NEW CHALLENGER APPROACHES: Icarus the Half-Dragon

Rules:
1. Be creative
2. Make sure everything suits your characters
3. But "New Challenger Approaches" in the title.
* * *
A: Claw
A + Up: Upper Bite
A + Side: Tail Whip
A + Down: Slide (direction he's facing)
B: Attack w/extended blade
B + Up: Spiral fly upward (wings to the side to create a "helicopter effect")
B + Side: Spit Acid (does a chunk of damage, then burns for 10 seconds afterwards)
B + Down: Lightning Flare (Punches ground, lightning goes around him *area attack*)
Throw: Flying Throw (Grab, jump up, throw to the ground, then land on the attacked *2 hits*)
Taunt Up: Long hissing screech
Taunt side: Bow of respect, then looks up and hisses.
Taunt Down: Backflip (fuck yeah!) then the "bring it on" hand gesture
Final Smash: Blender (Screen shades, then Ic tackles the victim. He extends his wrist blades and begins to slash 12 times *minor damage*. He kicks up the victim then goes under him to stab upward with both blades. He slams the target on the ground, spins him, then sprays him with an acidic mist. Brutal)
