I'm trying to get my price page ready to change by tomorrow. It will be more than a few dollar increase, and I apologize if that puts me out of budget for anyone trying to commission me. My goal is to give each commission the care it deserves without feeling like I need to rush to the next project. I will try to run limited sales from time to time for anyone that likes my work but can't afford the new prices.

Some time in the coming months I will be increasing prices. I hate doing it, but every month I get so overwhelmed by the amount of work I need to do, and I often fall behind, only to just barely slide by with my rent and bills. With increased prices I can take the time to get every piece of art were i want it to be without being constantly stressed about rushing to the next piece.
I will offer sales periodically, so hopefully everyone will be happy.

Christmas Eve and Christmas day I will not be checking FA or doing any work. I want to spend time with my family without stressing, which I unfortunately haven't been able to do much this holiday season.
I will continue my regular work schedule the day after Christmas. I know I'm a little behind on my queue, but I will be rolling things out asap.

My home is in a mandatory evacuation zone so I'm packing my things and leaving
I will most likely not be able to continue work until early-mid next week.
Here's hoping I don't come back to a flooded home because the landlord can't afford to fix it x.x

Looks like a really nasty hurricane could be hitting my area Wednesday or Thursday. I will be staying at my family's house and will not be able to work, so there might be a delay on some commissions.
Hopefully nothing long, but we'll see what happens.

Above you will find my new prices and other general info. I ended up not changing things quite as much as I originally intended, but I think it'll do for now. I still don't have a form for commissioners to fill out, so I'll continue to take com requests via the note system.

Trying to write out my ToS, and I want to find the most air-tight way of saying "I only do commissions for legal adults, and by commissioning me you're agreeing that you are one."

Like is that good enough? This is something I've been really paranoid about since I started doing work here on FA.

Probably on Monday (Sep 11th) I will be opening commission slots for one last batch at my current pricing. After that I will be reworking my prices and officially changing them.

It isn't my goal to squeeze every last dollar I can out of my commissioners, but for the amount of time it takes to finish each piece there aren't enough hours in the day for me to keep up and pay my bills. A price increase will allow me to give each piece the attention it deserves and not have to rush, and HOPEFULLY give me enough spare time to do what I really want to do: start making comics.

I hope everyone understands.

The tablet I brought to Toronto with me is being wonky, so for another 4 or 5 days I can't work. I don't think anyone's coms will be terribly late, and I'll be getting them done as fast as possible when I'm back in Virginia.

What kind of subjects/locations would you guys like to see for future YCHs?

To anyone waiting on a commission from me, I plan on finishing them all by early next week once I get back from visiting family over the weekend. So if you haven't even gotten a sketch from me yet, don't worry, it'll all be taken care of very soon!

Welp, I should of seen it coming but my beat-to-hell laptop charger died on me last night. I just ordered a replacent and it should be here by Monday.

Hey folks!

For anyone waiting on work from me I just wanna let you know that I'm trying to get everything done ASAP, but a previous job is taking me longer than expected. Apreesh for not hounding me too much, you guys are great <3
