I need a digital artist who knows how to make awesome reef sheets and accept western union payment if you know anyone plz tell me

I nearly asked a lot of famous artists if they accept payment in western union ...but all said no....and I m like why?? I can pay upfront
And I have a good reason , in my country we don t have paypal and I don t own neither want a credit card ..... Can someone plz tell me how can I solve this ... I need a ref sheet for my suit and a new one for a character I making ....Plz someone anyone help
