Please be sure to read any info you see.
Some designs / characters have info on them / their designs.
The folders usually have a marker key explainer.
There are plenty of designs in the reduced aisle folder.
These are the lowest they will ever be if not bought in a bundle. (Like a bargain bin if you will /cri.)
You MUST have a TH account. (I do have invite keys if you don't have one.)
Just a note; most of the resell characters, I don't have the full res of anymore.
What is on TH is the full res that I had. I can link you it if need be but you will get access to it regardless.

Left Over Adopts + Haggles.

I am allowing some haggles on left over adoptables.
Any not finished designs, custom designs or collaborative designs are not included. Everything else is potentially up for offers though.
(Please note my prices are GBP, so if you try to offer in $ make sure it isn't a lowball please.)
For a limited time; I will be offering extra art options to pretty much everything (These are artistic freedom.)
Opt1, for an extra £5 you can get a simple chibi of the bought adopt (Maybe not as big)
Opt2, for an extra £10 you can get a simple lil doodle of the bought adopt
(Op3, £15, both opt1 and 2 basically)
I am allowing haggles on any designs listed here.
I am open to offers on characters here, but much less likely to haggle let alone sell them. (I'm just listing these in case)
Please comment below with your haggle/price offer, and the link to the design. (please state which design if its a batch)

I am trying to keep this updated.
This is not aimed at any individual person nor is this a personal attack on anybody.
You can find more information about my T.O.S here. It is on you to read this first.
Cancellation Grace Refund
I always reserve the right to cancel your commission if I feel the need to. Normal refund rules still apply.
However if the commission is cancelled due to something on my end then there will be a grace percentage of 10% added on top for your sake.
Artwork Refunds
♡ Not Started ♡
If the Image has not been started, then you can ask for a 100% refund.
I can normally only refund you near to my pay check date, which is the 6th of each month.
However in doing so you will lose any and all rights to the image and I can reuse the piece.
♡ Sketched ♡
If the Image is being/has been sketched, then you can only ask for a 80% refund.
I can normally only refund you near to my pay check date, which is the 6th of each month.
However in doing so you will lose any and all rights to the image and I can reuse the piece.
♡ Lined ♡
If the image is being/has been lined, then you can only ask for a 50% refund.
I can normally only refund you near to my pay check date, which is the 6th of each month.
However in doing so you will lose any and all rights to the image and I can reuse the piece.
♡ Coloured / Shaded ♡
If the image is being/has been coloured or shaded then you cannot ask for a refund.
The image will be fully finished. You keep all rights to the image and I cannot reuse the piece.
3D Refunds
♡ Not Started ♡
If the Model has not been started, then you can ask for a 100% refund.

♡ Meshed ♡
If the Model is being/has been meshed, then you can only ask for a 80% refund.

If the Model is being/has been textured, then you can only ask for a 50% refund.

♡ Rigged / Imported ♡
If the Model is being/has been rigged/imported to blender, then you cannot ask for a refund.
The model will be fully finished. You keep all rights to the model and I cannot reuse any newly created assets and textures.
You absolutely can contact me about a WIP at any time, but please be aware of my work schedule.
I only work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I am in the GMT time zone.

By buying from/commissioning me, you the customer; are fully agree to ALL of the Terms and Conditions listed below.
These rules are to protect myself, but also to help the customer with knowing what to do if needed.
You can find more information about my refund terms and policy here. It is on you to read this first.
♡ General Stuff ♡
You cannot alter any of my work specifically at all, be it a model, artwork or design, the only exception to this are my bases.
However you can ask me to make alterations of my work for you. There will most likely be a fee.
You will get permission to use the item/work, however you cannot reproduce, resell, trace, rip parts or claim anything as your own.
You are not buying rights to my actual work, you will not actually own my work.
Just like how I will not own the characters involved in my work, so if you resell the character I do not hold any claims to them, however you will not own any claims to the artwork if you resell the character.
You can alter your character freely, like their hair or eye colour, but you are altering the character, not the original design. You cannot alter the design artwork.
You must ALWAYS credit me when specifically using any of my work, be it a model, template/base, artwork or design.
Commissioning others to work on my design does not need any credit linking back to me, however you still cannot claim the design as your own.
You are in no way or form allowed to remove my signature. You may ask me to move it around for you, but it will never be removed.
In the event I give you an unmarked / signatureless version, you cannot post that piece unless it is marked.
However if I gave you an unmarked version specifically of the Nut Button YCH, The Sad Emote YCH or the Chibi Dancy YCH in the past, then you do not need to worry.
I will be adding my signature to all finished pieces from here on out. Dated, 22nd September 2022.
♡ Bases ♡
When buying a Base from me you are agreeing that you are buying a template from me that you can alter.
You will get permission to use and alter the template, however you cannot reproduce, resell, trace or claim the template itself as your own.
This is a digital product, there will be no physical shipping unless stated otherwise. You will only receive digital files.
*You cannot resell the template to others, franken-doll the template into your own new base or claim it as your own base.*
**You can use the template to make your own ychs/commissions/designs, IF YOU OWN THE BASE. (If it is a free base, you can still alter it if you own the base.)**
***You can use my base in tandem with others bases to make a refence sheet or adoptables, however you cannot take parts, for example: my bases head, on another creators base to create a brand new base.***
♡ 3D Commissions ♡
When buying a 3D Commission from me you are agreeing that you are buying a 3D Model from me.
You will get permission to use the model, however you cannot reproduce, resell, rip parts or claim the model as your own.
This is a digital product, there will be no physical shipping unless stated otherwise. You will only receive digital files.
*You can indeed use the model to increase the price of a character, IF YOU PAID FOR IT.*
**You cannot resell parts of my model, use parts of my model for your own model or claim it as your own model.**
♡ Art Commissions ♡
When buying an Art Commission from me you are agreeing that you are buying artwork from me.
You will get permission to use the artwork, however you cannot reproduce, resell, trace or claim the artwork as your own.
This is a digital product, there will be no physical shipping unless stated otherwise. You will only receive digital files.
*You cannot sell my work as prints, use it as a base for a commission, use it for monetary gain or claim it as your own.*
**You can use the art to increase the price of a character, IF YOU PAID FOR THE ARTWORK AND IF YOU OWN THE CHARACTER.**
♡ Adoptables ♡
When buying an Adoptable from me you are agreeing that you are buying the character rights from me. Not the design rights.
You will get permission to use the CHARACTER, however you cannot reproduce, trace or claim the design or artwork as your own.
This is a digital product, there will be no physical shipping unless stated otherwise. You will only receive digital files.
*You can increase the price of the character, IF YOU PAID FOR EXTRA ART. *
**This above rule means specifically do not under ANY circumstance sell the character for more than it is worth / was bought for unless there is extra art.**
***You can alter the character however you like, but not my actual design itself. You cannot claim the design as your own.***
****If the character you are buying is a Closed Species, you are not buying rights to the actual species itself, only rights to the character.****
*****If you want to make my design, be it a pre-existing Closed Species or generic design, into a Custom Species of your own, you MUST talk to me first. There will be a fee.*****
******Little added tidbit; You are completely fine to resell a character of mine you got from trading,
Ignoring or breaking these terms will automatically get you blacklisted. You will not have the right to use the thing in question.
I use Design and Character as two separate entities as to not cause confusion. The Character is the Adoptable, and the Design is the Artwork / Design.
When you buy an adoptable, you are buying the Character and the design in a way belongs to you, but you are not buying the rights to claim the design as your own.
Think similar to when you buy a bag, it is yours. You do own it. HOWEVER, you did not create it or design it, you cannot claim the design as yours just because you dye it pink.
♡ Work Schedule ♡
I suffer with severe anxiety and do not normally answer on my days off.
These are days I work. My time zone is GMT.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
♡ Posting Rules ♡

♡ Things I will and won't draw ♡
I always reserve the right to deny your request or commission. I can also cancel your commission if I feel the need to.
Refund rules still apply however if the commission is cancelled due to something on my end then there will be a grace percentage of 10% added for your sake.
I feel up to trying most things however the things I absolutely will not draw are:
Most overly obscene Fetishes like Scat, Vore, Hyper, Micro.
Ferals and Extremely Shorthair, because I struggle with them.
Guns and Most Weapons, Most backgrounds, if I do they will be simplistic.
Any design that has feathers, I will not draw every single feather.
Minors in anything other than a wholesome setting.
♡ Extras and Fees ♡
Extra Limbs Fee, this is relating to Artwork Commissions, extra pairs of limbs cost a base price of £15. +£10 per extra pair.
Bat/Dragon/Demonic Wings Fee, this is relating to Artwork Commissions, the wings cost a base price of £10. +£5 per extra pair.
Feathered/Angel/Moth Wings Fee, this is relating to Artwork Commissions, the wings cost a base price of £15. +£10 per extra pair.
Hair Length Fee, this is relating to Artwork Commissions, if the hair goes past the thighs it has a +£10 fee. +£15 fee instead if the hair touches the floor whilst standing.
Alternate Variants Fee, this is relating to Artwork Commissions, Each variant has a fee. But these are a case by case issue. Contact me about it.
To make one of my adoptable designs into your own Custom Species, there is a £40 fee added to the design's price.
The fee is so high since you will be using the design as a base for your Custom Species, and that means you can then make profitable adoptables based from my initial design.
*If you have a something listed above but only half of it, so one extra limb, or one wing, ask me about the pricing as it will be a case by case scenario.*
