Hello EVERYONE!

I am back from my over extended vacation from this sight and I am so Happy! to be back. I would first like to apology to everyone for my absence but ill get into that in a second. My commissioned people are the people I owe the biggest apology to. I never intended to be gone this long and I will be getting there work to them ASAP!.

Ok, now to explain the absence. A long long long while back I was working on my laptop, Which has all my work on it. That's commissions, notes, passwords, All of it.
One day I was working and went to get up and somehow it wasn't all the way on the table and It feel backwards. (i went white cuz this is an old Laptop) I pick it up and the screen is black and it wont turn on. I was in a panic and was worried that I had lost it all. A friend of mine said He could fix it cuz he has lots of computer knowledge. So I gave it to him and went home with knots in my stomach. Time went on and nothing. More time goes by and I begin to wonder if he can fix it. I go to him later and ask how it is going, He said He is trying but I may have lost stuff. ( i die a little) I asked him to save what he can. More time goes by and I know my absence is becoming to long. I go back to him and he at this point doesn't think He can do anything. So after all that waiting I had to give in and fin a real computer technician. I give it to him and he says the same thing that I may lose things. (the stress is bad now) MORE! time passes and he eventually gets back to me and said that he saved like 80% of my stuff. I hoped and hoped it was the stuff i carried about. I get it back and my computer seems 2 work and All my commission stuff is still there! I was so happy. The only thing lost was my Program files. Which sucked but I could replace. Which brings us to today! I have everything back and I'm good to go!


I'm going to answer questions on probably the most pressing issues at hand now. Leave a comment if you had a question that I don't give already here or send a note if you want to keep it personal.

Will I be Finishing my Que list?
Yes. All commissions and free art will be done before taking on new stuff as to not further delay anything.

Will you be answering old notes?
Yes and No. Note asking about a commission may be old and outdated. If you still want the commission you asked for Just re note me and we will work something out. Other notes not directed to a commission will be answered if relevant to the time.

If I have questions on anything else can I ask?
Yes you sure can. Like I said above I'm open to questions. Just be polite and clear about what you want answered. If you want it more personal just note me.



I once again am over the moon sorry for my absence and am happy to see people are still watching and waiting. To all my new followers I welcome you and hope you like what I bring to the FA community. Love everyone and hope to keep doing what I love.

Art Terms

I draw almost anything, with in reason. There are some thing that I don't draw such as vore and scat.
Over all, I will draw almost anything.

My Rights as an Artist:

*I may post commissioned works and any parts of them on any of my accounts.
*I may put any commissioned works into my art portfolio.
*I may enter commissioned works in contests and art shows.
*I may sell prints of commissioned works.
*I have the right to decline any commission before money has been exchanged.
*I have full rights to the commissioned artwork.
*I have the right to stream any work that isn't specified as 'private' in advance, by the client.
*If you post something that was previously marked as 'private', I have the right to upload it as well.


Customer Rights:

*Prints or copies of any kind of the art may not be sold, unless permission by me is granted.
*The artwork is for personal use only unless discussed and agreed upon before payment is received.
*Artwork may be re-posted onto other sites if it has been made for the re-poster, but written credit must be stated clearly where the image is posted.
*My art may not be used as as watermarks, logos, covers (books, CDs, etc), ads, etc. without discussing it before payment is given.
*If you buy a sketch or line art from me, you have my permission to color it yourself or to have it colored by another artist. Please just make sure you and the other artist includes written credit if the image is re-posted to gallery's, colored or otherwise.

Payments:

*I require 100% of payment upfront. It's much easier than to chase people around for payments. I work very quickly, and sometimes clients may only check their messages once a week, making me halt progress on work, and messing with my flow.
*In instances of large orders, payment plans can be made and discussed

Refunds:

*A refund may be requested at any time
*If a refund has been requested but the commission has been started, a partial refund will be issued. This partial refund is based on my discretion for how much work and time I've put into the image.


WIP process and changes:

For types with WIPs, there's usually one WIP, and that is of the rough sketch phase. You can have anything changed about the pose in this phase. Once this WIP has been approved, I go on to finishing touches, and painting. Nothing after the approval stage concerning the pose can be changed, without incurring an additional fee, if painting has already been started. (Unless the mistake is on my end.)

**WIPs aren't included in journal specials, sketches, auction pieces, YCHs. If they are, it will be specified on the submission/advert/journal.
