So a lot of you may have seen my "incentive" image that I posted back in July

I figured I should actually give an update. I have lost weight, and am now (for the first time in 2 years) weighing in under 100kgs at 98.5kg. (so my total loss this year is about 9kg, as I was 108kg in January)

I know its not much, but its safer (according to my gp) for me to aim for a 1kg drop a month because then its less likely for me to regain that weight.

Essentially how I've done it, is cut down on fast foods entirely (I only have it once or twice a month now, I used to have it weekly)
I have small healthier snacks so instead of chips i have nuts or instead of chocolate I'll eat a banana. Now if I'm too worn out to cook I have salads or reheat some food that I cooked and froze earlier, its cheaper and it doesn't f up my cholesterol so thats a bonus.

I walk almost every day and when I can't I play on my wiifit. I would do fitness outside, but my neighbors kids freak me out, they watch me over the fence and have asked if we can cut a hole in the fence so they can come over, so I'm sticking to walking/wiifit for now.

Also I invested in a thing called a pedal exerciser

I use it every time I am at home and sitting down, whether I'm studying or playing video games its great. I use it for my arms and legs, its a great machine. I would take it to school... but it clicks and I don't wanna annoy people so I just walk in my lunch break instead.


So yeah. I am getting there :) one day at a time y'know?

I made a Dutch angel dragon base and said it was for personal use only.
Almost a month later I get a new watcher who says this

I tell them no, its not for adoptables.

I was pissed off at this point, so I told them I'd report all adopts they made with the base.

"then make me a similar base that i can make species on and sell adopts using it. >:( "

Then it was a shit storm of "Don'ts" vs "I'm gonna do it"
In the end I made a beware telling people not to buy any adopts from them if its on that base.
We get in another argument, and they delete their account. Fine by me, now they know not to be a greedy dick.

So I felt it polite to let you all know that with your help I could afford the Ultrasound for my dog and then some. They had over priced the ultrasound, and we ended up with about $90 vet credit.

Her ultrasound results came back saying she is tumor free, but the vet said that blood tests were needed to give the full results, so the $90 credit helped pay for the blood test, and her first anti-inflammatory injection as the vet suspects she may have rucurrent UTI's.

So I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped out and commissioned me, it really did help a lot and now I can rest easy knowing that my doggo will live another day cancer free

As for the sale that's going on, I will leave it going until the end of October.

2 weeks ago I took my dog to the vet because she was weeing blood, they thought it was just a simple UTI so they got a wee sample, gave us antibiotics and sent us on our way.

4 days after she came off medication, she started weeing blood again. The vet was shut for 2 days (due to public holidays and the weekend) So I took her in today, and the vet said that because the antibiotics didn't work it is more likely to be tumor as there were some unusual cells in her wee sample.

They want to do an ultrasound to check and see if there is a tumor there, and they want to keep her overnight so they can monitor her bladder movements.

I need to save $250 in the next 2 weeks

My dog is really sick, and I'm stressing out because I'm on the way to the vet and I am hoping she will get better.

For the past few weeks, I have been receiving hate mail for my political views (When you live in a country of religious intolerance, and say "Stop being intolerant" you can become overcome by the amount of hate directed at you) At one point, a complete stranger contacted me and told me they hope when Australia is invaded by ISIS, that I would be the first to be killed because I deserved it.

When I was not receiving hate mail, I was receiving complaint mail (the kind you get from friends, where there is no "Hello" it is just "Here is my issue, lets talk about it") I know this will seem shallow, but I cannot deal with talking about other peoples issues while trying to deal with my own, because it just stresses me out even more.

So for now, my hiatus is over as we are testing the waters to see if it is just facebook that is hurting me mentally, or if its this as well.

After Finding Nemo came out in 2003, clownfish sales shot up and breeders could not meet demand, as a result 90% of the clownfish sold, were taken from the wild.
The species went from being a threatened species to an endangered one.


Thankfully, there are toy Dory's that might be able to stop parents from buying real fish, but without proper advertising, they might not know of the toys existence.
She has already advertised the build-a-bear Dory toys, so I'm hoping if we can get her attention, she might advertise the Robo Dory toys too.

Few people know, but since February I've had a buy 2 get one three special on my chibis.
After 3 weeks of thinking about it, I've decided I want to end the chibi special.

The special allowed people to get 3 images for $10. But, I am ending it at the end of this week, because it takes just as much time to draw these images as it does with normal images, and I don't really get much out of it myself because in this day and age, $10 can't get you much.
Its not enough to help with my bills, or get me food (at least not in Australia. Everything is expensive here)
I am also considering raising the price of big eyed chibis by a dollar or two, I do want to keep it low enough for people to afford, but at the same time i am putting in a fair amount of effort into the images, and I believe I do deserve a bit more for what i do.

Because I am a full time student, no one will hire me and as a result I have to live off of my commissions.
So its getting difficult to spend as much time as i do drawing images for little reward.

I hope people can understand why I need to do this, and I hope you can all respect it.
