Jesus Loves LGBTQ+ (I Hate Conservative Christian Views)
Posted 5 years ago This really needs to be said. Just had a huge debate with a certain individual (not going to mention their name) they claim to think that homosexuality is a sin and that God hates people like us yet loves us enough to pour his wrath? Doesn't make a bit of sense to me, no not one bit. I'm pretty sure God is not going around pointing out every little thing that's wrong with a person as someone who claims to be a true follower of Jesus goes around and does the very same thing God told us not to do. He specifically commanded us this very thing "Judge not and you will not be judged. Condemn not and you will not be condemned." I can understand why this individual has this kind of backwards thinking and that's because they've been heavily doctrinated probably for many years. They haven't done enough research to understand that homosexuality wasn't even written in the bible until 1983. The original language was hebrew and in these clobber scriptures it was translated as boy molesters (pedophiles) will not inherit the kingdom of God. So therefore Jesus does not condemn homosexuals.
Most conservatives even say that we are just living in lifestyles. Being LGBTQ+ is not a lifestyle, it's part of who we are. Loving someone in a healthy way is not a sin. It really peeves me to think that a Christain can even think this way saying "oh, well even though your a Christain and you have a relationship with Jesus, you can't truly be a follower of Christ if your gay and so God can't love you and you won't be able to enter heaven." To me that's a pretty messed up statement and cruel way of thinking. I don't believe that to be true.
Love is not a sin, hatred and judgement is and it's very hurtful to us just because of who we are attracted to and who we are. I really think the conservative Christains really need to do their research more and stop being so narrow-minded. I'm pretty sure God would not want his children to go around telling people to stop sinning completely because in reality it's not going to happen. I mean what's wrong with being in a healthy loving same-sex relationship? Nothing! I'm tired of these so called Christains claiming to think they know everything about who God is and believe in a man who wrote those scriptures when he clearly was human and made an error or two as well as that one man who paid America to have homosexual put in the english bibles. It's error, plain and simple! How hard is it for you to grasp that understanding?! God is the one who never changes and never makes error.
I really didn't want to say anything but when I saw his journal post about pointing out different sins and telling others to stop sinning i couldn't just sit by and say nothing. Something in my spirit told me to say what I felt was the right thing to do. I can't just sit by and let these Christains go around acting all religious and high and mighty acting like they got it all together to the point of judging and and condemning individuals. Most people don't want to be forced into religion, most people are not completely ready to hear that quite yet. You have to learn to love people right where their at. We are all on our own journey and the last thing Christains need to do is go around and bible thump people who aren't ready. I know Jesus did not do that. He doesn't force himself on others, we humans in our flawed thinking tend to do that which is not the way to go about it.
I will not stand for it! Love is love no matter your sexuality and gender! God loves everyone and that includes us LGBTQ+ people! God made you and wired you uniquely, you can not change that part of you. No one can pray the gay away! 💫 100 Character Meme! 💫

Recovering Mentally and Emotionally
Posted 5 years agoThinking over the past few journals I've posted were really hateful and mean. Again, I'm truly sorry for all the hurt I've caused for some many of you. I wish I could take it all back but I can't now. Part of it was because of my fears on the coronavirus issue and another was because I was listening to a group on YouTube called the Tribulation Saints which talk about End Times prophecies and theories and said if your LGBTQ+ and your Christain then your still going to go to Hell which scared me to my core but deep down inside I knew that wasn't true. I tried to pray to God to take that attraction away for many days and it isn't happening. I'm always going to be attracted to women and I can't change that. I did some research and seen many different interpretations and translations of the bible and figured out that certain verses towards the gay community were changed with some errors written by people to justify their claims were right. This is a reason why I don't like religion and the warped views of conservative close-minded Christains views on gay, lesbian, bisexual, and trans people so much is because it's man-made and not from God and it's very damaging which some of the stuff I was watching scared and traumatized me so much that it made me all confused. I know who Jesus Christ is and he would never condemn LGBTQ+ people and send them to Hell just because of who they are. How could a loving God do that? I know for a fact that I'm saved and have the Holy Spirit living within me and I have a relationship with him. I was convicted of sinning in other certain things but I don't think I was convicted of homosexuality and the gender I'm attracted to.

Extended Isolation Time From Coronavirus
Posted 5 years agoLook like another 30 days of this self-isolation from coronavirus. I really hope and pray that this thing will die down by the summer but then again who knows. It's only in God's timing and I trust him that in the end everything is going to be alright. Our country and nations will never be the same again but one things for certain that we will be wiser and stronger then we ever were before.
Hopefully they'll have a vaccine soon to prevent more people from getting it. We have an exceedingly amount of positive cases and high death toll rates. Like they said, it's going to get worse before it gets better. It sucks because most of the people don't pay attention to what professional doctors are saying. Practice social distancing, wash hands for at least 20 seconds, don't go out in public places, stay isolated in your homes.
If you have to I recommend ordering your groceries or food of you want to eat from a restaurant that has a delivery option. If you absolutely have to go to the store I urge you to wear a well protected sports mask and gloves. This thing is only temporary and will not last forever. The lockdowns are only to help slow the spread of this virus so that it can't continue. There are strict rules put in place for a reason. Please do your best to follow them and things will go much smoothly.
Now is not the time to blow this thing off as just a regular flu because it isn't. It's a respiratory virus and much worse. Don't be foolish and hang around family and friends right now. Be considerate and think about others, especially elderly people! People are still outside walking around and in grocery stores close to other people which shouldn't be happening. The numbers are still high because of this reason! It's time to start taking this a lot more seriously!

Thoughts About Homosexuality and Christianity
Posted 5 years agoI had a while to take time and think about the debate with homosexuality and Christianity and I've come to the conclusion that there's many different interpretations of the bible and many different versions that say different things. One says homosexuality is wrong in the eyes of God and another says nothing about a homosexual going to Hell. Jesus never talked about homosexuality but it did in the old testament back when God was very wrathful and angry with humankind. He destroyed Soldom and Gomorrah because there were some pretty horrible people who were doing a lot of gangbangs and rapes along with prostitutes so he burned these two cities out of anger. I'm starting to realize that had nothing to do with homosexuals who are in same-sex relationships and who want to have a healthy family life.
Jesus Christ never condemned homosexuality of any kind. He told people to love others just as you love yourself and God loves you. I went about it all wrong and I was acting very self-righteous and again I'm truly very sorry for my behavior towards the LGBTQ+ people on here. I never meant to hurt you all.

Thinking About Taking A Break From Here
Posted 5 years agoI don't know...I might just go on a hiatus and eventually just leave FA for good. There's just too much wickedness and too much people on here that I can no longer associate with or talk to anymore. I feel like the Holy Spirit is urging me to just give up this place and leave for good. I'll go on a hiatus and have a time of prayer. If this is what I have to do then I'm going to be obedient and do what God says for me to do. I'm willing to give up everything for Jesus Christ even if that means leaving here for good because there's nothing else for me here.
Being A Light In A Dark World
Posted 5 years agoI feel like this has to be said and I know this world needs something more. We need to know who can save us, who can bring us out from darkness into light, who can save us from a disease far more deadly and contagious then the coronavirus and that's called sin. The only hope we have is this and his name is Jesus Christ and he's the only one who can save you from yourself and your sins. He said once he left this earth after he died on that cross that he would rise again and go to heaven but that he would leave you with a helper and that's the Holy Spirit that would be inside of you once you ask him to come into your life.
I did a lot of things I'm not proud of and committed a lot of sins in my lifetime. I struggled with watching porn and masterbating uncontrollably and I even had premarital sex when I shouldn't have. I was so filled with shame and guilt and I even fell into depression and became suicidal and had a lot of bitterness and hatred for myself and for others hurting me and I even hurt others too. That all changed the day I met Jesus Christ. I was in my bedroom and I asked him to forgive me and that I repented of my sins and suddenly I cried like a little baby and felt a wind inside of my body. That was the Holy Spirit entering me and right in that split second I heard him saying I was forgiven and freed from those sins. I felt such joy and happiness that I haven't felt in years. All of the shame and guilt is gone but that doesn't mean that I still have struggles and temptations because we all do. But because of the Holy Spirit guiding me, I no longer have the desire to do these wicked things and I'm literally transformed by the grace of God's mercy and love.
He loves me very much more then I could know and he wants you to know that he loves you too and wants for anyone who wants to know him to come and have a relationship with Jesus Christ so that you can have enternal life with him in the kingdom of Heaven. We have a choice, we don't have to go to Hell and the only way out of that darkness is through him.
I know I could potentially lose some followers for this but I felt like I was led by the Holy Spirit to write this out. You all mean a lot to me to tell you the truth and that you who don't know him would suffer much greater after this life. It would pain me greatly if that were to happen more so then losing followers.

Posted 6 years agoWhen I logged back on here I honestly was pretty surprised that the FA staff decided to finally update their website layout. I really love the new modern look but I will have to say that it's pretty big and a little more complex when searching for stuff. All of the art is enlarged and hard to look at. I really love when it's smaller and easier to read back on the classic version so I decided to switch back.
No offense to those that love the new look but for me I like the old layout better. It's way less confusing and easier to read. Now I will have to say that the website coders who worked on this big project, you guys did an awesome job but there needs to be a few more tweaks and fixes to that new layout if you want more users to enjoy it. Otherwise, everything else looks good.
