Let's give this another go.
Posted 9 years agoI usually only update this after cons, but since I only go to one a year currently, I feel like I really should check this thing more often.
Maybe get some more art of Mort because he is falling WAAAY behind compared to all of my other friends XD
Maybe keep the journal updated with things going on in my life, since things are looking on the up and up.
Maybe upload some of my own stuff on here, whether it be writing or photography, maybe I'll dip my hand into some other things just to see how that goes.
Or I might not do any of that.
Time will tell I suppose, Hope to see all of you soon!
Love you all~!

Posted 10 years agoI have returned from a weekend that was something whimsical. I got to spend a weekend with the people who I hold very dear to me and we had the time of our lives, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
I think every time I go to AnthroCon with these people, Our bond grows stronger, Our friendship draws closer, and when I think about it, That's the only thing I need in this world to keep me going. It's trips like these that help me forget my problems and let loose with people who give a damn about me, and who I care for dearly. We are allowed to be ourselves and live like there's no tomorrow.
Alongside them I got to meet some new people and grow stronger ties with people I wasn't close with before and I don't regret any of it.
Of course, as most people do, I did feel melancholy on the last day, To quote Robert Smith "The last day of summer never felt so cold" Just thinking about going home and not seeing some of these people until next year was somewhat of a damper, and I do hope that the strong bonds I have made this weekend are still there by the time next year comes around.
So here I am, rambling about friendship and whatnot so I'll draw to a close so I don't bore you to tears.
AC was amazing fun, but it wouldn't be that without the friends I went with, It wouldn't even be half as fun. So to all of my friends that I spent time with this weekend. Thank you for having me with you for this wonderful weekend, Thank you for considering me your friend and I hope we create many more memories like the ones we made this weekend.
From the very bottom of my heart, I love all of you.
Cheers~
