Hey all! Tomorrow is goign to be prtty crazy Im sure, but its the last day of my finals!! By 8pm tomorrow night I can finally stop stressing over these course. Ive been workin my butt off to study for my math course and I STILLLLLL ont feel confident about it. Im not to worried about my social psych, but its the last of 3 total grades...so Ive been pretty stressy over that too. Last but not least is my Positive psych final, which has been ridiculous class. very enjoyable but Ive done pretty meh on the tests prior and it always leaves me feeling very frazzled.

Ill also be sending back in my comp finally now that Im pretty sure I backed it up accurately lol. Ive been havingsome trouble to say the least. Either way Ill be sending in my comp so the manufacturers or whomever can take a gander at it while its still under warranty. Im sure they will overlook all the other ridiculous random problems besides the on that I now have fixed, but If I send it in the have to run their diagnostics tests anyways before they can send it back.

That being said, Ill be pckin up a few books at the library and Ill be able to focus much more on drawing ideally once this whole ordeal is over. Sorry its been takin a bit to get around to them!

Commission progress:

1.  lombax1 -badge/possible pic scene , Prelim sketches. Main concern Im working through is the concept of 'wet' clothes and how to portray the water and wet fur accurately. Definitely need a bit more time to flesh out a few more ideas to help communicate the concept.

2.  mukian Badge -sketching, should be able to start inking soon if all continues well. Wonky arm is wonky.

Hi all, Im terribly bored. I want to draw stuffs but I dont know what! I need to get more practice with my red pandataur Mocha bein adorable and stuffs but...I just dont know what to draw. So what should I do? Im open for ideas!
Perhaps themes? or fun clothes? Iunno Im just not that creative!


On another note, I love the idea of these, YCH(your character here). But...as has shown with my commissions Im not sure if its worth it for me to attempt simply because no one is interested?

If I did do a few YCH what types of things you wanna see? Any themes? Ideas? What can I do to get you guys interested??

Hey everyone, so guess what! I more or less fixed my comp! Turns out it WAS in fact the power supply. Its a long story, but when the comp initially died I had just connected the power supply about 10 minutes ago, when everything shut down. I know it shut down with at least 30% power left because I checked right before it died, and it showed the charging icon and showed that it was responsive to being turned in. Sooo as a last resort I decided to try a new charger and headed to radioshack, were they played around with it until they found the right type of cable, plugged it in, and my comp started up!
Woot! So I bought the charger and an external hard drive where I plan to back everything up before I send it off to get the warranty check up on it anyways because my comp has had problems since the day we got it. It randomly shuts down from time to time even whle plugged in, and it used to have really bad problems starting up form shut down as well. Its been all over the place so I figure migh as well send it in and see if they can fix THOSE problems too.

Now where you guys come in. Charger and external harddrive, cheapest I could find, cost me 120$.

Thats a problem. y car payment is coming up on the 15th, and whil I do get paid once more before that, Im afraid that my next check will barely be enough to cover my car payment, if at all. Hiya all, My comp pooped out on me a few nights back, so I decided to send it in, but that will take about 2-3 weeks min of no comp. Just in time for finals too. Awesome.

Ill be working on these over the next few weeks in my freetime waiting for comp to get fixed. I may very well use this money to rent a comp from Aarons if they arent too expensive..Ive never rented from there but my family continues to assure me that it may be worth looking into. What I do know is that my laptop has been a ball of trouble since I got it, and tho I love Rex, which is what I named my laptop since its red and white, Im going to try to save up some money and perhaps for Christmas I can get the family to all pitch in and instead of buying me smallish gifts or whatevs, perhaps I can convince everyone to go in with me and split the cost of a nice new laptop that can handle league of legends and ideally doesnt overheat or randomly shut off or have problems loading from shut down or...a myriad of other problems that just randomly surface lol.

The other part is it would be cool if I could set aside a smallish portion of each of my commissions and use it as my personal commission fund for when I want to commission artists. Little things to take the burden off of my wallet go miles and put in a lot of work.

Ive been interested in getting into regularly offering commission for quite some time now, so I need to work towards building a base of people who are actually interested in what I have to offer. I know quite a few of my watchers are fellow babyfurs so perhaps I will look into actually adding the diapered aspect into my gallery lol. I find it ironic that despite my original sona being a babyfur,Jaden, and tho I have drawn him multiple times, Ive never actually drawn him in diapers as he is supposed to be. Fear perhaps...Iunno. Ill work on fixin that regardless, maybe that will interest people.

Hey all! Hope all is well with you any d yours!

The way I understand it, Iron Artist is supposed to be a series of commissions of lots of different peoples characters over the course of a set amount of time. Meant for good practice and honing skills, I feel it is something I would be interested in doing. Ive seen some people Iron artist to do 50-100 slots, but Ill be honest..those are scary large numbers. I was thinking I would shoot for 20 or so over the course of the coming months?? Ill start with 10.

So...these would be traditional media, no background or perhaps just a very simple design in background, full body pics, of just the character and I would be spending time on these to put out quality and not just quantity. Im thinking they would all be inked and colored, assuming I have the colors at my disposal to do so of course, if not, Id be willing to collaborate to drop the price.

I feel 20$ for these would be fair since they will be inked, and colored, and I would be spending quite a bit of time on each of them.Super complicated characters I would charge a little bit more for because tons of details and accessories or thirteen sets of wings, means lots of extra stress and time. Im comfortable with doing headshots and stuff, but to grow as an artist, I need to get more comfortable with bodies and poses.

I havent completely given up on it, but making Mocha look...like Mocha is hard with all the extra body. Im sure If I had more practice or had someone who new more of what they were doing, drawing Mochataur, then maybe. Ive given it my shot and I feel like I just lose him in the design, if that makes sense.

After deciding that my last attempt was a bit...pathetic, I decided to give it another shot. This result has been considerably more fruitful and Im loving the results. Working on some accessories and additional markings for his lower half. Any and all ideas are appreciate, welcome, and encouraged!

Ive got a few sketched out, I wasnt expecting to take this long, but Ill be honest, hair is teh bane of my existence lol. Trying to make it look like hair and make it..."fit" is much harder than I thought ^_^;
Also Ive been practicing eyes a bit in my spare time. Since Im doing these together Im able to look at how similar my faces tend to be over all. I typically draw males, which isnt bad, but conveying feminine...ity, with eyes is a skill I havent developed at all, so theres that.
I apologize for taking so long, again, Im doing these in my free time and between school and work, Im strained for time ^_^

Hi all! Wanted to get back with you guys about some status updates. Its been a crazy week, full of going! I have had the opportunity to get a good rough sketch of some of the characters, I wish I had been able to really spend more time on these by now, but my schedule just hasnt permitted any long term sit-down sessions lol. But! I AM trying to work on them a bit as free time opens up here and there, woot woot!

Hey all, Its been a while since Ive drawn anything, so Im trying to get back into the swing of stuff. Since school has been really busy this semester, Im usually either at school or at work it seems like. Anyways, money is tight as always, and I have my car payment coming up, so Im opening for some 6$ headshot commissions. These will be traditional and colored (markers/pencils) with your character's face and name on it. I intend to have a fairly quick turnaround, granted my school schedule willing, so Im going to shoot to be done with these in a couple days from the time payment is received. I can laminate and mail it if need be, but that will cost extra to cover costs.
