Since it's probably been long enough that I don't have to worry about a certain stalker ahole or their followers harassing artists of pics I've commissioned I'll probably start uploading my commissions again either this month or next.

Once again I have a strange shower thought (and probably again I have to specify that it's not about THAT person, and again that person will take it out of context to spread more misinformation and harass me, blah blah blah)

I've always understood the u part, but how does making an assumption about someone also make them an ass?

Is it because they acted in such a way that would cause people to make assumptions? This can't be it because then you're already an ass before someone makes the assumption.
Then is it from how you react to someone making an assumption about you? This might be closer to the intention because a negative assumption will make you act aggressively (because someone's talking smack about you, like lying as my example (since someone's gonna bring it up anyways on twitter)), while a positive assumption would make you prideful (because people are praising you without you doing anything praiseworthy). This ended up being what I came up with, but it also doesn't feel quite right.
And what about rumors? (aka chains and chains of assumptions) How would they fit into this; Would the ass be the ones spreading the assumptions, the ones who are the original sources, or the ones who eventually make their own assumptions and start missing bits and pieces of information?
(maybe I should study philosophy)

Anyways that was just something that came to mind after a friend used that old saying. If anyone has their own opinion of the interpretation feel free to comment.

You know, I was thinking about the blocking system while taking a bath - not specifically FA's but in general. While it's good for preventing creeps/stalkers/etc. from contacting you, on the otherhand it basically lets you just cut off all social interactions with ANYONE, and this is a very immature thing to do (aka being defensive):

-Disagreement with someone? block'm
-Losing an argument? block'm
-Jealous of someone? block'm
-Want to avoid an important conversation? block'm
-*insert small to moderate thing that has to do with another person, THAT you would have to properly deal with and discuss if you were living around/working with them* block'm

A rather famous example of this is the Hideki Kamiya twitter blocklist, where he'll block pretty much anyone for just slightly annoying him, even if it's just a casual question, or a positive comment. (which made me think of this in the first place)


Preventing people you hate or are scared of from contacting you is a good thing (like a restraining order), but making someone unable to talk to you just because of a disagreement or just saying "nope" to a situation is considerably immature and doesn't let people act like adults.


I'm not saying blocking systems are bad - far from it in fact: they're a means for people online to protect themselves from direct harassment from other people. But after a few thoughts I realized that it not perfect in terms of social interactions.



Just some passing thoughts. This doesn't specifically have something to do with the person I disagree with (I have to specifically say this when I think something might sound like it's about that person - not everything is about you).
Like any normal person on the internet I block many people and have also been blocked by many people, so I admit that this applies to myself as well.

I have no idea why you can't understand that you are constantly breaking the Code of Conduct rules on furaffinity, deviantart, twitter, and basically everywhere on the internet

Maybe it's because of all the supporters you get for making those kind of comments/journals/tweets/etc. that make you think they're ok to write. But it doesn't change the fact that you're constantly breaking the rules on these 3 sites.

The only real question I have is why the moderators from those 3 places haven't told you to stop.

Does this rule just not have any weight? It's so easy to bypass by not mentioning anyone by name, even though all parties involved know, and even when the people LITERALLY ADMIT they're doing something wrong, nothing's done.

And another way to bypass it is to just do something on a different media platform and link to it, such as on twitter/deviantart/pinterest/imgur, and it's "out of their hands". (Or a ticket is closed with 0 proof that it was even read)

I was gonna make a big post about how that person acts more like a stalker than I do and shaming another person for lying about me not paying artists, but I was thinking things over during work today: that person made a twitter post basically saying it's okay for psychopaths to attack me (the one I briefly referred to in the previous journal) - this isn't something a normal person would ever say regardless of how much they hate someone.

This made me realize that that person is dangerous and their careless tweets might literally get me killed.

So I'm not gonna make my big post that I spent a long while writing, and will hope that person will stop stalking me and stay the fuck away.
(You've made the same inciting journal entries over and over for years targeting me regardless of how many times you've been told not to break the rules. Though it's also my fault for making a "response journal" everytime you made one of them since I did not know I could just report your journals. Hopefully this is the last one.)

Welp, she's at it again - this time she's actively asking psychopaths to attack me (like wtf that is 50 levels of messed up, even for her. Even if you non-involved people don't like me I doubt you'd try to incite psychopaths to go after me).

And on a related note, I'm preparing a big chunk of text wall to post full of basic logic and deductions anyone could make if they thought about what she does with an objective view. I doubt I can change any of your opinions of me, but I can at least help you judge how you feel about her as well. (I've tried defending myself long enough, it's time to attempt to go on the offensive)

It's written well in FA's rules and applies to ALL social media platforms but I think twitter nails it on the head best:

"You may not engage in the targeted harassment of someone, or incite other people to do so."

A certain someone has been breaking this rule all over the place for YEARS while targeting me and doesn't seem to understand that they're not allowed to do so (even if you do it in different languages). It doesn't matter if what's said by them is true or not by this point - you're not allowed to make those kind of posts. Even if you spend hours contacting other artists or asking on discord for statements, you're not allowed to make those kind of posts anywhere. (this is the mindset of an obsessed stalker)

Because it'll cause psychopaths to act without your knowledge and you'll be responsible for their actions, no matter how much you refuse to accept responsibility for their actions.

And you can't report this post this time since I didn't mention ANYONE by name this time.

Because of the topic of the journal (FA rule of not harassing) and me mentioning a certain person who constantly harasses me by breaking that rule AND had their detailed journals deleted by FA, and SAYING to report it, a certain target group of individuals would have reported the journal.

And now it's on record; the FA moderators aren't stupid you know - I can use this to help protect myself if you people try something later.
