Posted 13 years agoIts interesting when people see me on other communities and even in my neighborhood and ask "are you a furry?"
I dont respond "yes" or "no", because to be being a furry is jsut a generic term to express hatred, no different than gay straight or bi.
And like your sexual orientation, I believe being in such a community is your very own damned business.
I merely respond "I have an affinity for foxes, and I tend to role play a online character as a aztec critter, but I dont attend "furry" conventions, I dont attend "Furmeets" and I dont wear "fursuits".
as much as I dont want the flak, Here is my own opinion;
Theres a time and place for everything. If youl ike wearing fur suits, and such, thats great, but please, keep it where it belongs. If I see a guy walking down the street in a fursuit, I kinda am scared that he may be a pedophile. If theres a "furmeet" or a "furry convention", then I may be a littlem ore at ease.

Commissions commissions (And the troubles they bring..)
Posted 13 years agoSo after a while of searching I finally found someone to do a custom avatar in SL!
But thats where the good news ends.
SL Recently, as many are aware, updated their policies. Now, its a pain in the ass to make things as you need crystal clear and explicit permissions for exactly what you need to make the item. So honest people like me and the artist (I wont say who at this point in time) are suffering and going through headaches. Furthermore I bet poor cerberus (And swiftcutter if the artist contacted them aswell.) are getting annoyed to death over this whole fiasco.
The good news is the artist and the creators of the species are all chatting and getting exactly what everyone needs for the project to continue (I hope). As to Cerberus, Swiftcutter, and the Artist, I must apologize for all this hassle and I hope its resolved soon.
On a side note, I just purchased my VK 4502 Aufs B in World of Tanks, which marks my first ever Tier 9 Heavy Tank. I'm happy :3

new sona?
Posted 13 years agoSo yea in a effort to be that much more unique I'm chanign my sona. No more fox, instead I'm thinking one of them lovable critters from Katan (by Cerberus, found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3375324 ).
After inquiring with te creators of this species (who were excited to see another person use them as a base for their sona), I was thinking to get preliminary sketches and such done. Then I thought, lets get in SL
This is where I need help. I need ot find someone who is willing to do custom avatar work form the ground up. It would be a unique avatar (unless Cerberus and/or swiftcutter say othewise) that woulld NOT be for resale.
It wont be request, it would be a commission paid in lindens. If anyone knows someone willing to help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Valentines day and why I hate it.
Posted 13 years agoof many reasons I can give, theres 2 reasons that stand out as to why I hate valentines day.
1: Marks another year of depression, miserable-ness, and loneliness. Cant seem to find anyone to even hang out with let alone have a relationship with around here (meaning locally, not FA)
2: Day my great grandmother died. She also died alone, but at least she had Alzheimers.
maybe I'm jsut lashing out but another year of depression today. What joy.

World Of Tanks and the essence of Team Play
Posted 14 years agoFor those who do know what World of Tanks is, skip this paragraph. Otherwise, read forward. World of Tanks is a MMORPG style game that centers around WWII era (primarily. 1930-1960 to be exact) tank combat. Currently, you choose tank trees based on nation (you can play one or all 3) and start working your way down the tree. PzKfW 35(t) will lead eventually to Maus, and T-26 will eventually lead to IS-7, and so forth. Very fun game, highly recommend it to anyone who loves tanks.
In any case WoT is a team game, as even the heavies of tanks fall if left unguarded. Team work is essential to victory, and I do not bark out orders unless nobody else is taking charge.
In example, I founded and currently reign terr- I mean, Lead the MSF or Militaires Sans Frontieres. Thats French for "Soldiers Without Borders". The MSF operates as a clan of volunteers. Our Goal is to have fun and kick ass while doing that.

I try to get 3 people to play during events that get tons of experience and money. 1 willing doe, the other already was, the last refuses to, misses the event, and then bitches about low XP income.

Writer's Review (Waterways)
Posted 14 years agoThis is a review on Kyell Gold's "Waterways" book. I know the book is relatively old, and perhaps you all have read it, but its nice to have a review for those who havent. However, new or old readers alike, feedback is always welcome.
Books rarely catch my attention anymore. Its been several years (even willing to say since high school) since a good book has caught my attention.
Waterways seems to have caught my eye in the matter, however.
I dont praise Kyell Gold on his works, I feel he is an author whos trying to introduce new concepts into bookshelves across the world.
But that surely doesnt mean his stuff stinks.
In Waterways, we have Kory, a 17 year old Otter who just got dumped by his girlfriend Jenny. After bumping into a peculiar Black Fox at the municipal pool, He wrestles with the thought of being gay, and how it affects (and ultimately) changes his life.
I feel that this book tackles many issues we deal with today. Even in my own home if my father knew I was Bisexual (let alone gay), I'd be out on the curb in seconds. How Kory deals with these issues, and ultimately in the end tackles with them brings a intriguing and delightful twist to traditional story writing.
Sure, there are typos (I can point out 3 times he used "Ringers" instead of "Fingers", and such), but the method and process of him carrying out the story is truely delightful.
If you want a good teen drama that delves into society's fear and hatred towards homosexuals, and dont mind a little romance (and a little naughty stuff ;) Nothing deep however), Waterways is definitely a good read ( and what? 9.99$ for a digital copy on amazon?)
This journal is subject to change and update as I work on smoothing and refining it, it may just be moved to a text document submission later once it nears a more professional and finalized state. Once said state has been accomplished, expect it on my InkBunny account aswell.

In any case, IF Furaffinity.net allowed (which I seriously doubt they do) me to use it asa platform to blog updates on the psp hacking scene, I gladly would. But, since I'm 90% sure its in violation of their ToS, I'll be starting a new blog sometime in the next week. I hope that you all will visit it, and maybe even learn something.

*ahem*
I've been incredibly active on PSP-Hacks.com (yea, its legit folks, its for Custom Firmware), where I've been posting under the name "McPhail".
In the last week, I've been impersonated 3 times, insulted 4 times, harrassed by a fake sony rep, and told multiple countless times I'm an idiotic college boy who just thinks he knows what hes talking about.
On the plus side, I've helped countless people in their questions, given my own opinions and ideas, and scared off a troll by acting like I would e-mail sony about an impersonator XD Worked, got the guy to shit his pants.
All in all, I've been doing fine. I'm still single, very lonesome here in Harrison aswell. I now have a reliable car and the ability to go almsot anywhere I want aswell, thats good news. And, in 9 months, I'll be able to buy booze :3
I'll hopefulyl be posting some new pictures up by years end (no guarantees), and my new years resolution is to be more active on FA, so lets hope for the best!

Anyways, I'll be scanning some of my previous works form 2 years ago and uploading them, but in the mean time I'm working on something.
I finally managed to get Stay Tooned workingo n my PC, its a old cartoon game and I loved it as a child, still love it to this day. Very corny but who cares? they throw bombs at eachother! And who could ever forget the awesome minigame Whack a Penguin?
In anycase, my favorite character from the series made a short appearance and his name was Killtron. whats funny is his title is "MAGIC DEATH ROBOT!"
So in a half ass effort to celebrate my foundings of getting Stay Tooned to work, I'm drawing none other than killtron!
In other news, I am unemployed and dead broke =P

So heres my goals;
▫ GET SOME SHIT ON MY FA!!!! I currently have like 1 submission and I got alot of shit I want back on here, plus a few newer pieces
▫ ESTABLISH SOME RANTS! Seems Audio isnt a nice option for me, I have a bad voice and my rants end up being over 10 megs, so I'll just type them out. If I put em as Journals or individual submissions, I dont know yet.
▫ START COMMENTING MORE! I have 100 or so people I'm watching yet havent commented on ANY of their submissions/journals, and to be frank that aint cool on my behalf. I wanna try to fix it.

Posted 16 years agoActually, since I didnt wantto be an attention whore on FA, I spent a nice long time form it, and have been actually depressed for almost 2 months. 4 dys ago I jsut snapped and am very happy now
So y'all know, I havent been on so I dont cause issues on FA and my contacts.
Anyways, as an update, I'm enteringthe world of Development for a mod named Freeworlds (which is a total conversion of Freelancer). I currently am making a hitbox for a ship named *gasp* the Lone Wolf =D

Posted 17 years agoI am single. I hgate it. My ex leaves me for a fuckhead thats 39 years old and that waved 6 years of college, a house, and cars, and other shiti n his face. So he claimed he loved him more and that we had no future
I'm overly depressed and theo nly time I act normal or happy is when I'm drunk. I'm doing this journal cuz I'm sober and just dont fucking care anymore
I lost my love, my communities, and my freinds all in 24 hours. Now that 99% of my life has been utterly destroyed, I dont know what the fuck to do. I know that I'm in constant physical pain because my heart is broken, and I know that I got very few peopleto depend on or rely on.
I'm overly depressed and theo nly time I act normal or happy is when I'm drunk. I'm doing this journal cuz I'm sober and just dont fucking care anymore

Posted 17 years agoFirst off, out of the 8 people who commented to that journal, there was one I did not reconize and that was not on any friends list. To this person, I do not know how you found me, and in particular, I do not care, bt I ask you avoid my page from now on. I have already added contacts to a block list, so one more name will not be a issue on my part.
second, what Jah in the previous journal said was true, my brother came in and pretty much effectively wiped all my galleries, favorites, journals and pretty much everyhting else from FA, AND pretty much deleted my F4L account. So, I now need to rebuild both
Since alot of stuff on my FA page here was irreplacable, I will be contacting Dragoneer to talk to him about restoring my backups or seeing if he can retrieve anythiing, or at least my journals.
I may leave a death note every now and then because life is going shitty for me, but hell, I never nuke my shit. and this pissed me off to no end.
I may even leave FA if this stuff cannot be restored.
I now look liek a Ass in the entire Fur Community, and now I need to rebuild myself for it. It doesnt matter who did what, what matters is its done.
