WHAT I CAN DRAW:

The things I can and will draw shall be as follows:

1. Dragons, dinosaurs, reptiles, fantasy creatures and other animals.
2. Natural backgrounds and simple architecture.
3. Usual clothes, armor and weapons.
4. You can order NSFW artwork, but I will charge an additional fee for this, because I don't really like NSFW.

WHAT I DON'T DRAW:

The things I won’t draw shall be as follows:

1. People, humanoids, races similar to them and creatures with human faces;
2. Too complex architecture.
3. Complex armor, weapons and clothes.
3. Offensive art (for example, discrimination based on race or gender)
4. Fetishes that may seem unpleasant or disgusting to me.

HOW TO ORDER:

All orders shall be accepted exclusively from the author's page.

If someone writes to you from another page under my name, this is scam! The author has only one page, and there are no intermediaries and assistants! If someone writes to you from such pages, please let the author know!

The author may refuse to take the order without explaining any reasons.

Before ordering the artwork, the customer shall familiarize himself with all the information provided and accept the author's terms of service. If the client orders the work without knowing the terms and conditions, he still automatically agrees to them.

1. The customer shall choose the desired type of work, then contact author and describe a detailed task, which includes a reference sheet or images of the character, angle, pose, emotions and background, if this is implied in future artwork. You can get acquainted with the types of work and prices here.
2. After the order is approved, the artist shall announce price, which may be increased or decreased depending on further circumstances and edits.
3. If the client agrees with the requirements and the price, he shall be put in the end of the queue (more info: here).
4. The client shall promptly respond to the author's messages concerning the order. The sooner the better, because it depends on how quickly the author finishes the artwork!
5. When the first installment is made and the artist begins drawing, the artist shall send to the client step-by-step progress, at the stage of which the customer has the right to make edits, if necessary. The author reserves the right to use sketches not approved by the customers in his projects (provided that the characters depicted on them will be changed).
6. The more is done, the more difficult it is to make edits. The client is advised to meticulously examine each stage of rendering, so author can make edits on time, thereby reducing my time to complete the work and subsequent costs. Complex edits, if not caused by the author's intention, shall be charged extra.
7. The author or the client may terminate or suspend the agreement and ask for a refund, fully or in part, depending on how much work was done by the time the agreement is terminated. Attention! There may be difficulties with the refund, since the author does not have the ability to transfer funds directly through PayPal. The transfer of funds is possible only through the Boosty system, which means that a 10% commission will be charged for the transfer, and the client will not receive the full amount. Please think carefully before requesting a refund.
8. The deadline shall be six months starting the day when I started working on the art piece. However, I always try to finish the work as soon as possible.
8.1. If the customer ignores the author for more than six months, the author has the right to refuse further work and money refunds. The author does not have to run after you every time she needs an answer. This has a very negative effect on the workflow and optimization of working hours. Please appreciate other people's time and resources.
9. The artwork completed, the customer shall receive the file in full resolution. If the customer wants to request any edits after the art piece is completed, any edits shall be charged extra. The artist shall not provide the source files. The exception shall be a lineart made to order specifically for self-drawing by the customer.

PAYMENT:

Any order shall be paid via Boosty, because PayPal is banned in Russia. Boosty has the option to pay via Paypal, so don't worry! Perhaps this guide will be useful to you.
I shall accept payment strictly according to the queue. Payment shall be made after the sketch is approved.

COPYRIGHT:

1. It is forbidden to pass off the author's works as their own, to erase or paint over the signature and watermark, as well as to change the drawings in any way.
2. The author prohibits the use of his works and characters for commercial purposes.
3. If the customer wants to publish the finished work in his gallery, he may do so only after the artwork is published in the author’s gallery.
4. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in a reprimand, refusal of further cooperation or permanent ban.

If the customer made an order without familiarizing himself with the terms, then this is his problem, not the author's!
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility!
