Posted a month ago... and stayed up til 4am knee deep in old comments, art, journals and reliving past fun times, sad times, and the occasional dramas.
Sad to see how many folks who inspired me when I was younger either stopped drawing or just up and disappeared. It's kinda bittersweet seeing interactions between circles of artists I admired growing up and just never interacted with due to shyness or the fact that I was... probably not old enough to be browsing FA at that time. Always wished I could have been a part of the community when it was tight-knit like that, but also kinda thankful I missed a lot of that crazyness.. lol...

Posted 2 months agoMy birthday is on the 9th of september... still really weird to think that I have been in my 30s for three years now. Dunno if it's the trauma or just general mental-stuntedness, but it's hard to see myself as much of an adult, much less like... an actual person made from flesh?
I dunno, ever since I was old enough to have sentient thought, I just never really could picture myself as a person. I felt immensely disconnected from the person I saw looking back at me in the mirror, and always have more like some kind of cartoon trapped in the real world.
But anywhomst, I am ramblin'. If you wanna send me a nice comment or even commission me or send shinies so I can get myself a lil treat it is always appreciated!

Excited to announce I will be vending my first event this friday at the Fur and Fang night market in Old Town Spring, if any Houston folks are interested!
I will be selling a variety of sticker designs, original paintings and drawings, and doing a small number of commissions at the event! If you are going and there is a particular piece in my gallery you are interested in purchasing please feel free to reach out!

Sorry for the watch/ fav bomb, I have been missing the fandom and feeling nostalgic for art and artists that inspired me to start drawing back when I was but a wee little possumling, browsing the trenches of the internet with unrestricted access.
I would really like to be more active here and on other art sites, but it just seems like it doesn’t feel the same anymore. Oh well, Imma keep posting, and if you feel so inclined to comment, or even chat please feel free. I haven’t felt super comfortable in the fandom for a couple years due to trauma, but I miss creating and making friends here~<3
