A Special Project
Posted a month agoBeen a while since I made one of these. Not sure how many people will see this, but oh well.
I got this project I'm working on that I figured I'd get more help for on this site given how more...out there people are compared to on DA. It's something I call Buljemon, an AU of Pokemon that takes place billions of years after the main series, during which Pokemon have hyper-evolved to become supermassive beings that now populate outer space, most of which has been molded into equally huge natural environments for them to live in. Humans, or their equivalent in this AU, are no longer the only ones who capture creatures, but other races they have aligned themselves with too, going from Pokemon Trainers to Buljemongers.
I don't expect to make an actual game out of this (mainly because Nintendo & Gamefreak will tear it down the instant they see it), but I thought it would be fun to work on after coming up with it, so if anyone would like to help out with it I'd be much appreciative of it. If you CAN help out, reach out to me on Discord (NexusConglomeration / ultimaherald), though if you don't have it we can talk here through Notes instead. Designs, gameplay, locations, anything you can come up with would be helpful.

(Fun Facts:
- The idea for the series came to me during a conversation I had with Redstreak (who is a friend btw) involving the Phobos Walker from Pokemon Link becoming more intelligent, using the Poke Ball container on its back to create a gigantic Pokemon and become its own Pokemon Trainer. The idea of huge, stronger Pokemon sounded interesting upon further thought, which led to the creation of the Buljemon concept.
-- Another inspiration for the series came from the Appmon series from Digimon. For those who don't know, Appmon are a subspecies of Digimon found in the Digital World's Net Ocean, and have their own evolutionary stages. Buljemon was originally planned to be something similar, with the creatures being from an AU where Pokemon started off as supermassively huge & powerful beings, but later changed to become a future variant of the species.
-- The other idea behind Buljemon is that they are meant to represent astrological creatures such as space whales & similar entities from fiction, including but not limited to the Brethren Moons from Dead Space, Galactus (to some extent) from Marvel & monsters such as the Behemoth from Stellaris, which Redstreak told me about.
-- The last piece of inspiration for Buljemon (and by extension the humanity of this AU) is from series/stories based on evolution over a long period of time, which my friend Redstreak had been telling & showing me examples of. Given the aspect of Pokemon being based on nature & evolution (at least in my eyes), this felt appropriate.
-- Lastly, the name, which is pronounced "bull-zheh-mon", is a corruption of the word "bulge", which is the opposite of "pocket" in that it refers to something that "swells or protrudes to an incongruous extent", referring to the ridiculous size (among other things) of the creatures. Redstreak jokingly called them "Hugeomon" when we were talking about the Pokemon created by the Phobos Walker. XD

Projects
Posted 5 years agoI'm a very active thinker. I used to be some guy who only cared about what he was looking at and what he wanted rather than actually thinking about stuff, but I've been changing a lot to become the person I am today. And as some know (which is a mere few from what I know) I can get a LOT of ideas when I put my mind to it. And a few of those ideas are...pretty huge.
Since I do, I've decided to make a Journal listing the major ideas I've come up with, all in chronological order. Here we go...
No, not Ultimate as in "the best series ever", Ultimate is just a name for the series. Contrary to most of my ideas, it's a written story rather than a drawn picture. The history for it is pretty large too, not enormously large, but enough to make it the oldest of my projects.
It started out in 2017 I believe. Ever since I discovered DA in 2014 and joined it in 2015, I've been a lurker on the site, checking out pics that caught my eye. I was a brat back then, usually making myself into a victim by saying I'd never be able to draw or make my own stuff, and I even tried asking others to make my ideas for me. It was a dark time, merely the beginning at that. But in 2017 I had come up with my very first OC, Nubilus, who has become one of the main antagonists of my series, more on that later. Back then he was just some edgy dude made of darkness whose story was that he was born from my thoughts of wanting a "true ultimate power" that I was making in my head, and after wishing upon a shooting star to obtain that wish, he and a race of dark beings called the Ultimites appeared around the universes and began to cause havoc. The original pic of Nubilus is pretty old and bad-looking, so I deleted it a long while ago. Sometime afterwards in the same year, I began making my own series of stories which would be known as "Ultimate", purely out of edge. The whole series was based around self-centered edginess, as I was a pretty arrogant and selfish person at the time. Not something I like to remember...especially considering that the main protagonist of the story was literally me. DX
The series ended up being cancelled for multiple reasons, one such reason being that I just wasn't up for making all those stories. Laziness basically. Because of how I acted I ended up dropping the characters I made for it altogether, but I then had a new idea for it around 2018: The Ultimites, now reborn as the Judicites, would have an opposing race called the Liberites, who are beings made of light. The plot was that the Judicites were at war with the Liberites, who deemed the former unworthy to exist, and attempted to erase them from existence (which I didn't fully understand at the time). However, this idea was also dropped due to the series still being a little self-centered, which I couldn't handle. I was also a very confused person, and was usually conflicted between a lot of stuff. Because of this the races and series were scrapped again, and I wasn't sure if I'd ever use them for anything besides RPs. Luckily, that changed this year.
I used to do story requests for friends back in 2019, but I ultimately dropped them due to being unable to cope with the amount of stories I had and the work I'd need to put into them, as well as a course I used to go to taking up a lot of my time. Or at least, that's what I said, but it was really because I wanted to finish the stories in one day and refused to accept a part of one being done in a day. But then I realised why I was feeling so...restless about my ideas earlier this year: I was never letting them see the light of day. I never gave thought as to how people would envision them back when I was wrong and confused, but a few changes I've been going through have helped me see that. So, after a while of thinking, I decided to give the Ultimate series another shot, even if it was longer than expected (mostly due to me being forgetful XD). On top of that, I've also given making stories in general another shot, which of course means that story requests are open again. I'll explain more about that later. As for the Ultimate series, its plot and backstory are a bit...crazy? Let's just say the Judicites and Liberites are now two of many primal races that existed before anything else did, and in the present day they wish to erase the universes for shared reasons. The two races are neutral, but are peaceful towards each other unlike almost every other dark and light race there is, and are the same towards the other races of their time...Well, most of them at least, haven't thought them all through yet. The main protagonist also got a massive change; he's still me, but he's more like a depiction of what I'd like to be if I could. So far I've made three chapters including the prologue, and I'd appreciate if you could check them out.
And that's more or less the whole story on this series. It's basically the core of my ideas, since it tales my universe of sorts. Although, I also consider this to be within reach of other's universes too, but not forcefully. I've always liked stretching out beyond borders wherever possible, such as coming up with new levels of power, different kind of beings, an origin for a universe, etc. A major twist-lover, basically (if the twist is logical of course). So yeah, I like but don't enforce the connected universe idea on others.
Anyways...
One of the most ambitious projects of mine, up there with the Ultimate series. Equinox is the name I gave to the idea of a game I came up with long ago, a game I've recently had much thought about. I first came up with the idea in 2018: It started out as an idea for a creatures game set in a dream world, where the creatures would be strange mixes of things you wouldn't expect. A gigantic sentient flying ship, for instance. Not one of the ideas I had for the creatures, but it's an example. I found myself getting more and more interested in this idea, until I announced its beginning in October 2018. But while I had a lot of ideas for the series, I was unaware of how things such as its battle system would work and the mechanics of the stats, as I was more driven by hyperactive readiness than steady and sure readiness. I ended up shelving the series as a result, but I have kept it in my mind ever since.
I tried going back to it in 2019, having come up with more ideas such as the setting for the game, the characters that would appear and some of the more important creatures. However, it was shelved again due to not having enough time on my hands and not knowing how to even make a game in the first place. That thought in particular is what made me shelve the game, as I wondered where the hell I could learn how to make my own game. It's been on my mind for a while, but I've been looking for solutions to it. I've heard of a college that teaches game designing is making another establishment that's closer to my house, and if it's close enough I'll attempt to go there in the future. If that doesn't work, a friend of mine told me there are online classes (or something like that) that can teach me about it.
Anyways, the particulars for this game are...quite different from usual creatures games. For one thing, the creatures themselves would have way more stages than usual, even more than Digimon! Secondly, they and their owners would fight together in an open environment rather than the usual RPG style the likes of old Final Fantasy games, Pokemon and Mario & Luigi use. There was also an idea where there would be groups established in the world the dream creatures live in, which I call Nirvana. I'd explain more, but that would make this Journal too long. If you want to hear the details, best you note me about it or something.
In short, this project is one I've had a lot of love for over the few years I've had it in mind. Another reason for that is because I plan to put it in the same "universe" as the Ultimate series! It would be cool for me to have a story and game be connected with each other, albeit not by plot.
Not the actual name for this project, but it's what I'll call it by for now. For those who don't know (and I doubt there's many who do), Telefang is a Pokemon-style series developed during the start of the 21st century, 2000 to be exact. I was actually born just before then in 1999, but I never heard of this series before or after its release. In fact, the only reason I know of it is due to a close friend who introduced me to the series in 2019. At first I didn't think much of it but after another look at it, the series caught my eye.
The history of the series is a short and not-so sweet one. It was made by Natsume and published by Smilesoft, and was sorta like a mix of Pokemon and Digimon; it was set between two worlds, the human and Denjuu World, which was home to creatures of the same name. Denjuu had a mix of Poke-cute and Digi-cool, and their world even had digital-related things like giant antenna towers from which they were birthed from, phones that they dwelled in and could be called from, and possibly other things. It played similarly to Pokemon, having a battle system and battleground where one Denjuu faced diagonally towards the other, with yours being commanded by a human partner (called a T-Fanger) and the creatures took turns using attacks. However, contrary to Pokemon you didn't just call Denjuu out of the special phones (which were called D-Fangs). You actually CALLED them via the phones and asked if they could assist you, and they would take a certain amount of time to come to you. It was...very odd, but kinda funny to me. Denjuu were also befriended rather than captured, as some would offer their phone number if you beat them...I am not kidding. The stats and moves were mostly the same as Pokemon as well, except two of the stats were focused on the Denjuu's special moves, called Denma Attacks. It was a unique series, I have to say.
However, despite the love it got back then (which I heard was a lot), it didn't get very far. Only two games were ever made, with the second being made in 2001, and from then on the series began to fade into obscurity. It's always sad when that kind of thing happens (unless the game/series in question was bad of course). Earlier in 2020 I had the idea of reviving Telefang in my own way, though it was a little rushed and not entirely thought out, thus I shelved the project. I've been wondering whether or not to return to it, and I'm still thinking on that now...
Ohohohoooooo boy. The story for this project is pretty large as well, but not as convoluted as the Ultimate series. But like it, I'll need to start from the beginning.
I first discovered Pokemon in 2007, when I played Pokemon Pearl on an R4 (a DS game chip with multiple games on it). I remembered loving the game to death, it was the first ever creatures game I had played. The feeling of getting creatures to fight for you was...exhilarating to me, though I was also into the graphics. XD I was a major graphics freak back then...ANYWAYS! The next game I played was Pokemon Platinum in 2008, which stands as my most favourite of the Pokemon games. It had one of the most serious storylines (one of the ONLY serious ones at that), an interesting region, the best Legendaries AND stuff like the Battle Frontier, Contest Hall and even having your own villa! Oh, and the cheats, I abused the HELL out of those, but I don't care much for those now. Bottom line is, I have a lot of memories of that game.
Next up in the main games was HeartGold and SoulSilver, also in 2008, Ruby and Emerald (and I think Sapphire?) on the GBA in 2009, alongside FireRed (I had LeafGreen but I don't think I played it), Pokemon White in 2010, Pokemon Black and White 2 (in that order) in 2011 (which I was ultra hyped for, looking at the fusions of Kyurem), Pokemon X and Y in 2013, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire in 2014, Moon and Sun in 2016, Ultra Moon and Ultra Sun in 2017 and finally Sword and Shield in 2019. I remember enjoying most of the games, but these were during the times I was a confused, egotistic and selfish fool who didn't listen to social media a lot, let alone go on it. However, as the years went on I felt more and more like Pokemon was...missing something, but I could never figure out what it was. It grew more apparent during Gen 7, the games of which I liked to replay over and over (mostly cause of the friendship and overleveling things). It wasn't until late 2019 when I finally started to see the problems with the series, thanks to a close friend of mine, and ever since then I've become despising of it. I won't go into details since there's a LOT to explain (and I mean a LOT), but I will say that the series as it is will get no more love from me, and from what I've heard and seen, a lot of other people feel the same way.
Long before this revelation, I had joined a few friends and others in making Fakemon, something which I've followed for a long time (ever since 2015/16). My Fakemon were a little different, as I intended on making stronger and more rough-looking Fakemon than most others. The pics of these Fakemon are gone now since they followed the norm of the series, but I intend on remaking them sometime down the line. But I couldn't simply sit by and watch the series become more crap as it gains more defending "fans", so earlier this year I came up with the Pokemon Rebirth Project, which is a massive attempt by me to remake the entire Pokemon series (or at least the main series). This would include an origin for the creatures, redesigns of every one, re-explanations of Types and attacks, etc. If you want to see more, check this Journal out.
https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9543151/
So far the project hasn't gotten very far. I've been mostly working alone, redesigning the Gen 1 Pokemon, and only a few remain. I previously skipped due to either overratedness, convoluted inspirations or laziness, but I realised that people would bitch if I left even one creature out, so I decided to remake them all. I've been hoping to find more supporters for the project, but so far it's only gotten about four, which isn't very much. I hope to change this down the line, so if anyone would like to assist in the project, please leave a comment here or in the Journal. I would be SUPER appreciative of it.
In short, the story of the project is me liking Pokemon, growing tired of it, finding out what was wrong with it, hating it and then starting a revolt of sorts against it. I mean, with how many people defend the series nowadays it may as well be a revolt, right?
Spectrobes Rebirth
Like Telefang, Spectrobes is a creatures series that is known by few and loved by fewer (I think). It too was a loved series until it faded into obscurity, except this is one I know very well. The story behind how I discovered it is pretty funny actually.
I think it was sometime during 2010 or something? Maybe later, I'm not sure, but one day my mother showed me a new game she got for me called Spectrobes, which was for the DS. Being the choosy brat I was, I initially argued with her about getting a random game I knew nothing about, but she insisted that I give it a try and see if I like it. And one day I decided to do just that, and I started to LOVE it. The combat was so great, the creatures looked so cool, the story was really interesting and dark (not edgy levels of dark thankfully) and the characters were memorable, especially the likes of the lone survivor Aldous and the money-hungry Cyrus (even if he wasn't shown that much). The series features a dark alien race called the Krawl, who are able to destroy entire star systems not with fleets of advanced ships and weapons, but armies of malformed creatures with no thought or emotion besides consumption. The combat varied in each of the games, which I found somewhat interesting; the first game had Rallen, one of the two main protagonists, fighting with two Spectrobes against some Krawl inside their signature dark tornadoes, which they used to travel around in the DS games. The second game, Beyond the Portals, had only two Spectrobes fighting some Krawl, the max number of which was reduced from 3 to 2. The third and final game, Origins, had Rallen fighting alongside one Spectrobe in an open battlefield, where he could use weapons modeled after the final forms of the Spectrobes (called Evolved) against the Krawl. I have and played each game, completing Spectrobes and Origins, but Beyond the Portals (which I got in 2019) is a bit tough for me. I haven't played it for a while and I'm unsure if I'll even go back to it, since I've been losing my love for the 3DS (though that could be due to mostly playing Pokemon on it for years.)
The forms of the Spectrobes were Child, Adult and Evolved. Children couldn't fight and were instead used as scouts for Spectrobes fossils and minerals, the latter of which they could devour to raise their EXP and sometimes stats. Adults were the fighters, and were pretty strong despite being incomplete. The Evolveds though, hohoho man, those things live up to their entries! They're downright BRUTAL, especially in Origins! There were also Dark Spectrobes in Beyond the Portals, which were basically Spectrobes who were drenched in some kind of darkness that were immune to normal Spectrobes. There's more I could tell about the games, but I'll stop there.
Earlier this month, I came up with the idea to give the Spectrobes series another shot, since not only is it what got me so into more climatic creatures games, it frankly didn't deserve to be forgotten like it did. However, due to the Pokemon Rebirth Project and Ultimate series I've been a little hesitant in doing so. I DO plan on working on such a thing, but it may have to wait until I make up some time away from the other two projects. Equinox too.
Summarization
So, as you can tell I can intend have a lot of ideas on my mind. The only problem is I haven't the time nor the assistance in starting some of them. Here's the status on all of them.
Ultimate series - In progress
Equinox - Shelved
Telefang Reborn - Shelved (possibly for good, since I don't have a connection to the series)
Pokemon Rebirth Project - In progress
Spectrobes Rebirth - In stock (not shelved, but also not in progress)
I can handle the Ultimate series, though I will need a LOT of help on the PRP. As I said above, if anyone would like to offer their help in it or any other project regardless of their status, I would be most thankful. As of now my focus is on the Ultimate series and the PRP however. For the latter, I require the following-
- Drawers (for Pokemon redesigns and new/remade characters)
- Mappers (for the continents the Rebirth-verse would have in place of the regions)
- Thinkers (people who can help us come up with new ideas)
And...that's all. Hope you all liked what you read.
Since I do, I've decided to make a Journal listing the major ideas I've come up with, all in chronological order. Here we go...

Telefang RebornNot the actual name for this project, but it's what I'll call it by for now.
Pokemon Rebirth ProjectOhohohoooooo boy.
Major asshole alert!
Posted 5 years agoNormally I don't get into conflicts like this, but this is one I can't let slide.
A week or two ago my friend Rikki (AKA
Monkey-Lover) messaged me about another close friend of his that he's known for ages. He goes by the name of Nico (AKA
amebajr and
Amebajr2), and I found out from Rikki that ever since October Nico has been ignoring and villainsing him, ever since OCTOBER!! The two have broken up, but Rikki's been made out as the villain when Nico's the one who treated him so badly!
And before ANYONE says Rikki was being harsh himself, he is a really nice and chill guy who can crack a good joke and is really nice to speak to. I'm actually thankful to him for helping me escape the grip of a certain franchise I despise to the core (well he didn't help me entirely, but he did have a part in it), and I've even drawn multiple gifts for him to show how much I care for him. He would NEVER harm anyone unless they harmed him.
But less than an hour ago he messaged me again, saying that Nico had been banned from FA by the admins. He thinks that Rikki approached and got the admins to ban him, and is even making a "warning" for people on Inkbunny to watch out for Rikki, saying he's being STALKED! https://inkbunny.net/j/397636-NicoS.....-being-stalked Don't believe him, AT ALL. Everything he says is bullshit.
Again, I'm not one to get involved in harsh stuff out of fear of making it worse, but my friend has been made the victim with such unfairness it's not even funny. Though Nico's accounts are inactive, DO NOT approach this guy with kindness! He's an asshole who makes others into the bad guys of different situations and has the gall to say that he's being stalked by a former long-time friend.

Posted 5 years agoAlright, after a bit of time away from it, I've actually decided to stay on FA...Wow, that makes my last Journal so redundant now, considering I came back a few days after posting it. XD
Welp, I'm staying after all it seems. Plus, there ARE a few friends I have and people I like who only do art on here, soooo...yeah.

Farewell to FA
Posted 5 years agoDidn't think I'd actually do this, but here goes.
I came to the realisation that...FA isn't the place for me. I will list the reasons why.
- It has FAR too much fetish art for me to handle. I don't mind some fetish art, but when it makes up most of a site's art, that's when it's a problem for me. I don't really focus on fetishes, you know.
- There's too much fetish art for me to appreciate. What I mean by that is there's so many fetishes shown (sometimes at a TIME) that I don't and can't take in why people like them. I always try to understand a person before judging them, unless that person is a jerk, prick or has a REALLY messed up fetish.
- Similar to DA, I had watched FAR too many people on here to keep up with all of them. I fixed that just now by unwatching most of them, with the ones left being people who are friends or people I respect and like.
- The next two reasons are kinda personal. I've never been the most active RPer on this site, mainly because of the first and second reason. All the art clouds my mind and makes me stray away from FA and any RPs I'm doing on it, which aren't that many...But still.
- I usually had four tabs open in the past: YouTube, DeviantArt, FurAffinity and Discord. However, this was seemingly one of the problems that made my internet slow, and to fix it I left only three tabs open, with FA drawing the short straw. I wanna make sure that doesn't happen again (at least not for the reason I thought it did.)
So yeah...I'm leaving FA. I'll be staying on for half an hour to receive any goodbye wishes. After that, I'm leaving my account forever. It was a good time on this site while it lasted, it helped me make some new friends...But I'm afraid this is it for me on this site.
I MAY think of coming back, I might just need some time away from it...

The fuck?
Posted 6 years agoOk, can someone PLEASE tell me how to switch back to the old FA? I can't find any options in Settings that does so! Which one do I press?!
Edit - Never mind, got it.

Pokemon Ideas
Posted 6 years agoHere's a little something I was thinking of doing. I've been replaying Pokemon Ultra Sun (for the third time) recently and it's gotten me thinking of ideas for the series, like new moves and Abilities and such, so I thought I'd make a Journal about it. This will include stuff that I thought of both before and while doing this.
And yes, I made one of these before but that's a different story.
Moves
Tidal Wave
Water-Special
120 Power, -- Accuracy
5 PP
As the name implies, this move summons a huge wave that attacks all Pokemon on the field, even the user, and it always hits. Water-Types are safe from this, but other types aren't. Protect and Detect do nothing against this move. Only a few strong Water-Types would learn this move at a high level, such as Wailord and Gyrados. Of course, it's risky to use in a Team Battle (unless you don't give a shit about your partner/s.)
Meteor Storm
Fire-Physical
110 Power, 80 Accuracy
5 PP
Kinda surprised a meteor move hasn't been done for Fire-Types before. The user summons a large array of meteors that pummel the area, striking everyone on the field except for the user. This is a lingering move like Fire Spin and Magma Storm, as in it slowly does damage every turn. Strong and bulky Fire-Types like Camerupt and Emboar can learn this move.
Floral Spirit
Grass-None
-- Power, -- Accuracy
10 PP
A support move where the plants around the user give it their strength, raising all of their stats (including their accuracy and evasiveness because they need to count as actual stats) by 1. It also gives them protection against Fire and Ice-Types. Flowery and certain Grass-Types can learn this.
Lethal Venom
Poison-Special
-- Power, 30 Accuracy
10 PP
There aren't that many one-hit KO moves, so why not add another? This move has the user spitting out a stream of extremely deadly poison that makes the opponent faint in one hit. It pierces through Protect, but it also poisons the user due to its sheer toxicity, even if it's a Poison-Type. Pokemon like Ariados and Drapion can learn this.
Boulder Bash
Rock-Physical
90 Power, 90 Accuracy
10 PP
The user summons two big boulders around its fists and proceeds to slam the opponent with them. This may lower their Defense by 2 and/or cause confusion (due to brain damage XD.) Only Rock and Ground-Type Pokemon with big bodies and fists can learn this, like Rhyperior.
Blue Flamethrower
Fire-Special
110 Power, 100 Accuracy
10 PP
Basically a strengthened version of Flamethrower that also hits multiple Pokemon (excluding your partner/s.)
Magma Ball
Fire-Special
120 Power, 50 Accuracy
10 PP
This move has hard-hitting power, but with low aim. The user summons/spits out a large ball made of lava that rolls over the opponents, leaving them with a burn. It also works on Water-Types.
Swift Swipe
Dark-Physical
80 Power, 100 Accuracy
10 PP
This is pretty much Snatch, if it worked differently. The foe moves too fast to be seen and slashes the foe from behind, taking whatever item they had. This move always goes first, but it can only be learned by fast/hidden Dark-Types like Weavile and Honchkrow.
Regeneration
Normal-None
-- Power, -- Accuracy
5 PP
A healing move that belongs to the Normal-Types, the user focuses hard and restores any wounds in suffered during the battle. This restores about half of their health.
Evil's Grasp
Ghost-None
-- Power, -- Accuracy
5 PP
You thought Mean Look was bad? Wait till you see this. The user calls forth an evil power that imprisons the foe in a state of fright, preventing them from escaping or switching out. It also halves their Attack and Sp. Atk. Ghost and Dark-Types are unaffected by this.
Pollination
Grass-None
-- Power, -- Accuracy
10 PP
The user gathers pollen and throws it at the foes, turning them into Grass and Bug-Types. This can only be learned by flower Pokemon like Roserade and Florges.
Piledriver
Fighting-Physical
90 Power, 80 Accuracy
10 PP
We've had a bunch of throws and a toss into space, why not a wrestling move? The user grabs the foe and, as the name suggests, piledrives them into the ground. This may leave them confused.
Whip Hook
Fighting-Physical
70 Power, 90 Accuracy
15 PP
The user grabs the opponent and makes them run into some ropes, right before smacking them in the face with their arm.
Spirit Smack
Fighting-Special
50 Power, 100 Accuracy
20 PP
One of the very few special Fighting-Type moves. The user sends multiple spiritual punches towards the foe, which may lower their Sp. Defense. Machamp and Lucario can learn this, at a low level too (they can learn it before they even evolve, pretty much.) This also damages Ghost-Types.
Grand Slam
Fighting-Physical
200 Power, 40 Accuracy
5 PP
If DynamicPunch leaves the foe confused, then this will leave them with a broken skeleton. The user gathers all of its strength and rushes at the foe, and if they grab them they jump high into the air before slamming them down hard on the floor. The user will need to recover after that intense move though. Only really tough Fighting-Types like Machamp and Conkeldurr can learn this.
Sky Jump Kick
Fighting-Physical
150 Power, 10 Accuracy
15 PP
Jump Kick was risky, Hi-Jump Kick was dangerous, but this is downright crazy. The user jumps up high into the sky and then rushes down towards the foe with a burning kick. If you miss, you'll lose half your health or more, but if you hit your foe you'll deal some serious damage! Only Fighting-Types like Mienshao and Lucario can learn this.
Steel Fist
Steel-Physical
80 Power, 100 Accuracy
10 PP
The user coats its fist in steel and smacks the opponent with it, lowering their Defense. Aggron and other bipedal Steel-Types can learn this.
Metal Mace
Steel-Physical
100 Power, 70 Accuracy
10 PP
This is a fun move~. The user makes a mace of steel and flails it around the whole field, damaging every Pokemon it hits. It lowers both their Defense and Speed, but its power lowers with consistent use (since the user gets tired throwing it around.)
Thunderstorm
Electric-Special
150 Power, 10 Accuracy
5 PP
There was Thunderbolt, there was Thunder, and now there's Thunderstorm. The user calls upon a deadly storm that strikes at all foes on the field. Most of the time it won't work, but if it does it will continue for 3 turns, damaging the foes slightly (even if they're Rock or Ground-Types.)
Giga Punch
Normal-Physical
100 Power, 80 Accuracy
The more powerful version of Mega Punch, Giga Punch has the user throwing a hard blow into the foe. Nothing really happens, but only tough and/or bulky Normal and Fighting-Types can learn this, like Lopunny (tough) and Throh (bulky.)
Tease
Dark-None
-- Power, -- Accuracy
15 PP
A similar move to Taunt, Torment and Swagger. The user teases the opponents with mocking motions like sticking their tongue out, making derpy looks and even shaking their butt at them. This gives the opponents the Enraged status, which I will explain further down, but it also lowers their Defense and Sp. Defense by 2.
Abilities
Poison Armor
The Pokemon is coated in a toxic substance that slightly damages a foe every time they attack the user, regardless of the move they use. It may also poison them.
Tactical Retreat
When the Pokemon is on low health, it switches out of battle with another Pokemon to take its place. Unlike others that do this however, it slowly restores its health with each passing turn, and when it comes back out to the field when the Pokemon who made it flee is out, its stats are raised by one.
Amplifier
The Pokemon has a small chance of paralyzing the foe when it attacks, and a higher one if it uses an Electric move. The damage it deals is also doubled against a paralyzed opponent.
Adaptist
The Pokemon can cure any status affliction it has in one turn, including confusion and infatuation.
Reverser
Any moves that are strong against the Pokemon are instead weak, and vice versa. The same is true for the opponent it battles.
Elemental Master
Fire, Rock, Water and Flying-Type moves deal more damage than normal to opponents, and less damage to the Pokemon.
Afflictions
Scorned
A Dragon-Type affliction where the Pokemon becomes too weak after a hard hit to use its moves. Its Defense and Sp. Defense drop by 1 while it has this affliction, and any Dragon-Type damage is doubled. Fairy-Types can be made vulnerable to Dragon-Types because of this. A few Dragon-Type moves can do this, as well as some Rock and Ground-Type moves (since they would also leave a Pokemon weak after being hit.)
Terrified
A Ghost-Type affliction where the Pokemon becomes too terrified to even battle, and flees back into your party. It won't come out unless you cure it of its affliction. Ghost and some Dark-Type moves can cause this.
Enraged
Another Normal-Type affliction like confusion, but acts a bit differently. The Pokemon can still use moves, but when it attacks it may end up attacking another opponent or even your partner/s. It may even use Thrash or Outrage if it gets too mad. Using Taunt or Torment twice in a row can cause this, and other moves that would tick Pokemon off like Tease. (And just for humor, missing a lot can make them Enraged too.)
Deeply Poisoned
A stronger version of Badly Poisoned, where the Pokemon not only takes a lot of damage each turn but healing items don't restore their health. They can still be cured, however.
Fully Paralyzed
A stronger version of Paralyzed that keeps the Pokemon from using any move at all. Their stats are also lowered by 1, but they can still switch out.
Sun Burned
A stronger version of Burned, which deals more damage to the Pokemon. It also lowers their Defense every turn.
And that's it. Let me know what you guys think of my ideas.
Losing my mind
Posted 6 years agoHoly motherfucking christ, this dog is getting worse with every passing day! He manages to squirm his way into the kitchen through the nearly closed kitchen door, I heard that he managed to sneak out under the garden gates (which are btw guarded with wire) AND he managed to climb his way upstairs with the table we put at the bottom of it guarding them!
Seriously, that Jack Russell of ours does NOT give up!!

Long lost series
Posted 6 years agoMan, does anyone know/remember Spectrobes? That game where you played as a person who fought alongside monsters (basically Pokemon if it were fought with humans too?)
I do, and man do I love it. It's so unknown though...

Back on, but cautious
Posted 6 years agoWell, turns out I came back way sooner than I thought. I checked with my family about my laptop and they said they would try and figure something out. Until then, I'll just have to keep it like it is.
I can still go on it and everything works fine, but I'm still going to be careful with this thing. One messup, and it's fucked...

Uh oh...
Posted 6 years agoUhhhh, so here's the skinny. My laptop got a little crack in the side of it last year, but it was nothing major. Probably from falling off the bed or something (of which I only did twice.) But ever since a few months ago the spine of it has been a bit...wonky, as in it slightly comes off when I close the laptop (but not so much as to ruin it.) But now it's starting to come off more, to the point where I can see inside it.
I've been keeping this under wraps from my family until now, since it wasn't that much of a problem (that, and they seemed to notice the crack before but they didn't mind it), but now I think I should tell them about it. I may need to get my laptop fixed, but if it turns out to be permanently damaged...
I may need to get a new one, which will be near impossible.
Fuck...
Edit - Well, I'm about to go off now. I intend on keeping this off for a while until I can get it fixed. If not, well then I'm trying to buy a new one.....which will take a LONG time.
I'll see you all...

Smash Bros DLC 2 Characters
Posted 6 years agoMade this on DA, might as well make it on FA for those who are interested.
A friend of mine on DA mentioned a DLC pack of four, count them, four characters coming sometime this year, so I thought I'd make a journal about which ones I'd like to see in the game.
Waluigi - I know, you were expecting this, but shut up! He deserves it, he's been ignored far too long! (As have many Nintendo characters really, but he's been ignored more!) Plus, putting him in as an Assist Trophy seems more like Nintendo is mocking him or giving him pity.
Boshi - Honestly, he may be more of a skin for Yoshi, but I feel like he may work as a character, perhaps an echo fighter of Yoshi. Besides, just like Waluigi, this guy has been ignored as well, possibly even more than him! (And yes, he did just come to mind XD.)
Cackletta or Fawful - Many of the Mario villains, with the exception of Bowser himself and his kids, haven't gotten much attention outside of the Mario and Luigi series (which is beyond awesome), so why not give them a chance too? And who better to put into Smash than the first M&L villains ever? (Bowser's gonna have nightmares now XD.)
One of the Paper Mario allies - I haven't played Paper Mario (even though I got Super Paper Mario back in 2017), but I have seen some videos of the games, and they're pretty good (Sticker Star and Color Splash could be better, but I like them too somewhat), as are the allies in them. So yeah, perhaps give them a shot too?
Shadow - Pretty much the same reasons as Waluigi (even though he may be a bit OP.)
Silver - Even with Shadow mentioned, bet you weren't expecting him huh? I've been a fan of Silver for a small while now He has a cool design, cool powers, good backstory (yet sad, with being an orphan and all) and is just cool in general. Heck, even his name is cool! Although nowadays people just make him one of the punching bags of memes, with the "It's no use!" and "Take this!" stuff. He isn't just someone to use for fun you know! (Even though I don't mind some of the jokes.) And if Shadow got into Smash somehow, so should Silver! Besides, he's pretty much the Waluigi of his franchise too! He hasn't been in many main games (at least he was in a few, Waluigi wasn't in ANY), he is made fun of, underestimated and most of all, HE HAS POTENTIAL! So Nintendo or Sega, get off your asses and start recognizing characters damn it!
Agumon and Gabumon/WarGreymon and MetalGarurumon - Another two guys (or four, since the Rookies and Megas would be kinda separate people) you probably weren't expecting. I've been a MAJOR fan of Digimon for a long time, ever since 2007 or 8 (when I played Digimon World DS, the first Digimon game I ever played), and seeing them being included in Smash would make me VERY happy. Besides, Pac-Man is a Bandai character and they put him in, so maybe they could put these two in (even though they may be OP too, Mega Digimon are super strong.) Perhaps make the duos as separate versions, like Bowser Jr. and the Koopalings.
And by the way, I mentioned these two together because putting one in would just be stupid.
Bomberman - He was put into a fighting game before (that had Optimus Prime AND Snake of all people!) so he could make an appearance in another. And I'm in a mood to see him in the game after seeing this. https://youtu.be/gBU1AsfduJg
Galacta Knight - As crazy as it sounds, he should be in it, even if it's so he can kick Meta Knight's ass. XD He has the looks, he has the power, he has the backstory and he has the goddamn boss theme(s.)
Crash - Fuck it, why not? I mean, Crash belongs to Activision now, who don't seem to be the least bit related to Nintendo, but then I realize that they put a Bandai and Shin Megami Tenshi character into the game, so I suppose the bandicoot could be in it too.
Spyro - Pretty much the same as Crash.
Octoling - Pretty self explanatory. The Inklings got in (heck, Agent 3 got in as a skin), so the Octolings can make it too. They would probably be more offensive than the Inklings, but have a lack of speed.
And that's it. If you have any ideas, comment down below about them.
Crash and Spyro should have been in Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale damn it...

Depressing news...
Posted 6 years agoMy family's Jack Russell, Max.....is dead...
My sister found him laying lifeless inside his kennel with his eyes wide open just a few minutes ago.....
It's either because he wasn't fed last night or probably because of an infection.....
We plan to bury him outside in the back garden.....
Max.....we love you little guy.....You will be missed.....
