TOS
✦ I only accept payments through Paypal invoices ✦
✦ Payments must be made in GBP ✦
✦ A full payment must be made before I start work on a commission ✦
✦ I don’t offer refunds unless I can’t complete a commission ✦
Ordering and payment
✦ After I receive your commission form, I will let you know if your request has been accepted and then note you for your Paypal address and send you an invoice ✦
✦ Once a full Payment has been made, I will add you to my art queue on my Trello page and start work on your commission as soon as possible ✦
✦ Once you are in the queue, you may not be refunded unless there is a problem on my end which means I cannot complete your commission. You may not 'back out' ✦
✦ I reserve the right to cancel a commission and offer a refund at any time on my own terms (due to ongoing health issues) ✦
Waiting for your commission
✦ I constantly update the progress of any commissions on my Trello page, so if you want to know the progress of your commission, please check that first before you contact me ✦
✦ If you do have any questions or concerns in regards to your commission, then please note me privately and I will get back to you as soon as possible ✦
✦ Please be patient. My ongoing health issues mean I work quite slowly, so it may take a few weeks for your commission to be finished ✦
✦ Once I have completed your commission, I will send it to you via note and wait for your response before I upload it. If I haven't heard back from you within 48 hours I will upload it regardless ✦
Personal conduct and etiquette
✦ As an artist, I always try to conduct myself as politely and professionally as possible. In return, I also expect the same behaviour from my buyers ✦
✦ If I receive any harassment or threats while I am working on a commission for you, I will send you up to two warnings before I put you on my blacklist ✦
✦ If you are put on my blacklist, I will complete and send you your commission and then ban you from ever buying something from me again ✦
✦ Any form of chargeback will result in immediate blacklisting, regardless of the reason ✦
Commission ownership
✦ You may use your commissioned artwork for page dolls, avatars, banners, wallpapers etc... ✦
✦ You may not erase my signature or claim artwork as your own ✦
✦ You may not use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes ✦
✦ I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork in my galleries and portfolio ✦
