FA gets hacked. It is not a very nice looking website. It came out 10 years ago and hasn't updated it's look one. The community is toxic, the mods are dicks and it is owned by IMVU.

These are just some of the complaints I see about FA on a regular basis, especially when the hacks happen. All of these criticisms are valid, yes, but you know what? FA is fine. It's a good site. I joined FA years ago but have only been active a year, and since I joined I have always felt incredibly welcome and at home here. I have made friends here, I have built a small following here, and I am thankful to everybody reading this.

So yes, FA has some security issues, and they really need to work on them, but FA is not run by professionals, it is run by furries, and I am sure they are trying their best. It is a site where I can find the kind of content I am looking for, and I can post my content and allow people to find it.

Sure I can post my work to other sites, I post to Sofurry, but the community there is pretty dead, and what I write is not allowed on Inkbunny, and I have no idea about any other sites like Weasyl or Furry Network. I don't even post anything to any fanfic sites, as far as I am concerned, FA is my creative home, and I have made most of my friends who are into fanfic here.

The web design is fine, if I am honest, I do not like the new FA, I am comfortable with the old layout, and I like it. Plus it does change and update in minor ways, most of which are great! The community is also fine. Sure you get some weirdos, some submissions or comments I see creep me out, but I have never, ever gotten anything like that personally.

I have always said if anyone ever bothers me or harasses me I will delete their comments and block them immediately, but you know what? I have never actually had to do that, which is great! To me, the community is fine, I have never gotten hate for posting weirder content!

As for the moderators supposedly being dicks? Sure, I have been banned before, but I don't blame the mods for that, I was banned because I broke the rules, which is completely fair. Sure there are all sorts of allegations about FA mods, but I have never experienced any bother with any of them personally, and even if they ARE dicks, have you ever heard of this concept called Death of the Author? It states that an author and their work should be separate, so you can enjoy the work without agreeing with the author, and that author intention doesn't matter, so even if the mods ARE horrible people who don't deserve anyone's attention, they might be, I haven't met them, should that really stop you from enjoying the site?

Besides, I don't have enough clout as a writer to pull people with me from FA, so even if I did quit I would be starting all over again, and there would be no point in that. I like FA, and I don't seem to have the same problems that other people do, so for better or worse, I am staying, and I am going to continue to use it to see art I like, and also post things I write, and I hope some of you reading this are going to stay with me.

Know what? I love Fanon. Fanon is great, you can take the canon and expand it, make it any way you cant.

It can be well justified or flimsy, with an agenda or none, cool or dumb, well argued or just a joke.

I am always making up my own fan canon for things, I always put it into my stories as I am sure you know.

There is this group on FA,  DigimonFurs. Now I do not know what FA groups are for, really they are just profiles, FA has no official support for groups so they all just seem kind of made up, but nevertheless that group has a skype group associated with it. It is not very big, it has about 18 members right now, people come and people go, I always try to add new people if I meet new people I like.

I have been in the skype group for nearly a year now, almost as long as I have been writing, some of my best Digimon friends are there, and I often post news and WIPs of stories I am writing there. The conversation is not all Digimon, of course, there is generally a lot of off topic stuff too, so you can talk about anything you want, and NSFW content is allowed as long as you tag it as such.

As some of you may have noticed but most probably have not, I recently recived a 3 day ban from FA. This is because one of my stories contained content that is not allowed on FA according to the TOS. The Admins said that they would remove the story from my gallery but they didn't so I am doing it myself just to be safe.

Don't blame the Admins for this, it isn't their fault. I rolled the dice on a risky and taboo subject, As I often do, and it didn't pay off this time. I understand why FA'S rules are the way they are. Anyway the story is still on my sofurry if anyone is curious. I am probably never writing undertale stuff again after that, that's for sure.

As for what I am up to, I am doing a 7 week course to learn kayaking and angling. This weekend is a canoe weekend and I am staying down for it, I am lying in my boat right now, it's where I'm going to sleep tonight, the course is fun but it is tiring and time consuming and I have not had much inspiration or energy to write, which is a shame as I still have commissions to do. Oh well, I will get back to it eventually. Just hang in there you guys, I'll have new stories for you sometime.

Once upon a time, my parents said to me "Hey, you like Digimon right? Well, we taped Digimon the Movie off the TV for you." I couldn't say back then I really did like Digimon! I remembered seeing a few episodes of what I now know to be Digimon 02 on TV. I had enjoyed it, it gave me a strange feeling I didn't understand, although I do now. I watched Digimon the movie many, many times, and for a long time that was the end of it, I didn't really get the movie since I didn't know much about Digimon so I never really got the movie, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. It wasn't until later that I would sit on the sofa, wrapped up in a duvet staring at Digimon being completely mesmerized by the bright colours and cute monsters. I sure was young and impressionable back when I was 19.

Anyway, on December 30th 2014 I was looking through the list on my illegally accessed american netflix when I saw Digimon. Now, I was vaguely aware of Digimon from the movie, childhood memories, and seeing porn, obviously. I clicked on it, and watched the first few episodes. By pure coincidence it was the Japanese version, they had both. By the end of the first episode I was intrigued. The story had captured my interest immediately, and I was eager to know where it was going, so I kept watching. I was enjoying it, so I decided to show it to my boyfriend,  Conzo next time he visited. It was the infamous episode 8, the one in the mansion, and that got his interest too. By episode 13 and the end of the first arc, I was completely and totally in love. I knew Digimon was over 300 episodes, but I was determined to watch all of it.

After Conzo and I got synced up, we mostly watched Digimon together, at first we watched some together and some part but by Tamers we were watching everything together. It was great having something to watch together. It took us over 6 months of watching to get through everything, and we did, but that is not what I am talking about today. No. Now, I am completely furry trash, and it didn't take me long to start looking up porn of Digimon. I had already seen stuff of Guilmon and Renamon, but now I knew who they all were and I could enjoy it a whole lot more. After a while I found erotic Digimon fanfiction. I would like to give super special shoutouts to  Circeus,  Dreamous and  mrredrover. I found their works, and I was in love with them. I read every story both of them had ever written in a short space of time and I don't think I had ever fapped so much in my life. Once I had read them all I was not satisfied though, I wanted more, and since nobody else was doing it, I resolved I would provide it myself.

On the 23nd of March 2015, one year ago today at time of writing, I published my first ever Digimon fanfic, Let the Bed Bug Bite. I read the story Corroboration by Circeus and thought it deserved a followup, so I wrote an unofficial one myself. I really enjoyed writing it, and people who read it thought it was hot, so I decided to continue. I could write a lot back then, getting stories out frequently, maybe because it was fresh to me, maybe because I was exercising a lot back then, who knows. I got noticed by a few popular people whose work I liked  Narse and Circeus, and I have to say, I was honored.

As I wrote more more people started to notice me, I have met some absolutely wonderful people through writing, some of my best online friends, the Digimon fandom is amazing and I am so glad to be part of it. I would like to personally give my thanks to each and every one of my watchers, everyone who has ever commented on or Favorited one of my stories. Thanks to everyone who has requested or commissioned a story. Thanks to anyone who has noted me or added me on skype just to have a friendly conversation about Digimon and our headcanons. Thanks to everyone who has ever drawn a picture based on one of my stories, be it requested or commissioned, and thanks to everyone who has allowed me permission to use one of their pictures on one of my stories.

It has been an amazing year. In the past year I have written over 30 stories with a combined length of over 120,000 words. That is huge. That's a novel. It has let me express myself in ways I never have before and in ways I never thought possible. I know that writing is always an uphill struggle and it's a lot harder to get attention than it is as an artist, so I want you to know I appreciate each and every one of you reading this. It has been a great year, and here's to another great year coming up.

I know I sometimes take long breaks from writing, sometimes IRL stuff gets in the way, sometimes I feel sick, sometimes I am just not up to it, but I always come back. I now have more commissions than I know what to do with, and that amazes me. A year ago I never thought that I would be able to get paid doing these smut stories. So everybody reading this, thanks for making this year's worth of effort worthwhile, and hopefully I will continue to produce more of the content.

I know a good number of people on FA and who follow me like roleplay, I havn't done it in a while and really want to try and get back into it for a chance to be creative in a different way, you may have seen my OC redesign I uploaded the other day.

This is probably a long shot, but would anyone like to try some Tamer and Digimon Adventure roleplay? I know I haven't been writing much lately, but that's okay, I am not rushing if I don't feel like it. Everything from the last journal still applies although I am not really in a writing mood right now.

So I feel like talking to some of you people following me, so I decided to run a Q&A. I know a bunch of people follow me now and I figured I should talk to some more of them. I don't always get a huge turn out when I run one of these, but it's still nice to talk. This time however, I decided to do a Q&A with a twist!

I saw some other people doing this and I figured I would steal it, so if you comment on this with a question for me, I'll answer it, but as well as that, if you comment with a question for one of my characters I'll answer it.

"But Liariv," I hear you scream as you speed by on a running Raidramon, "What characters? You only do stuff with characters you borrow from shows!" and to that I would say "Haven't you ever heard of Eli and his Psychemon?" and then I realize, no, you probably haven't. Anyway, if you have read a couple of my stories you will probably have noticed that all my work is set in the same continuity, well, unless they are from different continuities to begin with, and I have been slowly developing my own versions of Digimon characters.

So if you comment on this journal with a question for me, or for one of the characters from my stories, even if it is a borrowed character from Digimon or something else I will answer it from that character. I have done things like this and never gotten good responses, but I hope I get at least some this time, and I will answer everything I can.

Characters that I like to develop and could be cool to ask: Gabumon, Elecmon, Syrup, V-mon, and even some less common ones like Gomamon, or even one offs like Ikuto or Piyomon if you are curious. Alright, next, this one is to all my followers who aren't into the whole diaper thing. I know I've been doing diaper and enema stuff a lot lately, and if you arn't into that, I'm sorry. I thought I would give some news on my upcoming stories, so here we go.

My next story is already well underway, its a sequel to Elecmons Diaper Fantasy, and I am even commissioning a companion picture for it. It's going to be super cute if you are into the whole diaper thing as much as I am.

That is not the main piece of news I want to give in this journal though, and what I want to announce is that after this Elecmon story I am going to be taking a break from Digimon stories for a while.

Fear not, I still like Digimon and I still have plenty of ideas for it, but recently an extremely generous individual has thrown a rather large amount of money at me to hire my services.

Remember Puzzle and Dragons Z? The 3DS game from last year that few people played and even fewer people liked, but it had one extremely cute character that was so cute I wrote a story about him? That's right, Syrup the Puzzle dragon!

My generous patron liked Sweet Syrup so much they have commissioned me to write a follow up, and not just a single story either, but three full chapters! All of the chapters will feature Syrup and they will deal with kinks that I have dealt with before, so if you have enjoyed some of my more esoteric stories do far there is a good chance you will enjoy these.

Once the Sweet Syrup Saga is over we will then return to your regularly scheduled Digimon smut.

I want to pose a question to my readers. Of all the stories of mine that you have read, I want to know which one is your favourite, and why.

The reason I am asking is that some of my stories are more popular than others, and I want to know what went right in the popular ones. I want to know why you like the stories you like, and so I can do more stories people like in the future.

I have recently been playing Undertale, and it will probably not surprise anyone to hear that I think it is pretty good! Most people seem to think it is pretty good! That is of course if you think it's pretentious garbage with a barrier to entry so high its not worth getting past it to get to the good stuff but I don't think that! I think that about Dark Souls, and I have 100%ed Dark Souls twice!

Anyway, since I have been playing Undertale, I have been thinking about things I can do for Undertale fanficion. What I do has never been exclusively Digimon, I do do the odd non digimon thing! Problem is, the shipping part of my brain has essentially shut down. I have not been able to think of any pairings to do for Undertale, and Undertale has canon pairings, which is more than you can say for Digimon!

I have been busy with my new boat, and I have not been feeling great since it has been winter, but writing is always at the back of my mind. When I do get back to writing, the first thing I will do is of course Out in the Open with Ken and Stingmon, which is still sitting half finished, and as soon as I am motivated to write again it will be that, but now that I have finished watching Digimon, I might as well branch out and write a bit more variety. I have had ideas for Mario things in the past, as well as other furry stuff, and Undertale is just so full of furry stuff I feel like I really have to do something with it! I just don't know what yet. Hopefully once I get back into writing I will think of something. Undertale is better written than anything I could ever hope to write, and it has many three dimensional and well rounded characters that seem like they would be fun to write doing kinky things.

I feel guilty. As of recently, every time I visit Furaffinity I feel guilty.

Why?

Because I haven't published anything in over a month. Normally, this wouldn't be too bad, I would still feel bad about letting down the small number of people who enjoy my work, but the main reason I feel guilty is that the story that I am not finishing is a commission.

Shortly before my last story was released, I was approached for a commission, for a story in my own canon no less! I was more than happy to take this story on, I even started it! I got 3000 words in and was making good progress! It was sexy! I haven't been able to finish it though. At least I didn't take any money.

As you can probably tell by the way I have only posted one story in the past two months, I have been out of it lately. I think the main reason is I finished Digimon, and that was my main inspiration. I have done, and have considered doing non Digimon stuff again, but I don't have much motivation to write recently. I didn't have much to begin with, but I have been under a lot of stress lately.

The main reason for this stress, is hopefully, I am getting my own place. If all goes to plan, I will buy a boat, and that boat will be my new home, but I won't know for another while, and I have been dealing with this uncertainty for weeks, and my sleep pattern has been terrible.

For all these reasons, plus several others, what has turned into my writing slowing down has made it stop entirely. I hardly even think about writing anymore, and when I do I mostly just feel guilty that I can't do it. I hopefully should be able to start again sometime, but I make no guarantee as to when.

If you are the person who requested my latest story, rest assured it will get finished as soon as I find my ability to write again. It is a good story and I would be proud to put it on my page. Other than that, I am sorry I haven't been active lately. This isn't an excuse, I just thought the people who care enough to read my journals might want to know what's going on and why they haven't heard from me in a while.

Since I have more than a few watchers on Furaffinity now, I would really like to do something to try to engage with and talk to people who watch me.

I have seen other people do things like this, where they make journals like this, and people ask questions, and then they answer them.

I have been under a lot of pressure to get a job lately, but I have no skills and I can't do anything. I am not in dire need of money or anything, but everyone keeps trying to make me apply for jobs that I wouldn't be able to do

I would love if I could do what I did here as a living, I would love to just be able to set up a patreon and be able to make a living writing my silly little porn stories. If I could do that, it would make my life a whole lot better. Unfortunately, I don't think anyone would support me. I know if I was me and I saw the stories I write, I wouldn't pledge a penny. I have seen porn writers set up patreons and get money before, but they are better than me, write more general stuff and even market their stuff on amazon,

I know i could never ever make enough money in commissions that I wouldn't have to work unless I charged hundreds and hundreds of pounds for each story, and I would never, ever do something like that, so as it stands, porn writing is gonna stay as a hobby, and not something I ever make money out of. It's not like I will write the next 50 shades of grey.

I have had writers block for a while, story progress is pretty slow, but I feel like I could do a shorty, so here's the deal.

If you follow me, you have probably read Agumon's Hypnosis and Guilmon's snack, they are shorties, things I write in a day. Right now, I am taking one request.

When I wrote Survival of the Fittest, after talking it through with the commissioner, I then "Livestreamed" the writing of the story over Google Drive. I gave the commissioner real time access to the document, and let them comment so they could provide real time feedback and editing on the story as I wrote it. If anyone commissions me in the future, I will provide this same service, the writing of the story can be livestreamed and the commissioner can edit as I go along. I consider myself very lucky even one person considered my stuff good enough to pay for, if you want a commission, contact me through comment or note.

I have not posted anything new except that commission in some time, but fear not, I have more stories on the way! I am currently over 2000 words into a sexy Gomamon story, even though I was not in a good mental state to write there for a while since my uncle died, but I am getting more and more in the mood to write every day, so expect that Gomamon story soon enough.

On another note, I have made a Master List of all my stories, with descriptions and Google Drive links. It will be updated as I release new stories too, so keep an eye out! It also contains a list of stories I am doing in the future, so you can get excited! But please don't steal them. I have gotten several watches and faves on my stories, it's wonderful that it's happening, and I love the feeling of creating something people actually like. However, I see lots of people on FA's profiles absolutely covered in "Thanks for the Watch/Fav" posts, and frankly, I think it's annoying and a bit spammy, so I won't contribute to it.
