Please read through my entire TOS before commissioning! Thank you so much ♥

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed below, regardless of whether you've read them or not.
I have the right to update/add/take away any terms to my TOS as I see fit without further explanation.

☽⊱·Purchasing Your Commission·⊰☾

- If you are interested in commissioning, you may send me a message asking when my next opening will be. I will open via post.
- Please provide a clear digital reference sheet. I will not accept any 3D models unless the character is very simple. I will only take descriptions for reference sheets. (Ask if you are unsure)
- You may have multiple reference sheets if needed, or pose references if you want a specific pose.

☽⊱·Payment·⊰☾

- I only accept PayPal
- Payment plans can be granted for larger commissions
- I will send you an invoice through PayPal with your commission total
- If you wish to see a WIP before sending payment, I can send a rough sketch for approval upon request. (if you choose not to commission after sent WIP I reserve full rights to the sketch and may reuse it)
- I can do refunds only if the drawing/drawings have not been started or have only been sketched, otherwise I cannot give you a full refund.

☽⊱·Waiting on Your Commission·⊰☾

- Please allow up to three months for commissions to be completed! In most cases you'll get your commission within a few days to weeks, depending on queue placement.
- You will receive a concept sketch of your commission before completion. ( Some commission options do not come with a WIP )
- It is okay to come and ask me about your commission, but please do not ask repeatedly. If I feel rushed in any way I may not be able to finish your commission to my best ability! Please be patient, art takes time and skill.
- Once started I may not accept changes to a character or commission request. Message me about any changes you may need and we can discuss whether or not I'm able to make them. I'll try to be as flexible as I can!
- The best time to ask for changes will be the concept sketch stage, please express your concerns at that time.

☽⊱·Finished Commission·⊰☾

- You may make edits to your completed commission after you have paid and received it in full (Please let me know of any edits you make)
- Once I've finished your commission I have the right to upload it to any of my galleries.
- If you wish to stay private please let me know ahead of time!
- You may repost my art as long as you give me full credit at least once
- I can make a post "Anonymous" for no extra cost
- If you are unhappy with the commission please let me know right away! I'll try and fix any mistakes I've made or make adjustments where needed (if at all possible)

☽⊱·Reposting·⊰☾

- You may repost the art you receive or commission from me on any platform
- If you are not the commissioner or owner of the character you are prohibited from reposting my art without my direct approval!
- Please be sure to give proper credit to me as the artist when reposting. Linking is not necessary but recommended ♥
- You as the commissioner have full rights to the character, not the art. I still have all the rights to repost, advertise, etc. with the art I create.
- Do not sell/recreate/trace/reference/or claim as your own! This includes making shirts, stickers, or any merchandise to sell. Even if you are the commissioner. You may however purchase items for your use only! (nonprofit)
- I will not remove signatures or watermarks.
- You may never crop my signature out unless for icons, collages, headers, wallpapers etc.
- Profiting off my work in any way is strictly prohibited unless discussed otherwise with me.

☽⊱·Important to note·⊰☾

- My style is very saturated and your characters original colors may look different. If you do not like artistic freedom with colors I may not be the right artist for you. (I like to put many overlays and colors over my art to make it pretty and cohesive)
- I am still developing my art style, and you may see changes or inconsistency from piece to piece.
- I will NOT draw copyrighted characters that do not belong to the commissioner (characters from games i.e Pokemon are fine,)
- There are still some things I am not comfortable or able to draw yet. If I decline you please don't be upset, I just don't feel comfortable charging for something I'm not confident in making!
- If I am unable to finish your commission, for any reason (including but not limited to, sickness, broken equipment, inability to draw what is asked) a full refund will be given.

☽⊱·Character and Species Restrictions·⊰☾

**These are all tentative and I may or may not draw them as I please**

- Closed species ( ask if unsure )
- Some bird and insect species
- Very obscure difficult species
- Mech characters ( Mech parts are okay )
- Full Robotics

☽⊱·Things I will Draw·⊰☾

(including but not limited to)

- SFW + tasteful NSFW
- Nudity and lingerie
- Plus size ♥
- Candy Gore / Wounds
- Depression / Anxiety
- Complicated outfits
- Sci-fi / Steampunk / Modern / Fantasy etc...
- Feral (only special occasions)
- (I may draw humanoids but I am very inexperienced)
(Ask if unsure)

☽⊱·Things I will NOT Draw·⊰☾

(including but not limited to)

- Extreme NSFW
- Feral NSFW anatomy
- Babyfur (younger is okay, but please verify with me!)
- The act of self harm (Scars are okay ♥)
- Anything that I may come across that makes me uncomfortable or just don't like
- Character exaggeration ( unrealistic muscles, inflation, hyper etc. )
(Ask for anything you are unsure of)

If you're unsure, don't be afraid to ask! But please don't be offended if I turn something down. I don't wish to shame anyone, I just don't feel comfortable with some things. I have the right to decline if I feel uncomfortable in any way.
