♢ By purchasing and paying for a piece of art by me, you agree to use the Canadian laws as the choice of law for any possible dispute ♢
♢ I reserve the right to reject your commission proposal without question (this includes if you did not follow the rules or read the T.o.S.) ♢
♢ I reserve the right to deny, refund or ignore anyone I do not feel comfortable doing business with ♢
♢ I reserve the right to not give any refund and revoke your commission through any stage of commission process if you do not follow my T.o.S. ♢
♢ I reserve the right to use your personal commission along with full ownership rights to the work unless otherwise stated (mainly for portfolio/samples and not for prints/etc) ♢
♢ Do not, under any circumstances, remove my signature from the image ♢
♢ If you wish your commission to remain private (i.e. not posted publicly to galleries, social media, etc) please disclose this within your initial commission request ♢
♢ Private commission will always include a fee of 25% of the total commission price, this is non-refundable even if you make it public afterwards ♢
♢ If you cannot afford to make your commission private but still would not like your name connected to it, I will not link to your username and will simply be credited to "anonymous" ♢
♢ My art is allowed to be reposted on social media as long as I am credited and there is a link to my twitter or FA account ♢

♢ All payments are to be made using Paypal via INVOICE ♢
♢ E-checks will not be accepted as a form of payment due to recent problems with them ♢
♢ I do accept Payment Plans! The minimum amount for a payment plan is $50. These are to be discussed on a per case basis ♢
♢ Once I receive full payment, you may not back out of the commission. Failure to meet your own financial obligations is not my concern or justification for a refund ♢
♢ Commission will not be started until I get the full payment, unless agreed otherwise ♢
♢ Once the artwork is completed, there will be no refunds ♢
♢ Refunds available on unfinished commissions after 16 weeks (4 months) ♢
♢ Partial refunds are available if you are unhappy or disappointed in your piece, but it is case by case. I reserve the right to refuse a partial refund ♢

♢ Clients who want to see a WIP should ask for it while ordering the commission. WIPs will be given during the sketch and/or flat colours phases ♢
♢ Doodles are not eligible for WIPs ♢
♢ Edits on the WIP are free, but the client must make sure to ask for all the edits at the same time or pay an extra fee ♢
♢ I will not change the pose or the details once the refined sketch is approved, but I will edit colors and markings at the flat colors phase if needed ♢
♢ I will not make major changes to any sketch or lineart that you have previously approved ♢
♢ Please know that additional changes such as re-sketching may delay your delivery time. If you do not get back to me within time and it passes your deadline, it does not entitle you to a refund ♢
