Taking a sabbatical
Posted 12 years agoDue to resent events in my life I am left with little choice other then taking an sabbatical from many things... art included sadly. With a move on the horizon that will take me from the east cost of the US to smack dead in the middle of the county. I'll have hardly any time for many things while I work out how i am going to do this... as well as working out a transfer from with in my company and taking time off from there to move and get settled in.
I have been under so much stress as of late that it has taken most of my muse and has left me numb and just staring at the computer screen for hours before I throw my hands up in the air and admit defeat that I cant draw any more.
The reason for all of this is my health first and for most.. had a panic attack for no reason what so ever at work and almost passed out. I cant live with that happen non stop with little to reason.. Stress is a killer and anyone who says differently is just kidding them self.
Anyway, that's all for now.

Wips, scraps and whats to come
Posted 12 years agoSorry for the mass of these type of images the past few weeks. Been trying to warm up and get some work done on a new project I have been asked to work on. I had posted it on my DA but not over here, so here is a copy of it the info for you all.
"I have been given a great opportunity by my friends... and I am not going to let this one slip past me, opportunity only knocks once. I can't really say as to what this opportunity is other then I well be the lead concept artist for a video game. My friends didn't even think twice before asking me if I would like to partake in this project and I have to say I feel really honored... I never thought I would do anything or go any were with my art... but I guess I was wrong.
For now no art pertaining to this project will be posted here nor on my tumblr. We are hoping that when we start our kickstarter page and release what he have done so far it that it draw people in to it."
Been working on model sheets for the main characters as well as layout and designs for areas. The sketches have been really good at getting me in to the mood to draw as of late when I really don't have the feel for it when I really need to work on stuff.

Clean up + some news
Posted 12 years agoSo I went threw and removed some really old images in my gallery That I no longer liked. This well help clear room and make way for what I have in mind for this sites gallery. If some of you didn't know by now I had been use hentai-foundry.com for posting adult type art... but sadly I have left hentai-foundry.com because of there quality standers being so insanely crazy... so this site well now in turn get used more often.
With that being said I am not sure if I'll ever really go back to drawing furry art, for now I'll just stick to the wow art. I'll understand if some of you un-watch me for that and I understand your choice in that.

Posted 12 years agoWell as normal as things can get for me. April is done and over with.. wasn't the best month.. but I have had worse. Things are at the moment good, I got my commission done and have two request i am working for friends on my wow server as well as two gifts I am working on. Been slowly packing a few things here and there and getting ready to move soon. Over all really hoping my life falls in to place like i want it to.

Past week....
Posted 12 years agoI haven't really said this any where out side of my face book with in the past week.
I had to put one of my pet ferrets down on the 5th just two days after my birthday.
Shadow was very sick at the moment.. and I am not sure if he would of come out of it. From the time I woke that day he had two seizures both last three to four minutes. I tried doing what I normally would do when he has low blood sugar which is give him nutrical and high protein caned cat food but he bit down on my finger during one of his seizures and did some really bad damage to my finger. I called the vets office and talked with there surgical tech and she thinks the same thing as I did. There might of been a bleed on the brain and a three to four minute seizure is way to much for little guy like him. So I made the appointment for him to been checked out and the kindest think for my little guy was to put him to sleep.
However In the six times I have had to put down a ferret form illness or old age this is the first time I had a ferret that just wouldn't "let go". When you put a ferret to sleep it isn't like with a dog or cat. They need to have a shot go in there stomach... so it can take 15 minutes or so for them to past. The first shot was enough for a 10 pound dog and after 45 minutes he was just out of it... sleeping like he was ready for surgery. my vet kind of frowned and said he wanted to try another way to help end his pain. He went and got another dose for a 10 pound dog and injected it right in to his kidney, which wasn't humane to do when he was awake but he was a sleep and it would be alright to do. After another 15 minutes Shadow was still with us, the vet was really starting to show he was bothered by this and he was worried that this was causing undo stress on all of us. He asked me if it would be ok to try something else. This was also not human to do this when there awake but since he was sleeping he said it would be ok to do this. he took my ferret out back and gave him yet another a shot for a 10 pound dog right to the heart. From the time it took him to give the shot and bring him back he had passed.
He was a good little guy, and he taught me so much about his kind. He was the first ferret I had from when he was 8 weeks old.
It has been really hard to get back in to a normal way of things since his pasting... he had been sick for two years with insulinoma and adrenal disease. The adrenal disease tumor on the adrenal gland was sadly on the side, the right adrenal gland is directly adjacent to the vena cava, the largest vein in the body, and there could of been serious complications which would of killed him. So we opted to change his diet and that seemed to work best but with the insulinoma I would have to make sure every 6 hours or so that he had eat something or his blood sugar would drop really low. so I am use to being tied down and not being able to go any where or checking the cage and trying to find him to make sure he was alright.

5,000+ messages later... and other stuff
Posted 12 years agoSo I have put off going though my messages for just a bit past a year, finally took some time to day to clear though them all... I am sorry to anyone who's message box I have spammed well in doing this clean out.
In other news I do think I'll be on here more often even though my art doesn't get fav'ed or looked at much.. it really doesn't bother me.. so long as I enjoy making said art and if its made for someone the people its made for enjoy it it really doesn't mater if others look at it and don't fav it nor comment on it...

Put some long hard thought in to this and I will be oping up an Etsy shop for dream catchers, necklaces, and items made sculpey baking clay.
What does this mean? you can own your self a piece some craft I have work on. Prices will range more then likely around $15 or so depending on the cost of the materials used in making said piece. Also I would like to say that I will not be taking crafting commissions... art commissions are hard enough and if i mess up it really only cost me time... but crafts can cost me lots of money...
This store will not be set to open till around Feb 2013

Mmm getting back to work
Posted 13 years agoI know I have been a way for most if not all of this past month and really only came on to check my messages and that was it.
This past month has been very confusing for me and things are finally starting to get better and fall back in to place for me. I am glad and grateful all my closest friends and family have been kind enough to give me the much needed space I need this month. Things should start to get back to normal by the start of next month.
Things to look forward to this up coming month, I am going to take on making clay wow xmas tree ornaments. If you think you might be interested in buying one or two please let me know now so I can can make more and get them made, painted and sent before x-mas! Will be things like hearth stones, troll masks, voodoo dolls, may but a few small bottles and make healing and mana potions. it depends on how much cash I have this up coming week.

Commissions?
Posted 13 years agoI am not one to normally ask for people to think about commission me but sadly things are a bit tight here at the moment... and I have no idea how i am going to pay for the medical bills.. I am only making around 18 to 22 hours at work at $8.23 an hour... and my take home is around $120 to $130... after paying for gas, food trying and give my mother and father some money as well as trying to buy a few things i need like clothing and stuff.. I am at times left with $20 or less before my next check. and my medical care people want me to pay $2000 at a drop of a hat... it just cant be done.. I have a student loan i keep putting in to deferment and a credit loan from hsbc that's around $400 that i am paying $10 to as often as i can and other medical bills from last year that i still have that are around $400 that i am trying to pay around $5 to $10 on as often as I can.. the sad thing is aetna is giving me around around with my appeals to try and get them to pay something or anything on toughs bills.. but they just keep telling me to call back in seven to ten bushiness days..
I have nothing to hide.. if you would like to see scans of any bills to prove i am not just some scamer trying to take your money feel free to ask for them, I'll send you a note with them. I am not out to get anyone.. I know how it feels to be taken for a fool.. I have had it happen to myself a few years ago... I'll never forget the felling of when i truly found out who that person really was.

Posted 13 years agoYes It is with a heavy heart that I am now going though and selling off some if not all of my character designs from the role play forum I was once a part of. Some of these designs have a crap ton of art that go with them. I will only be taking paypal, No hidden cash and no DA points for these.

Posted 13 years agoFrom today on I will no longer have anything to do with the BBA, you will not find any art from it within my gallery nor will I ever be taking commissions for that roleplay forum again. Do not bother asking me for copies of lost art that I have done for you, I have deleted all art off of my computer. I just wish to forget that part of my life that I wasted on there.
With that I am moving forward with my adult life and growing up... I shouldn't be playing around on an animal roleplay forum that is loaded with kids ranging from nine to six-teen... I don't need added drama to my life.. I have enough as it is.

New art site
Posted 13 years agoSo... I joined hentai-foundry the other day after find out some of the people I like that do adult wow art are in fact on there as well and is where they upload there adult art. Not quite sure just yet if I'll be sticking around on here much or just passing by to see if a few people have up dated any... Posted 14 years agoSo I have been sick from the beginning of September... with pain on my right side... taking up the whole flank area. I have had so many test... so so many done.. been in and out of the hospital and er for this pain.. an no one could tell me what was wrong with me.. just what it wasn't.
After some time I got pissed off and start to think of what it could of been causing this pain I had been having. after some thing the only thing I could of came up with was that it could have something to do with my reproductive area of my body. I have finally history of aunts on both my mother and fathers side of the family that have had problems there and I didn't want to risk letting what ever this could sit for much longer if it did have to do with that area of my body.
After some more testing and waiting on the results to come in I think someone has finally found what has been causing my pain. I have one ovarian cyst the size of my thumb nail and around 20 to 25 other ovarian cysts that are to small to measure all of witch are on my right ovary. These could be causing the pain.
With all the testing and ct scans of that area no one saw anything or even thought that there was a problem with that area.. they said they checked there and the area looked alright... I just don't know about the people that work at the er or the hospital any more...
My doctor things that with taking a few months of birth control pills I should be much better and wants to repeat the testing she had done in two months to see if they have changed any.
I am just happy this is almost over with... I am also thankful for the kind words my friends have giving me over this time... I don't know if I could of made it though this without them.

Posted 14 years agoYes I am still around.. just been very busy with life and work.. still sick as ever. Going for more test tomorrow... this time to see if the pain is coming from some where else... I am not really alright with the thought of this but its a possibility that all this pain might have something to do with reproductive system... I am kind of worried... I really just want to get better and be pain free.

Still sick
Posted 14 years agoI am slowly starting to get sick of being sick. Left work the other night to go to er.. yet again the er doctor said it was my gallbladder and once again I get sent home and told to follow up with my family doctor and a surgeon... the so called surgeon is and ass... even with all my family history of gallbladder problems and having five people within my immediate family having had theirs removed it still does't warrant exploratory surgery. Meanwhile I am still in pain and still having a hard time eating much of any food.
I am really hoping that this well be all over soon and i wont lose my job what with all the leaving to go to the er as well as being put off work for a few days here and there. Its just over all unsettling.

Posted 14 years agoI didn't post an update on how I have been feeling because I am kind of bummed out about it.
I spent three days in the hospital only to have the surgeon say there isn't enough evidence that it was really my gallbladder and told me to follow up with a different doctor and released me from the hospital.
In the mean time I am I am trying to take it easy even though i am still in pain and being sent to work.

Sick again =/
Posted 14 years agoSo I spent several hours in the er last night for very bad flank pain on my right side. Turns out my gallbladder isn't doing all that great. Had a few test done and my white blood cell count is very high and though the roof, the ct didn't show any thing to be wrong so I am off to have a ultrasound done today around 3 or so.
It more then likely will be a few weeks to a month before I get my gallbladder taken out till its not as pain full for fear that it might be infected and they don't want to risk it taring and causing me to get sicker.
just got to say that I now know what it feels like to be kicked off of wow... by friends. After I had came home I took a short nap then fought with a dog to get off my bed so I could hop on wow and rp with a friend that just got on. moments later I had him and my room mate ganging up on me and forced me to go to bed... Busy busy
Posted 14 years agoI am glad to say I am finally some what happy with things in my life at the moment.
I have a nice job that doesn't cause me undue stress.
I took a pay cut from my last job but I am making double the hours so it makes up for that.
I have made some new friends.
Been working on writing and drawing more.
Over all my depression is at a all time low. I cant sleep past 9am any more thanks to my job and working mornings. I don't normally stay up past 11pm. I think being out in the sun has helped with that quite a lot really. First time i long time i got any color to my skin... I am not my normal pale white this summer i am a light tan with loads of freckles lol.
I can't believe I am really happy most of the time sadly.. with everything had happen in the past few years... I never thought I could be happy after that... let alone move on so fast. I guess I am just strong enough to make it.
Here I am almost years two years from when my boyfriend past away.. I never thought I could ever step foot in a home depot again.. just to many memories.. to many broken dreams and way to many sights and sounds that would remind me of him. But here I am working there.. Sure I still have my moments when I get flashbacks of him while on the job but it doesn't effect me like it use to.
Its almost fall now... my favorite time of year... I cant wait to see what color the leaves are going to change to this year.

zyhuatl and I still have the puppy named Maya that we where trying to find a home for in April. Sadly we are still living with my parents at the moment and they have came to us and told us we have to ether find her a home asap or take her to the pound. We would rather not have to think about Maya being put down... but we are having no luck getting her a home we have now had like 7 people back out on taking her because they wanted a free dog over a cheep one... and we're not asking much for her, we just want $50.

Chinook: Sick dog, commission?
Posted 14 years agoSo my room mate zyhuatl and my self almost lost one of her dogs puppies today.
Well the other night my mom bitched about wanting the gate back to her room. I had taken it to keep the dogs away from the bird cage. Well I gave in because I didn't want to start even more fighting in the house. Well Chinook it would seem thought that it would be a good idea to eat not only the bird food from the bottom of the cage but the corn cob bedding as well. We didn't know he was eat it till after he had a lot of it. when we found out we found a way to block it off from him. we called it a night and went to bed. well mister Chinook made him self sick, I woke up around 10am to him crying. He looked a bit bloated, I felt his belly and you could feel something that you shouldn't feel, and had thrown up two times. I called the vet and made an appointment.
Turns out he has gastric bloat, his stomach was 5 times lager then it should of been. He was a ticking time bomb. If we would of just left it and see if it would pass on its own his stomach would of flipped in on it self, and if not taken care of would quickly lead to death of the stomach as well as to other organs around the stomach.
We ended up getting x-rays which lead to having him get is stomach pumped. All in all my vet is the cheapest around... it came to $425... with not only getting money from my mother but Sper's as well we where able to come up with $175, Thankfully my vet is willing to work with me and is going to let me pay the remaining $250 on Friday when I get paid.... sadly that's like almost all my pay check. Which wont leave me with much if any gas money or food for the ferrets.

Chinook Is doing better and is starting to eat wet food and has so far kept it down with no problem. He's also acting a lot more like him self the past 24 hours. HE is finally out of the woods and on the road to recovery.

Happy Holidays
Posted 14 years agoNow is the time that we all like to hang around a warm fire and spend time with love ones. Talk of old times and new ones. And over all just spread joy to thous that are less fortunate. This year how ever I well be taking a very dear friend in to my family shortly after the holidays. As much as things may be strained for the first few days i am sure things well fall in to place shortly and we will be able to move out sometime in Feb.

You may ask for something to be revised after you have seen the sketch. You get one free revision of the sketch, any revision after that will be $4
Refunds: If at anytime before the image is finished you would like a refund please ask. If no work has been done on the image you will get your refund in full. Any work completed on the image will be deducted from your refund to cover my time and effort. These deductions will reflect what I charge for the piece done (sketch, inks, etc…).
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime due to lack of contact or inappropriate behavior on the client's part. I will still refund for work left unfinished at this point.
NO REFUNDS will be given for a finished product unless proof of my negligence can be shown.
