In five days, I will be 52. While the age doesn't really mean much, considering how I neither look nor act "my age", it would still be nice to celebrate it somehow, but with COVID, not much going to do that. Places are closed, some places are limited, can't really be with folks, and no friends to be with either.

Is anybody able and interested in drawing a jackal "fursona". It's not for me but for a friend of mine who isn't a "furry" per se but is furry-friendly. He already had himself drawn as a jackal many years ago but it interested in getting something drawn more recently. Let me know so I can refer him to you. Thanks.

And, ladies and gentlefurs, this concludes my first round of my 4-week, 4-day-a-week workout program using my 10 lb dumbbells. Next week I will start it all over again using my 25 lb dumbbells, though I may have to stretch it due to starting with fewer reps and sets since I'm using heavier dumbbells. But I do plan on getting it eventually up to 5 sets of 12 reps.

I am already seeing results from my workout. My arms, chest and legs are getting bigger. Only unintended consequence of legs getting bigger is that my pants legs are extremely tight, especially when I sit down (which, of course, includes when I drive). Not sure what, if anything, can be done regarding that.

Change is in the wind. I will be getting some new wardrobe for me, some new Doctor's clothes that should be better than my current jacket. Should be coming in next week. Will post videos and pics to show the new "me".

Is it sad/wrong that I cannot get into the Christmas/holiday spirit? I don't listen to Christmas songs...and avoid them if possible. (Tried to listen to a song that had a Christmas connection. Couldn't do it.) I don't have any decorations in my place, no tree...and no plans to get either. It's been this way for many years...ever since my dad passed away.

Today, I got to attend one of the most incredible furmeets in a long while.
With other local NE Georgia furs, got to go ice skating (something I haven't done in somewhere between 30 and 40 years!) I actually skated in my fursuit (well in my head and tails at least). I managed to stay on my feet for the most part, fell down only once (which is amazing!) I got to make some people smile (the one young lady who was handing out skates (because she recognized my 4th Doctor's scarf - evidently she was another Whovian), and some kids who loved furries! Got several hugs from one of them. I had an absolutely blast!

Then we all went to a ramen restaurant and chilled out for awhile. I've never had ramen like that before. Even though I just had the basic ramen dish, it was delicious and very filling!

I'm so glad I decided to go instead of just staying home and playing video games.

I've just learned through FB that  cloudchaser passed away yesterday after battling with an illness.
I'm a bit heartbroken and wished dearly that I could have met him in person. Goodbye, my friend. May you God give you peace in Heaven. :'(

Today is my Anni-Fur-Sary as 8 years ago I discovered the fandom, joined it, and created (or simply "brought life to"...) Murphy Slaugh! I wish I had known about the fandom sooner, but better late than never.

I've just realized that with all this "Area 51 parties" that are becoming viral in FB/Twitter, etc, I'm going to be having my own "Area 51 party" tomorrow (Saturday), in that I will be in an "Area" having a "party" because I'm turning "51". And I am the "alien". :P

*sighs* Sometimes, it doesn't pay to try to keep someone from suicide. Tried to help out a young fur from Norway that me and another (ex-fur) brother knew and have been communicating with through Discord. My brother went offline for a few days (to take a break from Social Media) and asked me to talk to the younger fur and help him out. Only, today, because our younger furiend's girlfriend lied to him, obviously EVERYBODY that said they cared for him was a liar. And NATURALLY, my trying to convince him that my brother and I WEREN'T lying and wanted to help him out was stating that HE (the younger fur) WAS lying...and, because I didn't "believe him", he blocked me . So, now, I get the unenviable task of telling my brother (once he comes back online) that I've "lost" our friend. *shakes my head sadly* I hate to say this, but whatever happens to him, on his own head be it! I tried...and obviously failed.

I couldn't find the car window scraper this morning, so I used a plastic store discount card to clean my windows. It didn't work very well. I only got 20% off.

After cosmetic surgery, the pelican faced a huge bill.

I dug up a worm for fishing. It's the end of the line for him.

I've been having issues with the roof leaking into the storage space below it. It's being very problem attic!

Furiends and family, I am really willing to make this fursuit dance competition a reality. But, I need your help. If I post videos of me dancing, how many of you would be willing to take the time to watch and give me honest opinions. Nothing mean or dispirited, but not over-effusive praise. I need your help to improve. What should I keep? What can I take out?

Who here can I count on to help make this (somewhat crazy) venture a reality?
