someone felt I deserved it. And because of that, I can't pick a favorite.

11. What are the things you wish you could draw better?
I wish I could honestly draw. I've tried, but could never really get the self-patience down to improve on things.

12. How many hours a day do you spend on FA?
Not really sure. Most days I'll just check FA in the morning and re-check it throughout certain points in the day. But if there is new art of my character up, I'll be checking back on the site a lot more.

13. Are you a fast, slow, or medium typer?
Depends on if it is just typing or conversation. I tend to type much faster when I'm trying to talk to someone. When I have time to think about what I'm typing, I think more than I type.

14. What is the most annoying thing people ask you?
I've gotten random requests to RP just because of a picture I've commissioned.

15. What is the most annoying/offending comment you've received?
There have been a few commissions I have gotten for myself where two people started to roleplay with eachother in the comments.

16. What/who inspires you?
The close friends that I have gained on FA.

17. Everyone has considered leaving FA once or twice. Have you? Why?
Depression gets the better of me. every time I thought I wanted to get away from FA, it was because that was how badly I was in a funk.

Generally in the inflation art I see, it is the same as with a lot of my preferences, it is a complete loss of control. Generally the person being filled up is on the receiving end from someone else. It also is an odd style of art in how many different ways it can be done.

Inflation. Just plain cleaner and nicer.

Depends on my mood at the time, and what I'm reading/looking at.

When use for comedic effect, yes.
