Online Commissioned CLOSED for October!
Posted 7 years agoIt's always a struggle to get myself to do this (because I want to accept EVERYONE'S commissions!!), but General Online Commissions will be closing today for the month of October. There's so much to work on, and the amount of new orders has been crazy! Which is awesome AF, don't get me wrong, but I'm having trouble keeping up! ^^;;
There are a few orders in the middle of being discussed, so I'll be following up on those today so they still have a chance of making it onto the queue. ^-^

ATTN: Work to be paused during 4/25 - 5/2
Posted 7 years agoI have this on the main page, but just to be sure I'll be posting it in a bunch of places:
Work on the queue will be halted during the week of 4/25 - 5/2 . 2 of those days will be spent on a 12 hour drives, and the rest will be relaxing with dear friends. This trip is very important to me each year as a sort of "hard reset" - a chance to gain back piece of mind and an inner calmness. That being said, I'll be working as hard as I can until then to try and finish all that I can BUT I can promise that not everything will be completed before I leave. Cell and internet service is minimal out there (and honestly, I leave my phone in the car most of the time anyway), so I won't be checking/answering messages during that time. Please feel free to send them anyway, and I'll respond as soon as I'm back (well, after snuggles and a good night's rest..that drive is killer).
Thank you for your patience and understanding. <3

Also, thank you to everyone who responded for understanding and being supportive of this trip. It's scary to admit publicly that you're taking a break when there's still work to be done. ._.;;

::REMINDER:: Wild Nights // Commission Hold

Heyo!
I'll be leaving for Indiana, then St. Louis, and then Wild Nights in Oklahoma tonight. [From what I remember] There is NO cell/wifi signal out there, unless you drive out to the town about 40 minutes away [and I'll be using that time to check in with my darling and my family].
This is a camping con, I won't have my computer, and all digital commissions will be put on hold until next Wednesday [May 3rd]. I tried my hardest, and completed as many as humanly [furry-ly?] possible before this time, but there are only so many hours in a day, and artwork does take some time [mainly larger pieces and sticker packs are left]. There are 3 traditional badges that I can work on, but they will not be mailed until I return. Feel free to telegram me ohyouMLW with any questions or concerns, and I'll answer them on the drive back. Then once I return, it's back to the daily drawing grind.

- I will be basically unreachable from April 26 - May 2.

I want to catch up with my ever-growing backlog of un-uploaded artwork. My biggest hold up was that I wanted to upload it all in order of when it was completed, but to be honest, that's not going to happen. Especially considering I lost a MASSIVE chunk of it when my hard drive died a little while back.

My goal is to upload at least a few every day. Any that I can find, in no order. Small flood warning.

and a band of merry artists on a quest to do one themed sketch per day.
Essentially I'm going to keep some paper n' stuff by my bed, wake up each morning, and draw the first thing that comes to mind when I see the word of the day.

Tons of progress has been going on. Aside from the completed ones in the pic, there are a bunch of WIPs.

Between the wait for printer ink, the computer issues, work finally flooding me with hours, acquiring +1 girlfriend, Wild Nights/Oklahoma being a giant dead-zone, messy handwriting, and general derp-outs - I've gone through the lists and THERE IS A RANDOM HAND FULL OF YOU STILL WAITING ON THINGS. I even have stuff here that's done and just was never shipped out. Seriously, wtf. AND THE REFS (you know who you are) HOLY EFFING HELL this is just...no. Complete dishonor on me and my cow.
Like to the point where it's ridiculous. Ridiculous in a bad way.
THIS WEEK IS IT. EVERYTHING IS GETTING DONE.
IF YOU ARE STILL WAITING ON SOMETHING AFTER MAY 8th, KICK ME IN THE GODDAMN HEAD [or note me and I'll let you know when it was sent out [keyword:WHEN. Because it's all getting done].

Posted 11 years agoFor the first time, I'm closing commissions. I have a LOT on my plate to finish, and after everything is completed and sent out, I'll be taking an end-of-the-year break.
Thank you so much for your support - commissioners, watchers, friends, ALL YOU SILLY FUZZ-BUTTS!! I never imagined that I'd ever even come close to gathering enough work to have to stop taking orders. You guys are amazing. <3
