Glaxnimate is the free and open source software I've been making. It's to create vector animations, mostly telegram stickers.

Introduction
I've been making the "fur noises" Telegram stickers for a while now, and I've received several requests that I had to turn down due to lack of time.
I do like making them, but I can only draw in my free time and don't want to spend all of my free time drawing these.
So far I've been prioritizing requests on a first come first served basis, depending on availability but I don't think this is going to work going forward so I'm changing how queuing works for these.
I might try other things in the future but this is how it's going to work for the time being.

How the new queuing will work

Once my queue has been filled, I will start working on the stickers based on my own preference and at my own pace.
This means a spot in the queue doesn't guarantee getting a sticker, I'll do my best but I do have only limited time for these.

If you were in the queue but didn't get a sticker after month, you might need to ask again.

How to request a sticker
To enter my queue please give me the name of the character, species and some reference images (any image where the face of the character is visible is ok).
If I don't have refs by the time I decide to draw your sticker, you might lose your turn.
If you change your username and I can't easily find you, you might lose your turn.

Cost
Like before, they will be pay what you want, I'll ask for a tip after I've drawn it since I can't guarantee stickers will be drawn when you enter the queue.

Sticker License

I retain the copyright of the stickers I make, you get a worldwide non-exclusive
license to display, distribute and alter the png image I send you, crediting
me when feasible.

If you request the SVG files, those are under the CC BY-SA 4.0, it still gives
you the same rights but attribution must be given, and all derivative
works must adhere to the same licensing terms.

Character License

For personal characters, requesting a sticker means you confirm
you have the appropriate rights to that character.

Once a sticker is completed, you retain the rights to the character but I retain
all rights to the images I've created, included (but not limited to) a
worldwide non-exclusive license to display and re-distribute them.

You don't need to have ownership if you request stickers for characters from
known franchises (eg: Pokemon or whatever), but keep in mind that I might have to reject the request.
