Posted 11 months agoSince FA brought it up, I need to address something they said.
"We always encourage users to use strong passwords and avoid reusing passwords across various sites."
Have they ANY idea how many sites I have to log into? That's a LOT of distinct passwords to have to remember.
"Oh, but you can use a password manager." And when I lose that manager I am locked out of my accounts.
Come on, guys, how about beefing up security on YOUR end, instead of dumping responsibility for YOUR breaches onto us??

You have the choice, this year, of receiving it in the mail or by email.
If you want it emailed, please inform me of your email address. NOTE: If you choose email, you will NOT receive a Christmas Card in the regular mail.
If you have received one of mine in the past, and you have not moved, don't worry. You will get one this year as well, provided you don't request it be emailed.
If you have received one of mine in the past, and you HAVE moved since then, please let me know your new address, or your preference for email.
If you have NOT received one of mine in the past and would like one, please inform me of either your email address or your physical address. PLEASE NOTE: Addresses not in the U.S. are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. The sooner you let me know you want a physical card, the sooner I can get it mailed, the more likely it will arrive before Christmas.

Posted a year agoAs you know, I've been using Journals to direct you to YouTube videos I have been creating.
Now, it seems, that because the videos contain AI images, and AI music, that I may not be allowed to be using the YT tags.
Okay, so, I am removing the YT tags on previous journals. Silly if you ask me, but, with the ridiculous animosity towards anything AI right now, I would rather be safe than sorry.
The links will still remain, however. I seriously doubt they can enforce any ban on a link to videos containing AI, when other links to content not allowed on FA itself is allowed.
Unless you have a better suggestion.

Posted a year agoI discovered this past weekend that I am no longer built to wear the fursuit I had made two years ago. It will not fit in a wheelchair, and I can barely use it with a walker. Also, the head does not fit me. I can't see worth a darn out of it.
So, my choice is either stop fursuiting altogether, or get a new one, preferably one less expensive than the last one.
So, first question: If I were to get a new one, who should it be of: Dipper, Stargazer, or Birch? I, personally, am leaning towards Birch because I THINK it would be the easiest to make. I could buy the shorts and shirt, and build the legs and arms myself. I would simply need the head and feet. Hard part would be the freckles.
Dipper is second. I could make the hands and legs, and buy the bomber jacket. The head and foot paws would need to be built. The head, of course, would need to have a baseball cap on it. Putting a real one on the head would not work, as the head is not human sized, but larger.
Stargazer is similar. It would be like V1.0 so all I would need to have built are the head and boots (the boots would need to be more reasonably sized.
So, what do you think?
