Generic birthday journal here, reached the halfway point of my 30s xD, and a very weird start to this year but I'll do what I can to get through! Made some nice new friends, new characters, and bound to be more new stuff this year!

So I'm going to be having YAC (Yet Another Character TM) created soon here, and in my thoughts I decided I'd like to open this particular character up to allow for friends and good ideas to create family members!

Some details will probably be in order to start. The characters name will be Nova Lunette, an intersex Usagimimi Jackalope who lives in a setting that's along the lines of My Hero Academia. More advanced modern day like, where 98% of those born have some sort of super power that comes about in childhood.

Novas quirk and appearance changes based on the season she's in, in, in the winter she uses ice based powers, spring plant based, summer fire based, and fall wind based.

She will be 18/19ish in age.

So what does this mean for family member creation? You are welcome to put as much or as little detail into it as you want, this is just to have fun letting people use their creative energy if they wish!

I'm currently thinking she's a middle child to a large family, think 10+ children.

Because of the nature of quirks, family members can be any species really, human, furry, inbetween, any of that is fair game if it makes sense with their power :). No gender limits either. If anyone wants to take on a design for either parent then dm me to discuss some ideas.

All I will do is have a fun reference and fully credit any family I decide to take into her backstory, if you'd want to someday get a picture of your created character and Nova doing something cute (or lewd xD) together I'm more than open to that!

Any questions just ask, if it's something that should be expanded above I'll make edits when I get home lol.

And lastly, this is all in fun, there will be no shaming ideas here, so just have fun with it if you decide to participate!

So just thought about this today, but i had helped an artist friend by creating two spreadsheets, one that is used for tracking monthly expenses, and another for tracking commission income. I created it to link the two together easily and have quick information on the first tab and such, and I'm quite proud of what i put together.

So figured why not see if this could help any artists out there! I might not draw but spreadsheets are my life lol, so if that sounds like something you could use to help track your income vs expenses hit me up with a note and we can talk :3. I tried to make it so as few manual inputs are needed as possible. Currently works great with the spreadsheets that are created from google forms but i should be able to make it work with different ways you gather your commission info.

Not asking for any compensation at all either.

Anti Porno in this case being one where one or more actors from a stereotype porn intro lay it on cheesy thick, but the other person plays it completely straight.

My example: Woman gets pulled over for speeding, hot officer comes up to give a ticket, "Oh no officer, I don't think I can pay for this ticket... Is there aaaanything else I can do to pay for this?" Winking and flashing a boob. Only gets back "M'am, you were only going 10 miles over, this is just a warning, please pay attention to the speed limit signs going forward."

I'd describe that better but am at work xD, just want some goofy things to keep me entertained while I slog through the day lol.

Feel free to come in, RPers new and old are welcome, don't be scared! And you're welcome to invite friends as well , there's a few restrictions for anyone not assigned a role yet so I'm not worried about a sudden influx of people joining in on the fun!

So just wanted to toss out some ideas in my head about the discord furry rp channel and want some feed back and ideas.

First off, I'm thinking about having RP ranks, when you first join you can only see the main text room and the ooc room. The more you are active the more text rooms you have access two.

My thought process for this, one I want to use that as a way to help muliple rpers from having things get confusing if multiple groups are interacting at once. Second, I am hoping that would be a good way to encourage rping and not have things get too idle all the time. And third, it would help diminish impact if a spammer entered and there happens to be no mods able to immediately act.

Currently thinking there would be 3 ranks to this, it won't be locked on skill just your attitude in the channel and activity, I will never put rping skill as a barrier to entry as I remember when I wasn't that great. I may or may not consider a rank for those who are willing to go out of their way to help ease in new comers :)

I'm worried about this idea so please give ideas or opinions!

As far as setting, I'm thinking it'll be set in something akin to Ravenloft, your character has entered a realm either through curiosity or getting lost in a deep fog, only to find yourself in front of a massive tavern, almost like a mansion in size, a winding path behind that that leads to some hot springs as well as a massive garden. It seems locked in the depth of night, the moon never falling and constantly shining down over the area.

Other rooms would include the hot springs, garden, upstairs, maybe a grand dance hall, and even a sex dungeon >:3

This would be open to any character from any personal setting or time period even if the tavern has a fantasy mideval feel to it.

So thoughts? Opinions? Suggestions? Give me it all :D, hard and deep is preferable ~

Edit: Just a quick note, I'm on my phone so if something is unclear I'll be happy to write a more expanded idea later when I get home from work.

So I am curious as to what sort of input you guys out there might have for my newest character's actual species, here's some detail I've worked out thus far;

Species Name: TBD (So far have had a suggestion of Ketaral but taking my time so far)

Planet Name: TBD

System Name: TBD

Society Name: TBD

Genders: Female only with an occasional Hermaphrodite ( 1/100,000 or so by random chance that gets through even their advanced technology)

Lifespan: 300 - 400 years on average

Government Type: Keva's species is a true meritocracy, leaders are chosen based on the accomplishments one has done over their lifespan and elected to refill a spot of one on the counsel who has passed, retired, or voted out. There is a hard rule on who can get pregnant, they strongly monitor their population and only open up applications for pregnancies when the number drops down to a certain amount. Otherwise all citizens are left sterile until an application is approved and then allowed in vertro fertalization to allow strict manipulation of the genetics of the baby. There are a few groups trying to fight back against the harsh regulations but for the most part most citizens accept this as it has allowed them great prosperity.

Technology: This species has no equal within 100,000 light years, their technology has yet to be beaten or matched. Their current main focus is in advancing their hardlight abilities, able to materialize objects at will thanks to special implants that they can request. This can be used for chairs, 3d holographic images/computer screens, sex toys, but it has to be rather crude by their standards but does remove the need for most manufacturing of such items. While they don't focus on military technology and their fleet is smaller then any other, they have enough fire power to decimate any would be attackers to try to take their technology by force.

Social Norms: Since their pregnancies are controled and they effectively cannot have children without government approval (Baring any back room dealings which are rare), they still have an influx of hormonal needs, which for friendly societies who have allied with them, they sometimes consider their planet as somewhat of a pleasure planet, as it is not uncommon for 'exotic' travelers to their planet to get sexual advances at clubs, and friends very often turn to lovers depending on the season, though sexual acts are kept to private locations or to places that are allowed that in public.

Trade Relations: Trading is kept to releasing 'inferior' technology of theirs (To avoid anyone matching their power) in exchange for materials they are lacking to further their research.
