I have yes, but I value life more than I value trying to teach a lesson I wont ever see the outcome of. and truth be told, the only thing that truly gets done by a suicide, is create pain for those close to you and for you... just an abrupt . . . end. So yes, I think its silly to ever consider suicide. Its normal yes, but move on and focus on the better things. Tomorrow could be a brighter day. You never know who you may meet.

Hey guys and Hi to all my new watchers.

2013 was kind of a hectic year for me as I'm sure it was for many others. It started off pretty alright like many years do, but it had included a bit of hurt that was still healing from the year prior. In 2012 I set off to South Korea under the guise that I was getting a rather nice paying job to teach English. That ended up not happening and either someone lied or someone lied and it ended up costing me about 10k added to the false hope of getting out of my current job.

Anyway, 2013 started off like many other years, hitting the gym more often, grumbling at the ever huge crowd at said gym and not really having a lot to look forward to for the year as I was still healing financially. It wasn't until February that a little inkling of a plan hatched into my noggen about possibly making my trip to Australia but some factors had to set it just right.

So, a few family issues came up that I'm not going into here but it allowed for me to make a slight bit of profit to add to my plan. I spent the first few months saving what I could and cutting spending all over the place to make it happen. I then finally got the ability to officially purchase my tickets to Australia and make my announcement to my then girlfriend that I was coming.

The summer was really long and pretty tedious though not as bad as some before. I'm a manager at the place I work at and being such, I've got to train alot of the newer help, which sadly theres a few new kids that when they start working, their ambitions are set way way way too high. that and theyre idiots. Anyway, got through the summer and was still saving what I could while planning to propose to my girlfriend when I got to see her.

I got an interview with a game studio which sadly didn't go through but in all honesty, I'm sure it was for the better. when I finally got to australia I moved my and  allycat's relationship forward by asking her to marry me. *look at my last two journals* So while its still a ways off before we get married, its something I'm really looking forward to as well as finally getting on my own two feet.

It was a tough year but I still have to say I was fortunate to have what I did. I'm looking forward to 2014 as I'm sure many of you are as well. Its going to be a year of a few changes but new oppurtunities. I'm pretty happy.

Hello to all my watchers and friends.

Heres something I want to do but not sure how to go about doing it so to speak.

I recently proposed to my lovely Fiancee  allycat two weeks ago.

But before I popped the question, I had been stressing and planning and just... Argh! and what I want to do is help out any of those male or female that are at that stage of their relationships to start looking at tying the knot. I want to give advice and tips that I've had to learn the hard way *and gladly take on any others advice as well* to pass it to others.

Not only as something in a general knowledge type instruction, but also be able to work with any and everyone personally, either by me or if it catches on, by others like myself to pass on our knowledge to those who are either unsure, or nervous or anywhere in-between.

What do you all think? Honest advice and tips please.

Hello everyone. First off, I want to say that I made it into Australia without incident and haven't died yet from its inhabitants.

I so far have gotten to meet all sorts of new people, Ally's family and all. Me and her brothers are a bunch that when we get together things... happen. I can't say they would be productive things but things non the less. (trust me good things though)

I got to see Sydney and watch all the busy peeps going bonkers there on the tourist side of things. My camera has died many a times so far from lack of charging it. So has my iPad. I've gotten to see a lot of the country from the bustling city to the coastal towns and the smaller cities to the little towns as they are known as "Out the back of Whoop Whoop".

But the really neat news is yet to come. I'm writing this as I'm finally getting a chance to sit and relax some. NOT that I haven't been having a blast, but gotta have some rest to be able to take it all in. Even more so when I share this next bit.

I couldn't have planned the way it happened any better than the way it panned out If I may be so rash.

HA.... ok first off so you know, had to ask permission right here to share this bit with y'all *Snicker*

So, first off I had been looking for a ring for a while now. It was rather hard and frustrating since a lot of jewelers want the sale and really don't give a rats ass if its "within your budget" since you can always just open a credit card with them or make payments. Some asshats actually tried to get me to look at a $1.3 million dollar solitaire ring. Anyway, I'm jibbering. So with help from Ally's mom, I snagged a pretty kick ass ring! Trick was to go out and pick it up without Ally getting suspicious as to what I was doing.

I had to throw her off my antics somehow so her family came up with a fun idea. Me, her, her mum and dad went out to a local cafe to have some lunch when her brother called saying he ran out of petrol (Fuel for all my American chaps reading) so her dad asked me to come along with him to help out. Said no prob and we then made our way to the store so I could buy the ring. So fast forward to when we are at her Grandma's place near Sydney so that the family could all meet me. While Ally was busy with doing a few things around the house, I managed to get her dad alone and did the traditional thing and ask for his permission to marry his daughter.

Ok, right there, I can talk to pretty much anyone about nearly anything. I've never been that nervous and scared to ask one simple question to another person. My brain was trying to go through so many different questions he'd most likely ask me and just... yea. Nope. Nice and rather simple.

I get the permission, then just had to come up with a neat way of doing it. Now I had asked many times if she'd want something fancy or public which she wanted something simple and private. *note, if any of you reading are taking notes, Talk to your girl, or guy. they don't bite with things like this. if they do... yea, oi, good luck!*

I come up with the idea of asking her to take me to this small private church that her mom n dad got married in so that I could take some pictures for my travel portfolio. After which we had to pick up one of her moms friends for a BBQ that was going on later that day. We get to the church just as it starts to rain a bit. Here I'm plotting ways of figuring out where and how to propose. Suddenly when were walking up to the church, a priest was opening up the doors. What made this special was the fact that this was a private church and normally stays closed unless previously booked for a special occasion by only a small amount of people (members only kind of deal)

So he opens the doors which we found out was for a rehearsal wedding. He gives us a little tour of the rather small *but quaint!* church. I get to the alter and it all felt just right. I even quoted Dr. Who to give me a grand opening to take a knee. she was looking away when I say "I have a funny little quote in my head." "Oh really? whats that?" and she looks away "For the girl that waited. *taking a knee* you waited long enough!" and she turned to see me holding the ring box to her. The box was a tied box instead of a hinged. She freaked out. HA! I caught her completely off guard. The priest thought that we where practicing until he saw the ring.

She said YES!!!!

Just feeling like crap. Last night things came to a bit of an understanding/head and while theres no real agsnt happening, its got me to think more on what happened *from last night and over time* and just has me feeling like extra baggage. my current situation being something to use against me and always feel like I have to be lead by the hand.

Hello Everyone.

Alright, so a few things to go over:

First being that Ive done a pretty crazy lifestyle change. I'm eating better and hitting the gym *weight lifting and some cardio* nearly every day. Ive gone from 290 lbs to 275 in about a months time. Ive slightly plateaued in that I've had a few days where my eating was off. IE salty foods.

I'm getting myself back into shape and eating better for my own health. I had a relative nearly pass away from a major heart attack and I cannot will not let that happen to me. My goal isn't necessarily to see a smaller number on the scale as it is to watch my stomach, arm flab and love handles disappear.

Next up is I'm currently looking for any additional participants willing to take part in a development of a game. If your interested, send me a note and I will get back to you to interview you respectively. This isn't going to be a "Oh your interested, alright your in" kind of deal.

I'm working with  klsanchez on this so far but between just the two of us, it will be a very long process. So the more people I can get the better. The rest can and will be explained via note/PM.

There is one other HUGE bit of news, but that will come when certain criteria is completed and finished.

Winter Storm Q is hitting us pretty hard. Enough that most business are closed, sides my work. Just waiting for the boss to say to go home. Its sleetin pretty bad outside.

Its enough that for the last 20 min, its been dropping hard... and already getting accumulations.
