Been on that new-job life and trying to get used to it again, and balancing all the other life nonsense with it. I guess I just wanted to post a journal up here cause I so rarely do. I tend to be way more active (and shitposty) on twitter because it's a bit more...real-time, I guess? than an art-site journal.

Gonna admit, got a bit dire there. But I'm clawing my way up bit by bit.

At least I'm getting better at art though! Flamm nudging me to try out multi absolutely Unlocked some Secret Power in me and this latest drawing is one of my new favorite works ever. Yeah, it's another foot-focused macro POV work, but I know what I like at this point. I'm just glad you guys love it too.

(fwiw, while the 'standard' form of Siva isn't going anywhere, I'm keeping the multi forme on her for the time being; something about it feels really fun and resonant to me, and despite closing out what ended up becoming a Multi May series I think there's yet more fun to be had with her like this!)

These are the rules I, the contractor, and you, the client, are expected to follow when you commission me for my artwork or writing services. Please bear them in mind if this is the first time you are contracting me for work, and refer to the contact information at the bottom of this document if you have any additional questions. My operating time zone is presently New York/Eastern Standard Time -05:00 UTC. For offline reference, a copy of this document may also be downloaded from my Google Docs, located here.

NO-GOS

This is currently (06/02/2021) the list of subjects I will not under any circumstances accept work on. They are as follows:

●Racial Hate, White Supremacism, MAGA Rhetoric, Alt-Right political content, and Nazi Glorification. We literally had a war about this. Promotion of any kind of racial bigotry or use of ethnic slurs is completely unacceptable in my company. Approaching me with this subject will earn you a lifetime block on all possible avenues of address, without possibility of revocation.
●Cub/Loli/Shota/Pedophilia fetish content or any fetish content featuring underaged characters, e.g. Young Link or Miles "Tails" Prower. Children do not belong in fetish material under any circumstances. I make no distinction between drawn fetish content featuring children and fetish content featuring real children, and neither does the law. All subjects commissioned by me MUST be 18 years of age at minimum. As above, approach with same will entail a total ban on contact, without revocation.
●Rape/ Non-Consensual fetish content. I categorically refuse to depict content that does not employ consent.
●Scat, watersports, filth, slob-fetish and stenchplay. I will never do this to any degree. This one is a matter of personal taste.
●ABDL/Diaperfur/Little fetish content. Pursuant to above, it is not my personal taste.
●Gore/Snuff, cf. above. This also includes Macro rampage content with explicit gore and snuff content.
(Caveat: dramatic effect. )
●Bestiality/Zoophilia. If the character in question cannot definitively pass the Harkness Test, I will not draw it in a sexual situation, end of argument.
●Incest/Twincest.



PROCEED WITH CAUTION

This is the current (06/02/2021) short list of grey-area content. This is the subject matter I am willing to do, but will need discussion first before we get underway with pricing. General rule of thumb being, if I know you and you're into it, I have no problem with it!

○ Vore. I mainly prefer to work on soft vore content! All "entrances" are viable options, as well. Please simply discuss beforehand, and I would be happy to arrange something.
○ Extreme Hyper, muscle, fat, and inflation content. I tend to have a certain range that I operate in, and beyond those limits it becomes difficult to work on. Please communicate what level of exaggeration we're working within, and proceed from there.
○ Gratuitous Pornography/Sexual Nudity. The only caveat (apart from cf. Rape/non-consensual) is posing. Please be prepared to provide pictorial reference in advance if you would like to proceed.
○ Transformation/Genderswap – Only with consent of all parties and only in a positive manner.
○ Paws/Foot Fetish


GO-AHEADS

This is the current (06/02/2021) list of my very favorite types of projects to work on, my bread-n-buttah! Often open for these kinds of jobs.

☆ Macro-micro. My longtime specialty and preferred work subject!
☆ Themes. If your character has a motif or a theme or they embody something incredible or noble, chances are very good I will take this character work on.
☆ Anatomical Reference and Concept Work. I've played part in making a couple of people's characters come to life over the years and I really enjoy being the person to help your idea become more than an abstract collection of thoughts.
☆ Fantasy and Science Fiction. These have been my staple content since I first started drawing. Starships coasting through the endless expanse of the heavens and knights fighting dragons? Sometimes ALL IN THE SAME PICTURE? Hell yes I will do that.
☆ LGBT Pride-themed portraiture and iconography. This one was long past due, but better late than never.
☆ Fun. I'm all about happy, goofy, stupid stuff. My pencil is a tool for making the world a better place. Not drawn in anger, not used for vengeance. I want the both of us to have a good time with your commission. I take these just as much to make people feel great as I do to make a supplement on my income.

Additional Steps, Advisos, and Procedure.

What now, you say?
Well i'm glad you asked, little Timmy! After we finish negotiating, I get to work. You don't pay me until you see a rough concept back.
Let me repeat: You don't pay me until you get a rough concept back. it has traditionally made for better business from my previous clients, since it allows you a say to make changes before I finalize the work, AND it permits my clients time to allocate space in their budgets for my work.

●With that said, I have found need to implement the Yellow07 Limit as a standard procedure. It's like the event horizon of a black hole; past a certain point everything is committed.
What is the Yellow07 Limit?
You are permitted only ONE major edit or rework per commission piece or per page, whichever is necessary. Major edit here is defined as 'a change of pose, scene, or content such that large portions of the picture will need to be redone to accommodate said change'. Minor edits such as limb placement, expression work, and small but important character details are free, but work that involves an entirely new scene or pose will incur an additional $10 fee as necessary. This is non-negotiable. I do this so I don't get bogged down for a year editing and working on entire new panels for free and then get haggled down to pennies on the dollar for the trouble.

●In case I ever do run prints at conventions, private stalls, et al., I reserve the right to sell work that, if I'm especially proud of the piece, may depict your character's likeness on it. I will make an effort, however, to notify you of the time window in which this occurs so that this is done with your knowledge and consent. Intellectual property credit will be noted on the piece as well, and a relevant link included if desired.

●Update 03/31/2021: Under absolutely no circumstances will I ever accept cryptocurrency as a form of payment. You forfeit your claim to any work done if you suddenly spring this on me. I do not accept gift or prepaid cards, and neither do I accept work “for exposure”. Relatedly, I am not at all available for Non-Fungible Token (NFT) work.
