I need £200 and for £200 you can get:
TWO two person, fully shaded NSFW or SFW piece WITH detailed background (base value: £200 (£100 each)
One full body fully shaded piece with detailed background (base value: £60)
Three flat colour headshots (base value: £30 (£10 each)
One chibi fully shaded no background (base value £25)
One fully shaded feral no background (base value £30) two flat colour bust badges (base value: £50, £25 each)

That's a total of £395 worth of art for £200.
I NEED To go to this show, so badly, I know how downright down I would be if I had to miss it.
These will start AFTER my commissions (around the start of February)

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:

Payments will only be accepted through Paypal. When sending money, I also request that you do not send the payment as Gift or anything else under the personal tab.

All payment must be sent as GBP, being paid in full up front. The commission will not be started until payment is received and cleared. I do NOT accept payment plans, (half up front and half upon completion etc) I will also deny your commission if you attempt to pay less.

Content:

By purchasing an adult-themed commission from me, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older.
Please consider that I will NOT draw the following:

- scat
- vomit
- vore of any kind
- hyper fat/muscle
- excessive semen
- excessive gore
- micro/macro
- art with racist/homophobic/transphobic content, even if degradation talk to your identity is fetish of yours
- my little pony of any kind
- Angel dragons

I will ONLY draw things I am comfortable with. If the content you are interested in is not listed above, please feel free to ask, you will not be judged.

I will not draw hyper genitalia.

Please consider your character before asking for commission. I will draw overly complicated characters (this means very complex markings, many tails, wings, many horns, eyes, glowy bits etc) but additional charges may occur if I find your character too complex.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, this includes dissatisfaction with character design, uncomfortable with content or uncomfortable with a customer.

Revisions:

After discussing what you want from the commission, minor changes in sketch are perfectly acceptable, however I reserve the right to deny a complete (major) change.

Once sketch has been approved, no changes to the sketch will be made.

I will update you with the following;
Sketch
Flat colour

If the colour is not to your liking, it may be changed. (Missed marking, item etc or that the colour is off)
Once flat colour is approved, this will be your final update. No changes to the commission will be made.

Once sketch is approved, no refunds under any circumstances will be issued if commission is completed within 1 year of purchase. (Your art will NOT take a year at all)

I do not work on deadline or rush order. I work in queue.

Permissions & Private Artworks:

I retain all rights to my art. This means that I have the right to redistribute the drawing, unless otherwise decided upon.
You are allowed to post your commission in your personal gallery, but it must be linked and credited back to me. If posting on personal pages/blogs etc as a full image you may NOT remove my signature. You may crop an image for use as personal icons, wallpapers, or resize it for display purposes, but you may not make any edits or changes to the art itself.

You may print the art work for non commercial use such as on a canvas in your home.
Commercial use of my artwork is strictly prohibited, as I still retain the rights to it. You may not sell t-shirts, prints, or any other items with my artwork on it, or make any profit from the artwork. If you intend to use a piece of art for any kind of commercial use, including website logos, inclusion in a magazine or book, or other commercial venues, this must be discussed with me in advance. If you wish to obtain rights to the image, it must be discussed before I begin working on your commission.

You may not sell, claim, trace or alter my art work.

Refunds:

As stated, I will not refund once the sketch is approved under any circumstance. Before the sketch, during, or before approval will allow you to request a refund.

If I find myself in the unlikely circumstance that I'm unable to complete commission (due to ill health or circumstances) you will be refunded and not given the artwork.

If you are rude/insulting/disrespectful during the process after sketch has been approved, and I do not feel comfortable continuing the commission, you will be refunded in part based on how much work that has been done. Please be respectful and generally nice to me as I draw for you. It is not fair otherwise.

Any complaints can be made directly to me and I will do my very best to fix any problems.
Average waiting time is 1-3 months but I am almost always much much Sooner, depending on circumstances.
You must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with me. By sending payment, you agree to the above terms.
