where my life stands at the moment
Posted 12 years agoalrighty, so at the current time I am writing this I haven't been feeling very happy with myself.
I've been terribly self conscious with how I present myself to my friends and schoolfolk. I'm getting so much anxiety it's killing me from the inside.
then I've been feeling terribly depressed about my relationships and the fact that the one I still love has moved on and that really sucks. ugh.
this year hasn't been good for my mental health.
but school ends in like 4 days! yaaaay~
for the month of june I have a ton of crap to get done, I have to work on my Anthrocon artwork and finish my Neon fursuit(s) and get a friend to travel all the way to pittsburgh with me and just aaaahhh stress. I have to study for exams this weekend, but hopefully I will produce some art at some points along the way.
I've been trying to stay away from FA because I haven't really been trusting the site as much as I used to. hmm.
but I will still post some art here and there.
have a good weekend fellas!

Posted 12 years agoi’m currently very tired, stressed, depressed with it. i’m not really enjoying the workload and the things that we’re being taught right now. i grit my teeth everytime i hear my alarm go off, and get up at the bloody crack of dawn.
but I’m not gonna give up. i love to learn. i want knowledge and to know what’s going on in this wonderful world. if i drop out of school now, i won’t be able to get a job. even if i get a job, it will probably be the shittiest thing that pays below minimum wage. really, i’m trying to look forward to the summer, to the weekends, to the time when i’ll be at college doing something that i WANT to work in, and that i have an interest in. then i imagine working in a job i do not hate and make a decent wage in. and owning a dog or cat when i get enough money. <3
but for now we must remember that this is only temporary, and that school will not be like this forever. whether you have 4,3,2, or 1 more year, please keep on trucking. take one thing at a time. if you can’t fix it, try and be flexible.
everything will be okay in the end. if it’s not okay, it’s not the end.

today was a snow day, which was very nice. made a lot of progress on my suit, and revised this stupid essay we got assigned in English.

Life updates and heart surgery
Posted 12 years agoI apologize for my absence. My dad recently had heart surgery, and I went to live with a friend with no internet ;w; weh weh
luckily, the surgery was very successful, and my daddy is doing fine! <3 really worrying, though..
In other news, school is being a real jerk. I'd really like to be enthusiastic about school. I generally love school. but FUCKING HOMEWORK KEEPS GETTING PILED UPON ME. not to mention the seniors have kicked me out of my spot for drawing a still life.
no one likes freshmen.

Life has been overall very quiet lately. Semester exams caused me to study endlessly, and at the same time I was taking driving lessons from 5 till 8 each night. x_x bleh
but now, everything is winding down, and I hopefully will get a bit more time to draw.
I recently obtained a new computer! It's beautiful and in HD *sparkle sparkle* I'm really enjoying it, but I have terrible artblock.. not much digital art unless I get inspired.

Posted 13 years agoAfter 24 hours of leaving AC, I can safely say that that was the best convention I've ever gone to. (other than Youmacon with friends, but that was only a day) There were so many nice folks, and I suited around a TON oWo
I met a few nice people, and I looked at all the pretty art. I commissioned a sketch badge from
darknatasha and when I got it, I was so happy! <333 It's perfect! I also bought an owl from 
mangoislandcreations and named him Willigton. He's so soft and cuddly <3
I really wish I wasn't with parents though. My mom was slightly grumpy and tired the entire time. My dad was a bit of a derp and kept following me around when I wanted to be alone. I'd say that was the biggest fall of the con. And this year I was officially allowed to wander on my own!
Other than that, I loved it. The raves were the best I've seen from the con.
ONE DAY WHEN I GET MY DRIVERS LICENCE I WILL TAKE SOME FRIENDS AND WE WILL ENJOY THE ANTHROCONS TOGETHER >:C
