Sending payment for a commission means that you:

--PAYMENT--

Payment is due when I get to your slot. This will be handled through invoice (you will supply your Paypal email, and I will send you an invoice for the amount once it is agreed upon). Commissions totaling $45 or more may be paid half at start and half upon completion, but commissions below $45 must be paid in full at start.
If you are unable to pay at the time your slot comes up, I will move on to the next slot and ask you again once that is complete.

I accept payment through Paypal primarily, but if you are for some legitimate reason unable to use Paypal we can discuss an alternative.

I can accept DeviantArt points as payment at a rate of 100 points/dollar, but this option is only available for non-fetish non-adult commissions.

-Cancellations and Refunds-

If you decide against purchasing a commission before I have gotten to your slot, let me know and I will remove you from the queue.
If you decide to cancel a commission I have already begun working on, I will refund what you paid minus the cost of whatever state of completion the commission is in at the time.

--COMMUNICATION--

I can be contacted via the notes system on FurAffinity or DeviantArt. WIPs can be posted on FA, shared via Google docs or Dropbox, emailed, or shared via Skype.

-WIPs and Revisions-

I will provide a "Work In Progress" image after every step (sketch, lineart, color, etc) and after every revision. Multiple errors pointed out in one go constitutes a single revision.

The number of revisions accepted for a piece depends on the commission type:

Sketches: 2 revisions max
Lineart: 5 revisions max
Flat color: 7 revisions max
Full color: 10 revisions max
Deluxe Reference Sheets and Deluxe Digital: 15 revisions max

A single pose redraw is permitted in commissions full color and up, but only in the sketch stage. Redraws/large edits in other stages and revisions over the limit will incur an additional fee.

--CHARACTERS WITHOUT REFERENCES--

Except in the case of Deluxe References and timed streams, reference commissions involving a character that does not have an existing up-to-date image will be subject to a $35 character design fee.

Character designs are only available in reference sheet and timed stream commissions.

--PERMISSIONS AND RIGHTS--

Unless arranged otherwise, I the artist retain full rights to any commission image, including but not limited to print selling and advertising.

Customers are permitted to use/display their commissions in any non-profit fashion with credit given (reposting on FA, printing for personal use, etc). Signature most be kept intact except in the case of cropping a small section of a piece to be used as an icon.

If you are interested in commissioning work to be used in a commercial fashion (ex. logos, official art for an indie game, etc), this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis over notes or email.

--PRIVATE INFORMATION--

Personal information acquired for payment or other commission purposes (including, but not limited to: email, legal name, age, or location) is considered to be confidential information and will not be shared or distributed without the express permission of the person it pertains to.

I expect the same treatment for my own private information.

--RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE--

I maintain the right to refuse service for any reason at all, including but not limited to commission content and/or behavior of a would-be client.
Please consult my "Will not draw" list below for content I am likely to refuse. If you are unsure whether I would be comfortable with drawing your preferred content, feel free to ask.

- Excessive violence in a sexual context (Mild BDSM is ok, but not to the point of causing serious injury)

Some of you may have noticed I've started submitting things again. I've been dealing with school and low confidence in my art for some number of months now. School is finishing up, though, and I've started arting more! So, yeah. Expect more I guess!

I'll be updating my price list sometime soon, since it's been over a year since I last did so. I might open commissions some time after I do (I've been taking a few off-site), though I dunno if there'd be any interest since I haven't exactly kept this account lively!

I meant to write this up right after the con, but that did not happen so now I am doing so.
So yeah, ANTHROCON!

It was cool. For most of the con I hung out with  wisty and  crpdude, which was nice. Wisty fed me all weekend too, which was double nice and I owe him some arts.

Chilled and drew with  milkybody,  zicnoracel,  AlexxiaTheFeisty, and some other people I cannot remember the accounts of offhand but everyone was really cool.

Bought some squids at  vombatiformes and  arpad's booth and some earrings at  breakspire's booth, and everybody was super nice and recognized me from last year. :D
I also ran into  artslave and  vallhund each very briefly, which was neat. I think there were more artists I ran into but it was like 3 weeks ago and my memory is kaput!

I also had a booth in the Artists' Alley, and didn't manage to sell any hats and only got a handful of commissioners, but I made about as much as I did last year due to increased prices. :)

There are probably like a million things I am forgetting and I did enjoy socializing with everyone even if I neglected to mention them specifically in this journal, but overall it was a lot of fun and I look forward to next year!

AC is nearly over, and so many cool things have happened. :D I shall do a proper journal about it later.
For now though, would anyone be interested if I did a sale with at-con prices? Didn't end up doing much at the con, and I'm still raring to go on commissions. :D

-Complexity fees-

Prices listed are base prices that assume a wingless character with a moderate amount of detail. If your character has complex markings (ex. rosettes, highly specific stripe patterns, 5 or more pelt colors, etc) or wings, you can expect the price to be a bit higher. On the other end of things, if the character is simple (ex. Jigglypuff, Kirby, etc), the price may be a bit lower.
As a general rule, there will be an additional $10 fee for membrane wings and an additional $15 for feathered wings. Highly complex wings may cost a bit more (ex. combination feather/membrane wings, intricate patterns, etc).

-Cancellations and Refunds-
