I wish I could look foward to my birthday, but I'm still depressed badly. I'm making a bit of progress and will be going to Dad's grave for the first time in months as I feel ready... I really hope I just have a quiet day with no drama. I don't think I could take much. 11 days though regardless... dread is setting in I'm nearly 22, I feel old and I wish I was in better mental health for it.

It's possible it could be inherited by my mum as well... Nobody is sure on when she is getting it removed but I'm worried as hell, both for gran and mum. Just another bit of stress to add onto what I already have I guess... god, I'm going to be devestated if I lose either of them.
