2013... Boy what a year it has been. All I can think of is how I was sitting here in my room the year before, looking back at the events that has happened in 2012.

We're all getting a little older, a little wiser, makes me wonder what the rest of our lives has in store for us.

So here's to another year, may it teach us unforgettable lessons that will stick with us for the rest of our days. Keep your head up everyone, things always look up once you've hit the cold ground, as I am learning to do once more.

I am thankful that we have ended on good terms, there wasn't a single raised voice in our 3 hour conversation. I feel heartbroken, but I am hopeful that we will see each other again.

Thank you for all the moments we shared that most might consider crazy, for all the adventures we went on. All the memories we have created. Thank you for giving me a chance to love you, to be the one that you were in a relationship with.

Thank you Humberto... You were the best that has ever happened to me, I will patiently wait for the day we will meet again.

Yeah, wasn't expecting of going on a hiatus on here. I have forgotten my password and I've been too lazy to recover it lol.

But yeah, quite a few things have happened in the past 3 months since my last journal.

Currently living with my mother's friend. So in a sense I am living on my own. This has been like that since the first week of July. This is only temporary though, moving into my new home and to be reunited with my madre again in a couple of weeks.

Been attending the Art Institute. Interesting but stressful especially with work, leaves me no time to do my homework. Don't really have much of a social life, and only see Berto about once or twice a week. But hey, I am still happy, I know all this will pay off in the long run. <3

My birthday was 3 days ago so I am finally 20. Had exams that day of course, but regardless, I have gotten so many "Happy Birthdays" and I got cake and roses from my love. He also ordered me some custom headphones from Bobsmade and I'm pretty fucking stoked about that. :D

Art wise, I'm not going to lie, I haven't drawn shit since I last posted. I made a few doodles here and there, but not really worthy of posting. Sorry guys. I will get something up eventually.

I will be finishing my second year of college in mid May and I am SO behind on my work from 3 out of my 4 classes... I feel so overwhelmed. 3 days of the week I'm at Berto's place and he has shitty internet (sorry babe lol) and a lot of my stuff I need to get it from the internet. then the other 4 days I'm working until nights. The only time I have a chance to work on my homework is at night like 23:00 - 3:00 but if I do that, I wouldn't get enough rest since I wake up early to go to work (and school for the matter). My biggest issue is managing my time and trying to figure out what assignments have a higher priority than others.

Finishing my second year will also mean I'll be moving again as I mentioned on my previous journal, with the possibly of a transfer of jobs since the house my madre and her boyfriend bought is within walking distance of a Panda Express. It will also mean that I will barely ever get to visit Berto since there's "no reason for me to go to Elgin".

There's so much to do and I feel like I'm running out of time all too quickly. I feel like I can't relax anymore. But nonetheless, despite all this, I feel happier than I was years ago. Although my Summer will be brief, the weather will be beautiful and sunny again. I will be doing my best to see that I get a chance to meet some of my online friends. One especially who has been my friend since I first joined dA 5 years ago (oh my, her birthday is coming up too I really need to make her something) and another who has helped me so much with one of my classes that's online. He's been such a good friend, it's just a real shame that they're both on "the other side of the pond" but I'm willing to do my best to make these two reunions possible~



I feel both optimistic and sad at the same time. What a strange combination haha.



I find it hard to believe how fast this year is going, I mean we're almost done with April D: I'll be 20 before I know it...

I want to say more, but my thoughts have suddenly escaped me. So I suppose I will do a quiz, it's been a long while since I posted one on my journal lol.

And so did my Spring break holidays.

Though I have actually attempted to finish on some work for my maths but sadly it was not able to be completed due to the fact that I hate excel and it's a bitch to figure out on certain commands to do certain equations. If I can't figure out that part on excel, I can't continue with the assignments :l

I have noticed that I've gotten quite lazy with my work. I know that I must do my best to succeed with my academics but let's face it, school has been the same routine for over 14 years for me and I for one, am tired of the same old routine. I feel like I would do so much better if I had a year break from school before going back. I would have been able to work more hours to save up more money and get to explore the world without having to worry about assignments. I have asked my mother for a year break when I graduated from high school almost 2 years ago, but by default she said no because I would finish school later, I might get lazy and not want to go back to school. I can understand this, but I simply feel like all this coursework is so stressful and its draining the happy and energetic personality I used to have. Just last night Berto was acting rather strangely and it's because I'm not the same person I was when he first met me. I know that everyone changes whether they want to or not; it's unavoidable. But it still hurt me to know that because I feel like I'm disappointing him somehow...

In terms of art, there are a few deadlines coming up that I really need to get going on. One of them is creating animal stickers for Berto's art show at his school. He's asked me if I can make some of the stickers (and make copies of each different animal) so that he can sell them for me. It would have been the only way for any part of me to be able to be in that art show. So far I only have the top hat hippo with 5 copies in vinyl sticker material. I still need to make 4 more animals x.o

I also want to participate in this scholarship for the Art Institute and it isn't until May but I have no idea what to submit because I feel that none of my stuff in my gallery now will be nowhere near as good. I know I can do so much better, but I'm struggling on figuring out what theme and what medium to make it in. Any ideas and suggestions would be greatly appreciated (and I'm looking for something different, not the generic anthros/sparkle animals).

Some other updates, my mother has been looking for new houses and I think that sometime after I finish my semester in May, we'll be moving into a new home. This is nothing new to me, seeing as I've been moving all my life, but I find it upsetting that my work won't be 3 minutes away from me like it is now and I may end up being transferred to a different Panda Express location. I would like to so that it would be closer to my upcoming new home, but I will deeply miss my coworkers and my manager. I've became very good friends with them to the point where I'm hanging out with one of them outside of work. I will miss him a lot, even if has a tough emotionless exterior; I know he's a big caring softie on the inside lol.

Every Monday through Wednesday I usually stay over my father's place so that my commute to school would be a lot closer and the risk of getting in an accident will be reduced, but there have been some issues going on between my father and my step-mother that I am no longer allowed to stay there. So I have actually been staying over my beloved's place. Though the only issue is once the semester ends and I start my life at the Art Institute, I won't be able to stay over at his place, nor barely see him at all. This will be difficult for me to get used to since he is not used to long distance relationships. Ah, we'll find a way to see each other, we tend to be persistent about that hehe~

I hate moving.
