Laptop Emergency - Commission stream soon
Posted 8 years agoOkay so for the last couple of days my laptop has an LCD screen issue and I need to get it fixed/replaced, which is happening on Wednesday, but it's going to cost me $180, so tonight I am going to do a emergency commission stream all night, but I cant do coloured pieces or take on too much as I only have enough screen to work on neat sketches and some simple colour so no shading coloured sketches.

"I had sold a slot for a custom made fursuit that I had owned (I had the slot from another maker, Fuzzworks) That I had to sell due to a dire need for cash to pay my bills. I was contacted by Afton Campbell on Instagram a few days later. They claimed to have wanted to purchase my fursuit slot, and were very compassionate about purchasing the slot from me.
I asked if they were a minor, and stated if they were, I needed an email from the parent along with a photo of their ID to confirm that they were giving permission for the child to purchase the suit slot. I got the email along with the photo of the ID, so I believed it and sold them the slot.
This morning I received a message from the child's mother, claiming that the child had stolen their credit card and purchased from me, and many others. I cannot afford a chargeback on my account as I will literally lose everything that I own. My cats, my house, my belongings, everything. I will be out on the street.
I spent the money on helping a friend not be homeless, groceries, rent, and debts I have.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms below
I. GENERAL TERMS.
Please write in clean/understandable manner.
Provide references and detail anything in detail what you wish for me to not miss.
Also when ordering anything from me ALWAYS leave your EMAIL as I use the INVOICE system from now on.
Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.
THIS NOW APPLIES TO ANY PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS, UNLESS YOU ARE IN MY REFUNDING LIST ALREADY.
If you fail to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
II. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currencies I accept is USD/EURO.
DO NOT ask me if I accept payment plans, as the answer will be no. YOU MUST be a REGULAR customer as I may discuss and accept a payment plan.
III. PROCESS
Work In Progress will be given upon request, or if I am unsure about something, or just checking in to see if everything is looking okay and up to standard.

Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.
If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.
IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
Once a commission has been uploaded to FA (Furaffinity) I will ask for you to COMMENT a review on me/Experience with the artist/ your thoughts and satisfaction on the finished product and if you would work with me again.
V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning, making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
VI. CANCELLING/REFUNDING POLICY
I have the right to cancel and refund the money for you commission at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
UNLESS
IF DISCUSSED WITH ME PERSONALLY VIA DISCORD OR BUSINESS EMAIL

Posted 8 years agoI know it sounds super silly etc but how can I get myself out there more?
I feel like I'm stuck, I know people will say (the number doesn't matter!)
But my goal is 10k watchers, I've never ever reached such a mile stone in my life. I'm just unsure how people do it. It's not really a demand but I hope one day soon, I'll reach up there with the big guys. I've been trying super hard to improve my work, after years, been trying to make sure I'm improving artistically and as a person, but I still feel like somethings missing. And I can't put my finger on it.. so maybe ask outside of my own head and just ask for any advice or criticism on me and my work etc.
Been on top of business lately, ensure that I have everything listed and that I'm working as fast as possible. And up to date.
I feel like I'm stuck, I know people will say (the number doesn't matter!)

Important Journal, Artists, Commissioners amd Disputes
Posted 8 years agoHey everyone, today I just wanted to write a journal and explain something thats really caused alot of trouble on my end, and because I'm a decent person I choose to keep this person anonymous, as it's the right thing to do, but if a name gets out I honestly don't care as this has caused alot of issues for me.
Now, Paypal, when it comes to commissions and refunds, I'm happy to work on a refund for you as I already have people on my list that im working on refunds, but this is abit of a hard different kind of problem. We all know that I went on hiatus for a month to work on my mental health/depression and I got sick too.
I came back as I pushed MY personal customers commissions back by a month and I came back getting to them right away, as you notice from the heavy flow of uploads and streams atm.
I look at emails/messages when I'm not working, but ive been working 10+ hrs everyday to now where im near the end of my commissions list, but this is now tricky.
Collaborative commissions/YCHs when TWO artists are responsible.
Me and my friend now have decided even knowing all the lines are done and im ready to colour it, one of them drops out, and puts a dispute down on me for not responding to get my attention, with disputes, I like to work it out between customer and artist and talk it out, the payment was taken all by me then split off between two artists as it was a collab piece. My friend gave her half of the payment back to me, and my half was in my bank ready to send, I sent her 50 back to the commissioner, asked niceltly to close the dispute so I cpuld pay my half of the refund and have the issue sorted. BUT NO, they put the foot down, refunded the refund half? And basically wanted me to pay it all upfront from my bank with my own money, which paypal doesnt give disputes the paypal balance and bank option to refund through the dispute only my bank.
Wasting my time and I ended up doing an all nighter as the customer wouldnt take his refund and made it difficult argueing with me for hours, and basically black mailing this dispute on me and said he ls happy to wait 10 days for the dispute when I had tge money to refund right there and then, but heres the tricky part, since giving my friends 50 now back to him after he refunded the refund, I went to my boyfriend to send him my last half and ill just pay my partner back. The customer has his whole refund, still refuses to close the dispute.
This hurts and an artists business. And lives, I can't pay for any services that are connected up with paypal, I can't pay people I have bidded on YCHs for and I cant send what I make from my commissions to my bank.
PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO ARTISTS, if an artist has placed a journal down for going away for any reason, and hasnt responded to emails or messages. Don't dispute them as we depend on paypal to live. Yes I returned to work on commissions, please WAIT for me to respond. Wait for your turn.
I'm happy to refund anyone, but don't keep a dispute open when you have received YOUR WHOLE REFUND. I had to call paypal, dispute is now with all the proper evidence and is under review to be finally closed.

Posted 8 years agoI havent been on ny meds for a couple days and im at total withdrawal and my body wont operate.. ill be back to arting soon when I get them back today! I apologise to recent customers! Your commissions will get finished!! Amd streams will be back to normal n~n but right now Its hard enough to get out of bed.. or even pick up my tablet.. im really really sorry
Distressing News, Won't be feeling okay for a few days
Posted 8 years agoJust informing everyone that i'm not going to be myself for the next few days, I've been hit with something very shocking news and it hits me on a very personal level. (it's not a death) I will be working hard to cope, Please don't pry and push me for what it is because it's a very private issue, if you know of the issue please keep it to yourself. I will still be around but not as chappy.

My note system (Customers/Those who have business with me)
Posted 8 years agoI soon will be moving all business to Email and not via the note system.
Notes are a really messy place for it and I have been getting complaints for lack of responding.
I check all note with my phone! and then answer them when I'm ready on the computer working.
But sometimes people get abit impatient for a response from me and note multiple times.
On mobile I only respond to some comments and to check up on YCH's and others work.
So please hold tight as I put in my profile description where to contact me for commissions and other related things!
and what you can note me and what not to note me about in a Journal later in more description.
Thank you all for being by my side, things have been getting alot better!

Posted 8 years agoWE MADE IT GUYS, after so many years already I'm finally here, ive been working really hard, and getting back into the game.
I apologize for the longest time there Of being away for awhile.
I had a few issues with how I was for awhile, I was depressed, many life issues and art slowly started to slip away.. but I'm back into the game now baby, My next goal is 10k tbh.. how many watcher are never something I care about but I've never made anywhere 10k on any account or social media etc etc, I hope to get that one day <3..
To celebrate 6k, I'd like to too announce an art giveaway!
I plan to go on hiatus for a week first however, after finishing my big YCH I have in the works, as ive had barely any sleep;;.. and really putting damage on my body staying up and working hours and hours sitting on my laptop on the bed drawing for you guys.
So please stay tuned! I shall announce rules! and set it up soon! and any winners will be announced after my Hiatus.
