Business stuff - My ToS

I'll plan my work as follows :
- news slots will be opened the last week of each months.
- work will be done by the end of the next month.
Example : during the last week of March, i'll take comms that will be delivered by end of April, and so on.
For EVERY artwork order, I will work this way :
1) If you want something, check my ToS and Comm' Infos for pricing and availability.
2) Send me a note with a ref and your idea, I'll make you a quote that you'll have to accept in order to recieve my payment infos.
3) Payment is needed to get a slot in my planning; no money, no slot.
4) I'll contact you once the sketch is finished, once you validated it it's a non-return point.
5) I'm open for art trades, conditions will be discussed by notes.
6) Ordering a comm means you agree my ToS and pricing policy.
These ToS will surely evolve. Please check them every time you want to order some art from me. :)

- j'ouvre de nouveaux slots la dernière semaine de chaque mois
- les comms seront livrées avant la fin du mois suivant.
Exemple : pendant la dernière semaine de mars, je prend des comms qui seront livrées avant fin Avril, et ainsi de suite.
Pour TOUTE commande, je travaillerai de cette façon :
1) Si vous souhaitez passer commande, vérifiez mes ToS et mes infos de comm pour la disponibilité et les prix.
2) Envoyez-moi une note avec ref et idée, ensuite je vous envoie un devis. Une fois le devis accepté, je vous envoie les infos de paiement.
3) Le paiement est nécessaire pour obtenir un slot; pas de sous, pas de slot.
4) Je vous contacte une fois le sketch terminé. Si il vous convient, je termine le travail et passe le point de non-retour.
5) Je suis ouvert aux art trades, on peut en parler par notes.
6) Passer commande signifie que vous acceptez ma grille tarifaire et mes ToS.
Ces TOS vont très certainement évoluer, n'oubliez pas de les consulter avant de passer commande. :)
