Minks life story
Posted 10 years ago(Just to clarify, this is not the real me's life story, this is Mink's. My character. So don't go assuming that this is how my life went down, alright?)
Puphood:
As a pup, Mink was born into the world sad and alone. Her mother saw a defect in her. She was blind. Her mother knew that its best that one pup dies instead of the entire litter. Mink always understood that. So, before her mother left forever with the brothers and sisters she would never know, she left her to die in the snow. Eventually, a bear or bird would pick her up or she would just die of the cold. Either way, it was still pretty brutal. Her mother left without a sideways glance, running back into her den to retrieve her healthy pups, soon running away forever.
Mink laid there for spirits know how long, but when her toes started to freeze, she knew that she was a goner. Luckily, an angel dragon by the name of Abyss, was flying by, and just so happened to look down at the right moment. He saw her small form, searching helplessly for warmth. He flew down, and rescued her without any other thought. She was brought to his treetop cave, where she was warmed and cared for. Abyss wasn't a mother wolf, but he was the best she could ever ask for.
When she grew older, her sight suddenly regained itself. She knew it was something to do with the angel dragon she know called her father, but she didn't question him. She was more caught up on just being a pup. Living in a treetop cave, you don't really have lots of room for jumping and playing. But, she learned the best she could, running around the branches, climbing them as far as she could. She would sometimes fall, but never give up, continuing her playful fun. Abyss was a very caring father, who always supported her playful ways, usually playing alongside with her. She was happy, and content with her life.
Teenage years:
As a teenager, life in the tree's seemed useless. She dreamed of life on the ground- feeling the warm dirt in between her toes. She asked Abyss so many times if she could just run around for a few minutes, but he would not allow it. Abyss lived in the tree's his whole life, and never really met the dangers that faced normal earth dwellers before, so he had no idea what could be waiting down there for her. She listened to him, and waited for the days in which she would be free.
Abyss didn't know very much about wolves, but taught her everything he did. She learned about packs, hunting and even their customs and traditions. Nothing made her more intrigued than discovering a world in which she wasn't apart of, and she wished so badly to be apart of it. She knew one day, her time to leave her loving father would come, and it not only excited her, but terrified her.
Young Adult years:
When Mink was old enough, she strangely grew her own pair of wings, which took her some time to adjust to. Abyss taught her how to fly properly. When she did learn, she was amazing at it. She could do loop-de-loops, summer salts, and even began hunting. She was very proud of her new gift, and began sneaking out at night just to practice. On her first night out, she left the dark forest, and found herself in a world in which she had never dreamed of. The stars were so bright, and the moon shined over the sparkly snow, making the world around her seem timeless. Finally, she let her paws touch the ground for the first time in a long time, and it was amazing. She ran, and played for hours. When she was tired, she laid in the snow, and just watched the stars dance across the night. She then fell asleep. The next morning, Abyss found her. He wasn't furious, or upset. He was sort of...happy. It amazed her.
A few days later, Mink decided to leave Abyss to find her own path in life. They said their fair wells, and Mink went off into a dark and uninviting world, leaving behind the only ray of sunshine that was left.
Adult Years:
Mink flew. She flew until her wings hurt from exhaustion. When she finally stopped, she found herself in a strange place, filled with strange creatures. They walked on two legs, had long faces, and only had fur on the tops of their heads. Mink walked through the dirty streets, not noticing the surprised looks and screams of the creatures around her. She just wanted to know where she was, and find some creatures that she knew. Two of these silly creatures came up to Mink, holding funny little sticks. They used the sticks, throwing the ends of them around Mink's neck, pulling her over to their animal control van. She snarled, and bit at anything, trying to escape. Then, everything went dark.
When she awoke, she was in a strange place. She was in a large cage that trapped her. The lights were dimmed low, and she couldn't see a living soul for miles. When one of the strange creatures approached her, she had no idea what would happen next. She was taken from the cage, and dragged into another cage, where she was loaded into another van. When they finally reached their destination, they dragged Mink out of the van, and into the house, where they strapped a strange mask around her muzzle, and a restricting collar was placed around her neck. They dragged her outside, where they chained her to a pole. She tried to defend herself, but was stopped by the mask. They laughed, and said strange and hurtful words. She scratched the one man with her nails, making him lash out at her, kicking her to keep her down. She was so confused, and powerless to stop it.
Days and days passed. They gave her no water or food, making Mink's strength weaken aggressively. The men beat her regularly, making bruises and cuts form on her. She just wanted Abyss to make everything better again. Finally, they gave her water. She drank it eagerly, before collapsing from hunger. They didn't feed her until the next day, giving her kibble. She ate it, regardless of the disgusting taste.
After what seemed forever, the men removed the mask. Mink immediately reacted, biting the man's hand hard. She bit into his hand so hard, she heard the hand make a loud snap noise, indicating that it had broken. He screamed in pain, before kicking her and punching her with his free hand as hard as he could. Mink howled in pain, wishing that someone, god, anyone would save her.
As if someone heard her prayers, Abyss appeared and began helping her escape. Since Mink was so badly hurt, he had to carry her on his back. The men were amazed by Abyss, and didn't even dare try and fight. Abyss flew back to the tree cave, and cared for her. When she did finally regain her strength, Abyss gave her a scarf. He told her it was handed down through his generations, and now he passed it on to me. Mink was honored. She promised to wear it, always. She soon left though, avoiding the west as much as possible. Soon, she found herself at the edge of a wolf pack. She did not dare attempt to gain their trust right away. She slept in the nearby trees, watching their actions carefully. She liked the area- lots of trees, yet lots of open space. It was great, perfect for a wolf/angel dragon like herself. Finally, she decided it was time. She flew into the pack, walking right up to the alpha. Everyone watched as she asked to join. The alpha was impressed by her wings, and insisted she was a god. They respected her, and bowed. She told them many times that she was not a god, just a normal wolf like them. She was accepted into the pack regardless, and met her new friend, Nebula, who was also raised differently than other wolves.
The end? Nope, never.
Thank you for reading that painfully long story. I really enjoyed writing it. Sorry its kinda crap at the end, I kinda half assed it throughout that. Anyway, hope you enjoyed my story!

I'm giving out art -( CLOSED)
Posted 10 years agoAlright, so I'm trying to get my channel a larger audience. I also wanna improve my animal art, so might as well combine both ideas. All you need to do, is be watched to me, and in a few days time, you'll get your art. I'll post it on my channel, but otherwise, its all yours. Remember, first come, first serve.
RULES:
1.) You MUST be watched to me. And if you unwatch me after a certain number of days, I am completely obligated to take back the art, and delete from my gallery.
2.) I get to choose what style of art. Wither its just a head, or full body image. Its free art, don't be ungrateful.
3.) You need to at least have one image of your character in your gallery, or at least your profile pic.
4.) Some days I might give away art to people who AREN'T watched to me. I'll put why in the description, but its usually because they're not only my friend, but its also none of your goddamn business.
5.) All I ask in return, is that when you re-upload it to your profile, you give me some credit in the description.
REMINDER!:
ONLY GOOD UNTIL THE 15TH OF APRIL, 2015.
ONLY DOING 17 SLOTS.
Its also only traditional art, sadly, but its still free art, again, don't be ungrateful.

My name is Sam.
Posted 10 years agoHello! My names Sam and I'm a girl.
I like good people, who know how to have a good time. Online, I am very chatty, but in real life, I am very shy. I don't really like to talk much. My parents call me antisocial, but I'm not.
I have eczema and asthma. And sure, it sucks, but screw it, ya know?
Anyway, I like video games, movies, drawing, writing, reading, supporting my friends and mostly sleeping.
I am bisexual, currently not in a relationship, and not looking to be in one.
My favorites include: Lion King, blue, lions/wolves, doctor who, rock, baggy shirts and the word "blaze"
I hate: Bullies, jerks, asses and people in general. Most people are dicks.
I try to be as kind as my personality demands, and if you'll ever need a friend to talk to about anything, I'm your girl. Some days I get really depressed for no reason at all, and some I'll be on top of the moon. Either way, I'll be their for you. I'm also very forgiving and accepting.
I don't really know much about myself to be honest. I have met people who knew more about me than I did. Sometimes, I just wish to be free. It seems stupid, but sometimes I wish I could be like a real wolf in the forest, not caring about bills, school, or even what others think about me. I know, sounds dumb, but hey, its a nice dream.
When I do eventually go to college, I'm going to major in communications and minor in art.
I have an amazing little brother, who I would give up everything for. Currently, I have made a fursona for him (until he figures out his own, or if he will even have one) and its a bear.
I was raised catholic, but because of my very shitty experience with catholic school, I have strayed away from that life, and have become more spiritual than anything. Don't judge my beliefs, and I won't judge yours.
