New Journal for a New Year
Posted 10 years agoHey there folks and all my viewers that read my journals…
Or rather, my small journals.
Yeah…I’m really sorry about that folks. In truth, I guess I’m not really a journal kind of guy. I mostly chat on Twitter, Facebook, and Skype with a few close friends. But since I’m here, I might as well update you folks on how everything went for 2015.
For the most part, I admit that I’ve been rather busy with my CPA job. I recently received huge promotion that has admittingly taken up most of my free time. I also have been exploring with day trading principles and have been making a bit of money here and there. My timing is off a little, and I miss out on some big plays; however, I’m bringing in on average less than $100 per trade. It pays for the Patreons I’m backing and some minor bills here and there.
Outside of work and still in my real life, I’ve been taking my time moving into my new house. I had to take a back seat to my personal life and deal with my family. Several deaths occurred that pretty much shook my mother to her bones. She’s doing much better now. I’ve also been going back to church.
Unfortunately, I didn’t plan my vacations out that well and kind of went to TX only conventions this year. I did have a blast at the conventions though, but I kind of got bumped about not seeing some of my good friends. This year, I intend not to make that mistake again.
I’ve also been around several comic forums during my spare time. I’ve been actively involved with the Katbox forums. And thanks to some of the wonderful staff and artist there, I’ve been developing and improving my artistic soft brush style. In fact, I may be opening up for small commissions here shortly.

Taxes Taxes and More Taxes
Posted 11 years agoHey all you happening people that still come by my user page. My bad for not being as active on here with the journals, but it seems like tax season is finally rearing its ugly head once more. This one should be a blast with all the new repair regulations and healthcare. XD
Anyway, just a heads up for all you fans as I intend to upload all the commissions that I’ve received in the last six months up here. Be sure to check out the artists that did them!
~In Regards to Thei11
Before I continue, I would like to go into great details in regards to Thei11. I have hired Thei11 nearly six years ago to work on a comic collaboration. To date, he has not provided any of the requested pages. During the last year, he has not responded to any of my messages. He has failed to refund me my funds despite being asked on multiple occasions. In essence, he is nothing more than a thief. I would recommend NOT following him in any sense of the word. You can still follow him if you like; however, I would at least encourage you to be weary of ever commissioning him. Then again, he hasn’t been seen for years so that’s good. At least he can’t scam anyone else now. I’m still in the process of suing him though, which is a pain.

I would like to apologize for not really posting or commenting as much over the last year or so. In truth, I’ve been kind of bumped after my dealings with Thei11 over on DeviantArt.
Before I continue, I would like to go into great details in regards to Thei11. I have hired Thei11 nearly six years ago to work on a comic collaboration. To date, he has not provided any of the requested pages. During the last year, he has not responded to any of my messages. He has failed to refund me my funds despite being asked on multiple occasions. In essence, he is nothing more than a thief. I would recommend NOT following him in any sense of the word. You can still follow him if you like; however, I would at least encourage you to be weary of ever commissioning him. Then again, he hasn’t been seen for years so that’s good. At least he can’t scam anyone else now. I’m still in the process of suing him though, which is a pain.
As a side note, he goes by many other aliases, such as tingtongmew, mewtantx, and theo. So be careful when dealing with him.
What I’ve Been Doing…
Don’t get me wrong; while I haven’t been as active here, I’ve been quite talkative on the KatBox. My username is the same as here as it is there. I would strongly encourage you all to join the forums. I’ve also been going to quite a few conventions, such as A-Kon and MetroCon and have met some very stellar peeps out there.
Future Projects and Works
I will admit that I kind of fell off the radar here because of thei11 and his failure to live up to his contractual obligations due to his thieving ways, but that doesn’t mean I’ve quite. In fact, I’ve been slowly improving my artistic skills to an extent. Again, my RL job does hinder my progress here and there. I’ve mostly been improving my rendering style and photography skills. I’ve also written quite a few scripts and short stories I intend to publish or self-publish one day.
Also, I plan on updating my journals here at least once a month and my gallery of the various commissions purchased and some works of my own every weekend if possible. You might want to check on back here frequently as I do intend to post some interesting offers for all you loyal fans.

My bad for not starting 2014 with a new journal, but after lining up a few things here and there, I decided to go ahead and work on quite a few interesting things this year around. I'll reveal more in the following days or so. For now, I just need to tie up a few more loose ends.

Posted 12 years agoYeah...so sorry about the previous post, but now that tax season is finally over with, I'm now officially back. This time around, I'll be posting up some fan fictions and actually start to post some artwork on at least a daily basis.

After some thinking and passing my CPA exam, I decided to open a FA account to host my fan strips, other projects, and just to expand my horizon. It should be interesting to see what happens now.
