Delay, Procastinate, Put Off!
Posted 16 years agoOh, yes, been a while for any posting, but there's a very good reason for that =D There hasn't been much to post, BUT I'm working on making a nice bundle of (good?) art to put out so there will be lots to see. It worked out for other FA artists...so why not, right?
Knotty Knotted Knots
Posted 17 years agoWell, just closing on in the final catching up to the last of the KnotCast so there's been a mood for some sketchin' for them, though no doubt they've gotten a bit already =P But Bobbles and Minis might be something to see for their little Furbutt'd versions.

A Starsmuck is Born
Posted 17 years agoWell, been un-arty for the last few...um, guess weeks now with the new job over at Starbucks. Its a pretty nice job, people are friendly and there's a neat atmosphere in the espresso soaked air. Although, when a rush comes, it COMES with no mercy <@.@>
Newish Avatar
Posted 17 years agoWell, its nice new pic a friend Horrorshow http://www.furaffinity.net/user/horrorshow made for an art trade so once I get better at digiart I'll give him something much better than he got for this great artwork.
Life is the Internet
Posted 17 years agoFor a moment I stood back and looked at the hours I spend on the internet, the journals I fill out, the art I post, the forums where messages are read and replied to, chat rooms filled with quips and comments, YouTube videos searched and watched, the vast amounts of yiff in all forms read or watched...all of it consumes most of my day to fill the time.
Oh, sure, work, and school occupies the time and some social events around the city, but could anyone of us not have the internet and be the same? In my honest opinion, I can't imagine life without it...its been done before, but it never felt so fulfilling or connecting in comparison. Whether these series of tubes are bad crutch, or just a tool for expression its all on perspective...anyway, just a thought that I've been rolling around in my head.

Artist's Remorse
Posted 17 years agoSeems investing several hours straight into using the tablet to color Secret Recipe Husky has left me sore in the wrist...I haven't felt this sore in the paw since...well, puberty =P But hopefully more time spent on both of those will toughen up the old art hand.
OKAY! HAPPY SUPER SMILE ART TIME GO!!!!

I Don't Suck at Photoshop!
Posted 17 years agoApparently, working with Photoshop isn't as difficult as in high school was, heh. But that means more digiart for FA, erf, expectations...oh, well, makes for good motivations for gettin' my drawing hand in shape *Does Hand Pilates ^ ~*
Keep watchin' out for more, you fuzzy-butted Furries!

Posted 17 years agoLooks like I'll be postin' arts more often now since a very good friend of mine, Snooks, lent me his tablet! So, there's a good chance of my stuff will be colored, wow that'd be something different...That and I've been neglecting the old paper and pen, heh, need to spend time with the kids to put stuff out there for ya'll.
Anyways, back to Photoshop and Maruchan Brand Ramen, remember, its the college student's best friend =3

Changes
Posted 17 years agoArt seems to have changed, or maybe its just me. Before it seemed every great, or deemed great artist was competition. The merit of my own art was lost in the vast envy for the talents of others.
Yet now it seems different when I browse through FA or anywhere that displays art in general; a quiet inspiration flows through my hand to paper every time I see something new. Maybe its a sign of maturity, learning from others and trying to improve upon one's self. "Everything worthwhile takes time," its a saying someone told me once though I never understood well until not too recently.
