Boy, over 2 years since I last wrote here. Only ~2500 more pageviews too, down from ~5k added in the 2 years previous. Of course, I've been unable to throw around cash like many people I see on here so I guess that's life.

I'm going through and looking for art that I had put in my favourites that have disappeared from the site, either through people leaving or just cleaning up, and will be adding them here. Probably all of them are available on my Weasyl account though.

Birthday tomorrow. Not feeling celebratory.

Just pushing off the long-closed art thing. Nothing noteworthy here.

I seem to have ticked over 5000 page views. I'm surprised that many are interested in little old me. Then I look at my gallery and see that my most favorited submission has only 47 favorites (12%), and my most viewed one has 36 (5%). I get a lot of people adding watches without having fav'd a piece, and probably what hurts me most is looking at friends' favorites and not seeing any of my pieces there, but plenty of others of certain other characters.

To those who open commission lists - think about limiting how many slots one person can take.

To those who join them - think about other people before you sign up for 4 or 6 slots on a limited list. Especially for a popular or rare artist.

You don't win anything for showing you have the most money to blow.

I finally got around to it (a combination of excavating the scanner from the papers on the desk and actually docking the laptop) and now Moonfire by R J Bartrop has a new scan that I have done from the original.
