I need help with twitter guys! I've had it!

Is broken beyond belief for me, is it like that for everyone else? what the fuck did I do.......
Is not like I post anything too kinky to start with, or browse it! Just nude pinups of toon chars that don't exist mostly!

I cannot fave, I cannot re-blog, I have to try at least 5 or 10 times to give someone's post a heart +
When I click it, it says I gave it a like, but when I hit re-fresh, I didn't, it didn't go thru!
Is the same, on any PC, my laptop, my phone, my windows PC, my macbook pro.
Same with POSTING or Re-blogging! I post something, it shows it posted and everything, like it normally does, but when I hit re-fresh.
the post just vanishes...

The only thing that works, is if I use my phone, and I use the cellular network.
That's how I've been able to post only, I still cannot fave or do anything!
and I cannot log in on two devices at once either!
I get hit with the "suspicious logging attempt"

is been like this for a YEAR now!

what happens is that, in reddit, and youtube tutorials, they say all I have to do to log in my laptop, I can just to click "I forgot my password" and re-set it. GREAT, it works, but now I cannot log in my windows pc, or mobile phone! or anywhere else! because I changed my passowrd!
and when I try to log in with my mobile phone, I have to re-set my password, EVERY TIME I have to log in to twitter, I pretty much have to go thru the hole hassle of resetting the damned password.

and I've had it... maybe I should give up with my account and close it?
I wish I didn't loose my stats and followers... is nearly impossible to get any traction nowadays. =(

The references and info I need:
1: Your OC refs! (2 or 3 works best)
2: The POSE ref! I can pick one for you, if you don't have one. just tell me which body part the pose should focus on, "the back, side view or front view, chest area, crotch area, booty, face, paws".
3: An expression reference, even an emoji works best! I work best with visual refs.
4: Additionally, any written details you might want for your pic. MAKE SURE IT IS WRITTEN LIKE A SHOPPING LIST AND NOT A STORY!

- She's laying sideways on a blue beach towel at a nude beach.
- Draw pink heart shaped sunglasses on my oc's head as accessory.

My sketches are really clean, some have even mistaken them for inked drawings, still, I'll provide samples in the next Journal.

Long story short, my Wacom tablet started to die early this year, the display started to
get rows of dead pixels on a corner, not a big deal I could draw on it either way, as long as the center
area isn't affected is DO-Aable. however, recently the dead pixel areas started to grow and appear elsewhere in the display.
Of course, the tablet is out of warranty.

I had to take a small emergency credit to buy a new one. and thanks to a good friend of mine, I managed to get a replacement early last month.
BUT now I got to start paying the debt.

Well, looks like ALLUDO Corel didn’t get their shit together this year to release Painter 2024 or even announce it at all…
Clip Studio and Rebelle killed it off (as most peeps say)... probably?

Good riddance?????

Corel Painter is probably the only software that genuinely fascinates me, to this day still.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t use Corel Painter at all nowadays, probably just to paint certain complex effects no other software can create with ease, equivalent to about 1% of the work I do, but Knowing how good Painter was is why it fascinates me.

Corel Painter is so special, back in the day the way Procreate Painter 7 up to Painter 9 used to
be so much fun to paint on, or even just play and experiment with the brushes.

Not many will ever experience how good Painter was back in the day, (okay fossil boomer) it was this close to de-throne Photoshop in the entire illustration realm… almost but never quite. I could feel it!

I believe the reason Painter is ultra bad, is because a few tiny features
- You can’t clip layers into other layers or clip groups.
- You can’t create a duplicate window of your canvas to view in a secondary display.
- You can’t flip / mirror the canvas like clip or sai.
- You can’t set shortcut keys for specific brushes without creating panels.
- Support for complex and advanced color profiles to paint on, such as CMYK, Lab, Gamma blend options or 16 bit support.
- Very glitchy UI
- And very slow at loading/launching


And the ultimate reason why Painter is failing in my opinion is….
Because fucking artist noobs keep asking for faster and faster brushes!
Painter did NOT needed faster brushes since Painter 6! It WAS perfect the way it was!
Listen, to make brushes faster, they had to mess with the brushes engine or code, and obviously, the only way to make brushes faster, you gotta take away the quality of the brushes!
The way they blend, the speed in which they do, the amount of which they do, the look of it, down to the tiny pixel and down to the pressure level adjustments. They mess with that and guess what? All of the artists I looked up to that used Painter 7 or 9, NEVER touched Painter after Painter 9 period. I’ve done some tests myself and Painter 7 blends way better than any other version ever, it even feels more professional how the brushes interact with color and how slow they are. (Who would’ve thought, slower = better?)

Painter never needed to be faster nor take advantage of GPU acceleration or whatever new engine shits. It just needed to be STABLE, the UI needed to stay the same and the program to just NOT CRASH.
They should’ve created Painter Classic for pros and a “Painter fun” for casual nubs with all the new features and what have you.

Either way, it is not good if Painter dies for everyone, competition among software companies is always best for the consumer, variety in software options too.

I still hope Painter 2024 gets released at some point next year, which I believe it will.

Well, my Picarto streaming laptop broke a while back, I got it repaired but honestly, I need a new one...
The laptop I have is a macbook pro I bought back in late 2019, to stream my desktop PC and reduce lag (my pc is very old).
And is been a nightmare ever since, macs are not even compatible with the expensive el gato streaming capture adapter I bought (4K60S+). AAAnd to top it all off, the mac extremely overheats while idle when running windows 10.
How much it heats you might ask? Well, the battery swell and almost melted down by just having discord on. It was that bad...
The issue with it is that, I think windows 10 doesn't regulate the mac thermals or low power efficiency modes like macos does ON the macs...
My initial idea and charm was to have a laptop that could run windows and mac at the same time and that's not do-able with the new proMax chips (which don't have thermal issues). Either way, I'm thru with this laptop.
I guess I just need to sell around 15 of these commissions to buy a $1500 regular but good quality windows laptop.
But I might keep taking some commissions of this type alongside regular commissions after I get my laptop, as I still need to replace the main Windows PC soon, since is getting really old, is nearly 10yo.

OK, I'm starting to get a LOT of Windows 7 notifications that I should backup all
my files and format to windows 10 ASAP because,
Windows 7 will no longer be supported by Microsoft and updates will end soon. Le gasp!

The thing is that I OWN and PREFER to work with older software like Photoshop CS4,
Corel Painter 9, and old versions of Sai. (These apps work best with old Win versions.)
Besides the scary expenses of upgrading everything, I enjoy how old apps look and
how they operate compared to the new stuff (I'm super old school I guess).

I don't want to give up on windows 7 yet, not for
another few years at least.

And I guess the point of this journal is to hopefully get some feedback on any of these newbie questions.

Is youtube going to work still? lol
Is shopping online going to be safe?
Em I going to start getting a lot of virues or malwares? XD
Are you going to be affected by the end of windows 7 support as well or what is your stance on this situation?
And last, What y'all think would be the WORSE, WORSE outcome of sticking with windows 7 for another year or two could be?

Often commissioners ask me if I'm going to upload/showcase their commissions here in my gallery.
While I think is good for both, the artist and the commissioner when it comes to the art exposure,
I always had this point that kept me from doing so.

-Commissions are more of a collaborative work. I'd say more on the commissioner side as
these are ideas, poses, scenes, stories, worlds and often characters designed and prefered by the commissioner.
(that's why I think commissions should be best showcased in the commissioner's gallery or kept private to their decision).

When it comes to my gallery I wanted to keep things personal and just showcase my own Characters, Designs, Ideas and stories.

Otherwise the commissioners are the ones running the gallery, they have even more control where you
as an artist and your gallery are headed (for better or worse). We are doomed!DOOOOOOOMED!!!!lol

I might be exaggerating here but Anyways, I am considering uploading future commissions somehow If I get permission by the commissioner but I'm not completely sure how to balance this atm.

What do you guys think?
