lustbubbles and I are putting on a sketchbook auction to try to raise money for our Las Vegas summer energy bill! We wanted to make sure we stuck with a 100 page sketch book with 100 pages of sketches or paintings or portraits, so the starting bid was set at $100. Please let anyone know who you think might be interested!

If you're following lustbubbles (which you probably are because she's a beautiful amazing person and also many of my followers are her friends) then you'll know that she's trying to save up money for my birthday! I'm turning 21, and she wants to blow it up! We have a habit of trying to out do each other for our birthdays.
I know it's a frivolous thing, birthdays, but we save up and look forward to them all year. We'd rather go without for a couple days so that we can have an extra special birthday. So I'm going to try to help be taking commissions!
TL;DR: It's a birthday fundraiser for a broke ass couple!
Slots will be filled based off of whomever pays first!

The way I create digital art doesn't use line art or coloring 'layers'. As such, my guidelines for changes and refunds might differ from what you're accustomed to.
I have a very quick turnaround on commissions. You can expect me to make your commission a priority, and as such I can usually turn in a digital commission in a matter of days. If there are multiple poses, or if time is an issue, I'll let you know the time needed for your specific commission before we begin.
FOR TRADITIONAL: The issue of scanning or photographing your piece may cause a small delay, but I will figure that into the time quote I give you at the start of a commission. I can only be responsible for WHEN a piece ships. The rest is up to the delivery man.
I will ship the originals of traditional work if requested, for an additional fee that covers the shipping costs. If you require a frame, or expedited shipping, or something else involved in the shipping of your piece, we'll work it out.
Traditional will cost more than digital. If only for the fact that materials aren't used up in creating a digital piece. When you purchase a traditional work you're not only paying me, but you're also paying for the materials used.
I will not to take on any commission that I feel I can't finish with my level of skill, nor will I take on too many commissions at a time. I'd rather ask a customer to wait a week before we begin the commission process, than to make an unrealistic commitment.

Subject Matter:
Just ask! I'll go as far as artistic nudity, but usually not beyond that (ie: genital close ups, sexual situations, bodily fluids, erections, porn-like qualities.) I will do tasteful fetish art.
Artist Rights:
I will not back out of an official commission unless in absolutely extreme cases. If I back out of your commission, I will fully refund you.
I do claim the right to post commissions to my page.
I may use a rejected sketch for another picture, most likely personal artwork, but I may use it for a commission. I assume the sketch was rejected for a reason, and if I really like it, I reserve the right to use it in a different way.
I have the right to take as long as needed to complete your commission. A deadline is fine. I will meet any deadlines or I will refund in the most rare of occasions. I will do my best to turn in your commission in a timely manner.
I require visual and/or written references.
Customer Rights:
You may re-post, print out, hug, fap on, burn, etc. my artwork as long as the credit is given to me. Please do not sell, take credit for, or make any profits on my artwork.
You have the right to give me a deadline. The deadline given to me at the start of a commission is the deadline that I will deliver by. Deadlines can NOT change at any other point.
You must agree with the entirety of this TOS before we reach an agreement for any kind of artwork.
You DO have the right to an anonymous commission. If requested, I will not post your full commission on any of my pages. I may post a non-identifying detail/up close shot just to show future customers examples, but nothing identifying (markings, faces, whatever the case may be.)
Let me know before hand if you don't want me to post your commission.
I will allow four changes to your artwork, unless I've messed up royally. Two during the sketch phase, two after the coloring as started. Poses will not change after the sketch phase.
Traditional Art is VERY difficult to change after the sketch phase, depending on the media. I'm
not a magician, so be very mindful when approving a sketch if it's traditional.
You may request to see a screen shot (or for traditional, a picture) of a WIP on any day. It does not mean that I'll be able to make changes at any point (see above,) but you'll still be able to see updates. Please do not request more than one a day.
You must agree to each WIP I send you before I continue progress. If I continue without your approval, I am responsible for any mistakes that need to be changed.
Payment:
I only accept money through Paypal. Send your money as a “Purchase”, and not a personal payment. You are NOT required to cover the tax that will get taken out. Please write a note saying who you are in the description, so I can mark you down as paying.
I do not ask that you cover the paypal fee!
I will require 1/3 of the commission price up front.
I will deliver full refunds if so requested, unless I have proceeded PAST the sketch phase. By this point, I have put too much work into the commission. This goes for digital and traditional.
