So I have been discussing this a few furiends of mine and I have come to the conclusion that the role of the artists is a story teller. The type of art that we create tells a story about what we think is important, and also reflects certain attributes of who we are and who we want to be. Of course I think that spiritual should play a large part of art, though many would disagree with me.

So the question is, what do you put into your art? What are you saying with your art? What are you reflecting from your life and what do you want to reflect more of?

Well, I have never posted in my journal before, but I wanted to plug a band that I have been listening to a lot lately. Its a furry DJ from Finland, I believe, entitled Mooma. He creates these sweeping landscapes of ambient music, much akin to say Art Decade's landscapes. check em out
