I’m unfortunately really tight on money at the moment so for a while I won’t be able to commission art for a while.
I really love commissioning and helping out artists on here but without help it’ll be a while.

I’ve decided to try out the Shinies feature. I think that it’s a cool idea and I definitely hope it goes well. I hope I did everything right. Your friendly wolf is a bit tight on money to be able to commission artists so if you’d like to help it’d be greatly appreciated.

I just recently checked my watcher count and I honestly was quite shocked to see I have over 670 watchers. I know not every account is active or is s previous account of one of my watchers but each watcher means a lot.

GSFC was small but awesome. It was a ton better than I was expecting considering this was GSFC’s debut. I got to meet my good friend there. Honestly without her I wouldn’t have known about the con. I got a couple of pins to show my support for the LGBTQ+ community. I was also able to commission a piece from the incredible artist of my character Breki and his sister Nami both showing their abilities.
I have absolutely wonderful news. My precious character Breki is coming to life. I commissioned a kigu of him from Lemonbrat as well as getting one of their furry dice.
I missed a lot but still had s blast. Hope to see more of you over there in the coming years. I’d love to meet each one of you one day.

In one week from tomorrow April 15th this wolf will be officially turning 38 years old.
On that Friday from the 19th-21st of April I’ll be attending a new furcon called The Golden State Fur Con or GSFC. I found out about this con from my good friend and we’ll both be there. I’m curious to know who else is going or if you know someone who is.

I’ll admit I’m a bit bummed as well as it looks like the con I attended for a few years Califur isn’t going to happen anymore. It saddens me as that was my very first furry con. It’s hard to believe that it’s been over 7 years since I joined FA. It’s hard to believe that I was once a really shy bundle of nerves for at least two of those years. I didn’t really know how to do anything or know anyone on here. Watching, faving, commenting, leaving shouts, notes, submitting art linking YouTube videos etc. I didn’t know how to do any of that. I honestly never thought I’d make any friends on here. I’ve lost a few but gained even more.

I’ve gotten art from so many incredible artists.

I know that my comments can come off as robotic and repetitive but I guarantee that it’s 100% genuine. I’m just not the best at coming up with the words to describe my joy on the pieces I see. I also wish to remain respectful on the pieces and not risk coming off as creepy, rude or crossing any lines. I understand that comments that are robotic can come off as annoying and if that’s a problem I truly apologize.

Always remember that each one of you is special and unique and brings your own thing to the table. Even if you’re not an artist you do have influence and can have a huge impact. Help encourage people with positivity and encouragement.
If you see someone feeling down try to cheer them up. Just a few words can make a huge difference to someone and a friendship might arise from it.

Just found out that I was blocked by a couple of people. Oh well. Their loss. I guess that they didn’t like having positive and kind comments on their posts and journals.

No worries from this wolf. They just lost a supporter and watcher.

I am so freakin pissed right now. It’s bad enough that we’ve got people including kids doing a thing called Swatting just because they get butthurt that their character got killed in a video game like Call of Duty but now it’s possible that a stupid jackass has actually committed a mass shooting in Jacksonville Florida where a Madden 19 video game tournament was being held and the possible reason was that he lost in the tournament and was butthurt about it.
For Pete’s Sake, if you do bad at a video game you just practice and get better. You don’t just go into a rage and ruin people’s lives or possibly end their lives.

I know that the investigation is still going on and not all the facts are out yet. That’s the reason I used words like possible.
I can’t confirm the facts of this shooting but I can say that people have commented the act of Swatting.

I’m really sorry. I’m really shook up by this. Not just because of this cowardly act of violence but also because of where it took place. I was born in Jacksonville Florida, so this hits close to home for me, even though I haven’t been there since I was 6 months old.

I’m getting close to 600 watchers which is honestly extremely astonishing to me.
⚠️WARNING ⚠️ Skip this idea if you’re sensitive to the mere mention of blood and/or gore.
The idea is of a comic like thing but it’s also a bit of a vent. It will definitely be mature or possibly adult themed, not for sexuality or things like that but for blood and possible gore.
The idea is that the winner is having a really rough day or something really bad happened, so my sona offers himself as a punching bag just one punch in the gut. However the punch puts a hole in my sona’s gut. My sona drops to his knees and asks if they feel better after punching him. The person says yes , then my sona says good, stands up and heals hole in his gut and gives the winner a big hug.
See? It’s a happy ending in spite of some blood and possible gore.

The second idea is a multi character piece involving a few of my characters with the winner with a big THANK YOU FOR 600 WATCHERS.

This is something that I read about that happened at BLFC.
For those who don’t know a little girl named Emma who’s new to the fandom wearing her partial fursuit and getting ready for the fursuit photo when she was bullied by a couple of other fursuiters I believe as mice characters and they insulted her fursuit. This hurt her so much that she nearly left the fandom.
Now for something I love.
The outpour of love and support that the fandom gave to this little girl through kind and supportive comments, gift art and even offering to make a partial fursuit for her was absolutely incredible and wonderful to read and see. It warmed my heart, made me cry tears of joy. It’s moments like this seeing the fandom come together and support a person in need really warms my heart and reignites my love for this fandom.

As the title says I had a really great birthday weekend.
On Saturday a library in Mission Viejo CA had a little comic con for the first time and I attended. My mom got her and me a comic called PRT NOIR. Basically it’s about two cats that solve crimes. Think of it almost like a furry version of the anime Case Closed, as well as a couple of plushies from the comic. (I’ll get a photo of them to post)
Sunday my actual birthday was pretty chill. Stayed at home most of the day and in the evening my mom and I went to The Great Wolf Lodge for dinner. We both got their BBQ sampler. I can easily show a photo of it if you all want to see it. After the meal my mom and I walked around The Great Wolf Lodge and found a little glow in the dark neon miniature golf course and we played a round. My mom got me a pair of the Lodge’s special birthday wolf ears and I got s wolf plush to be a companion for my Stitch plush. I’ll post a photo of them with my PET NOIR plushes.
I took today off from work as well and chilled playing games on my phone as well as surfing FA. I’m back to the grind tomorrow. Hope that you all had a great weekend.
