Still alive and kick'n
Posted 6 years agoI apologize for the lateness on some of the work I had plan onto do. I got really sick for a few months, then shortly after work got very busy. Then the holiday hell hit and welp it was quite the mess. I do plan on working on the projects I have currently going as well as the comic as well. I'll finish up the story first then turn and focus on finishing the comic itself. As for the comic it will take a bit more time for me to draw up the panels as I am going into uncharted areas I have not explored before so there will be quite a bit redraws to go though before I am satisfied with the panels final look. The story I should hope to finish soon, I'll be working on it in the coming days before school starts back up and hope to finish shortly after.

Next, on the list of things to work on will be one of the three below in any order. If you wish one of these three to be added before the others just comment below in which order you want to see things worked on first, second and third. I'll tailor my to do and work on to your wants.

Posted 6 years agoAlright I have a few things I will be working on an here is the list of what I am working on next. Below is what I am planing on getting done soon.
1) Story "Flameys Tale -New World- An eggs big adventure
2) Making a better copy of the 3 concept arts that were posted recently in pencil.
3) A Story/Art Tracker page that lists who, where and the name of the artwork and or story associated with Flamey Tales -New World- This way makes it easier for people to find related material.
Other then that those are what I have on the table to work with, in what order they are done we will see.
Feel free to comment, if you like to see one of those three done sooner then the others let me know so I can get the work done sooner for your enjoyment.

Welp that was whole lot of fun.
Posted 6 years agoSorry for the long 9 month no updates and stuff I'll fill you in on what happened. Very long story short I had a third roomie the guy was utterly bad when he left my expensive tablet was missing, computer trashed among other several other things happened (Money loss related issues) to finally rid myself myself of that nightmare of a con artist. So the only access I had to FA was though phone and couldn't do much more then just look at things and like them as its a complete pain in the tail to do anything more then that on those smart phones. Anyhow to cut to the chase it took me a while to repair, rebuild the computer. Then replace all the broken stuff and missing things and it took a while with a lot of hard work. But before you ask did I loose the original files? No, luckily I had them on a hotswap drive he didn't know about so the original data work is safe.
So now I am back, it will take a little bit to re-orientate myself but hopefully I can have some work done on the comic soon
An yes for those pay'n attention yesterday was my birthday this little foxwyvern is getting older. So you young'ns "Get off my lawn!" Lolz, just kitten ;)
Yeah dad pun's they never get old. (laughs)

Current Status, what I been doing.
Posted 7 years agoJust to let you all know I have not forgotten about the comic, things have been very busy for me. It's a bit hard for me to find time to draw on my free time this time around. I am pulling in over 40hrs of work a week as my work load has increased with a longer route this means more money for me which is good. Along with what little time I have during the week day is honestly spent streaming. My weekends are mainly free for the most part but I been tending on using that time for the moment to stream a bit more and work on a fur suit head in which I recently got the materials along with studying up on the subject before I really begin starting on the project at hand. This has led to much more limited time then I'd honestly like for drawing but, I am trying to get something done soon I just honestly need to manage my time better I been kinda doing to much to quickly I guess.

I might even show some of the progress later I have on the fur suit head eventually once I get some work started on it. Right now its research phase. Learning about movable jaws and the base set up I want to use to begin making my fur suit head. I am leaning towards making the head strap system for the moveable jaw and building on top that and around that instead of using a mask. Its a bit more tricky to work with but does allow for a more breathable mask over all.
So anyhow I apologize for the long delay in info on what has been happening. But I do plan on finishing the comic and introducing some new characters soon for the new comic that continues the story past "Going up in Flames" story. That I am gonna keep under wraps for a bit longer ;)

Right now, I been learning about Fursuit construction. Reviewing lots of video's. As well as gathering the tools to do the job currently. Posted 7 years agoI have the entire week to work on the comic as I have paid vacation time now, I will push as many pages as I can. So keep an eye out, I plan to try to do 1 page every day if possible or one every two days. Once I go back to work my ability to work on the comic will be limited a bit.

In the next few days I will begin work on page 11. I just need to review the material again and come up with the basic outlines for the page.

The writer has given me permission to come up with names and genders for the two welplings I do thank them for that. But I was also thinking maybe I should have my audience choose the names and genders as a way to thank you for checking out my material. So if you wanna add a bit of your own mark to the story come up with a couple names and gender for said names. I'll look them over and choose the best ones I think will fit with the story. So please below in the journal let me know what name and gender will work best for the each of the welplings.
No entries so far on the whelps names.
Going Beyond the current story.
Its always best to start looking early for more material for me to work with later down the line. Those of you whom wish to continue the story of these four mana dragons as a whole, small group or solo. Please get in touch with me, provide me with a good story to look over and I may use it and draw to my best ability into a comic. I am pretty much open minded to anything but there is only one rule "No killing off the main characters". Other wise how can you continue the series of stories. If we get to this point I'll make sure to devote more time to the production of the comic strip.

Is currently being worked on starting tonight on 5/17/18 from the shown outline in the scraps folder. There will be some changes to the lay out here and there and it will be colored in. Adding color will add a day or two the time frame but it will be worth it when its completed.
