Well originally Rusty was Nox, but i got tired of that crap, I've developed Rusty over a good 10 years from a crappy little catlike dragon thingy to what you know how as Rusty the painted husky. i suppose I learned more about animals as life went on and related to canines more and I like unique creatures so it all came into place.

Slowly but surely i am moving my way over into RocketDoxie territory. It's my new name for my professional Illustration website I deal with clients for and it will also be my fursuiting name I'll fall under as well. Had GreenieWeenieDog.com for quite a while and its starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth too many EEEEEss for a website name.


RocketDoxie is alot of fun to say and while be alot of fun to create promotional material for because it's more straight forward. And I've been researching LuckyDog for company names and theres a tattoo shop and graphic design company, so thats kinda meh.

so, way excited about this.

Look for RocketDoxie Creations for fursuits and nonsense, I created the FA but havent gotten around to transitioning from LuckyDog to that yet. meh :/

Yup today Eis Woof and I were happily mated 7 years ago. Wow o_o that's a long time!

cause, today I decided to use spray adhesive to glue my foam together for my head base, instead of battling my glue gun, and by god, I love myself some spray adhesive. >< i'm mad cause i haven't been using it all along. But i suppose it's a learning process. It holds REALLY well though, I am impressed. Made the process a helluvah lot faster, I've been using spray for a long time for like artwork n junk so it doesnt really cause an insane mess for me. EEE...happy. :D

Ok *yawn* here I am. Been lost in the woodworks for a while. I'm a busy gal what can I say? I work a 40hr a week job I work as a freelance Illustrator and tattoo artist as well and I just plain live a chaotic life. But that's okay I've got good people in it with me that keep me going.

So new things new things...well I turned 24 this last Sunday. That's exciting. I'm doodling hardcore lately and not so fart dry out of arts. Makes me happy. The pook got a new job so he be putting monies towards us. That's baller. So yeah summer is taking a turn for the better.

LuckyDog Creations is well underway. I've got 4 new fullsuits in the making as of late and I'm very exxcited to get back into it. Like I said. Chaotic life. So I squeeze fursuit building in there somewhere as well. I love making them and I love seeing them out at conventions. I don't take in a lot of commissions as I like to take my sweetass time and do it right. I'm very anal about my forms and quality. So if you manage to get a commission slot from me. Your a damn luckydog. Not to say I'm awesome or putting myself on a highhorse. Jus sayin if your suit peaks enough interest to motivate me to make it then your more than likely to get one.

so.

I went to a reptile store today in Chicago with some friends we've been meaning to check out and the owner also has an exotics rescue where he keeps the animals in the upper level of the building. They had giant tortoises, snakes, alligators and all that jazz. Then he brought out the opposum. Her name was Molly she was 9 months old and her owners had her as a baby and just recently given her up to a rescue.

I have never seen an opposum up close, let alone pet one. But I actually got to hold her! She was just like a baby, she clung on and snuggled into me and went to sleep. She was the sweet thing ever. She completely made my day. I held her for a good hour. Her tail felt like a hairy carrot but her fur was surprisingly really soft. <_< I wished I coulda taken her home, lol.


I just thought I would share this tender moment with the rest of you.

Just as I was looking forward to my first convention and getting all prepped and excited as the weeks seem to fly by. Today I really looked at the budget I'm surviving on with the fiance...and it doesn't look good. V_V
*sigh* so yeah, live yet again, gets in the way of me trying new things.

I'm new here to FA, so be gentle, or not if you really insist.

I'm hoping to make some new furry friends through this site as well as share my artwork. More is to come for sure, I've got some really good responses so far. ^^

Just got back from Fayetteville, NC for a vacation with the mate visiting the father for a month. Beach, stepping on octopuses accidently in the ocean, NC zoo, it was all a great time. Too hot for this doggie though, Wisconsin isn't known to have 95+ everyday and humid like there! So it is a good thing to not have to sweat for a change these past few days. Although if I talk to anyone down south about snow they act as though I'm from another world. O_O yes I can get 3 feet of snow where I live. Apparently they shut down schools and buy out all the food and supplies in the stores if they even get a dusting of snow.

Mom took good care of Poot while I was away, I was pretty worried about her, Poots pretty old, but she stuck it through and promptly welcomed me home with a turd on my hand.

Working on some new stuff, going back to traditional and backing away from the digital work for a while. Re-designing blue kitty character for Darian Kitty.
