It's just like renting.. you pay off the loan for the house over months just like renting.. Only there's alot of paper work that also demands money on the side to do.. Yeah anyway..
Today me and Anarkhy Should be calling the realiter to Talk him down on the price and see if we cant cut a deal with him..
The house is aweosome it's a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom with the HUGEST yard and it's in the middle of the sticks with a abr right down the road and it's close to mine and alex's work. I like how the floors and Walls are.. (hehe I broke into the house to see what it looks like :P)
My Sisters mother is going to help us talk the price down, she has experiance and is a Carpenter and will know exactly how much the house is worth.

He wears cowboy boots made out of snake skin with spurs. A Camo jacket. He kills furs in a way that link to there fursona..

I am redoing my thing here, i came into this thing a complete noob so i need to take a Second take on this Snap. So in 2 weeks minimal I will be having a new account, but i will be adding all my watchs onto it and my favs. Also When I get my new account I will put up 4 fics of mine and 1 Poem and also a little funny pics in my scraps Section to..
Also when this happens I will no longer go by the name "Muki" but my new name will be "Aina."

Not this computer but the one I use Privitly and use it to write my fics on, I need to be able to get on it to get my fics at least to post on here..
God this sucks..
Maybe I can write a few on here.. I dont want to tho cuz this suckboard hates me, I have to keep writing in shorthand on this one or else I get a really bad typo....
Oh well.. I will get it fixed...

But it wont be and i accepted that! I have NO PROBLEM with it being on FA!
The only Reason I opposed it, was because people were running around Copy and Pasting stuff from law books.

I mean Tons of Furries have PsP's lol. I think it'll be fun, I could have tons of fun like that. So i have decided to make 'scrapbook' theme based PsP wallpapers, or/and Desktop.
Like A 'cute Charmander' wallpaper and stuff. of course Most of the wallpapers will be clean with maybe a XXX Version LOL

Pretty Soon I will See my mate for the First time. Oh How I cant wait. It's going to be so awesome. Finally I will be able to Show him some lovin and talk to him and see him, and just do cool stuff with him. It's going to be soo awesome!

It's a Pokemon Fic set in the distant future where there are no more humans and the fire type Pokemon Population is slowing dropping. Meet 'Pike' A Charmeleon sent by the Redwing Clan to Search for and Impregnate Compatable Female Pokemon to have Fire type pokemon Children in hopes to stop the Fire Types from Dying out.
Join him as He sweet talks his way though many Women, Charms them mates with them and then leaves all in 1 day in this Dramatic Comedy.
