Thank you watchers!
Posted 8 years ago:D Hey thanks! First comment with a ref gets a freebie.
...And please don't watch me just for the free piccie...I'd like to show my appreciation to the watchers who decided to just go for it despite my not having much in my gallery at the moment.
Thanks!
P.S. - If this is still sitting here unclaimed by Sunday evening then I'll try again when I hit a milestone or something.
Anyhow thanks folks, you're awesome.

Wow, what a year!
Posted 8 years agoWell hello FA!
This past year has been a lot to handle. A lot of big life changes, inner conflict and business. I'm happy to say that now things seem to be settling. I can gladly say that I was able to make AC 17 and wow, I'm really glad I did. Cheers to new friends! Hip hip hooray!
That being said, being immersed in the furry scene resparked the interest in drawing. I also have an Artisul tablet with screen now. I have a lot of plans regarding my future artistic endeavors, which soon I'll be able to share with the community.
To register and then go a year without uploading...well I'm not too pleased about it. But all I can do now moving forward is stay true to myself and find time for art. In my younger life it was such a priority, the goal is to return to that. I would absolutely say most of this year my being MIA was the result of a combination of things. The biggest and most detrimental being grieving the loss of my little brother. I will never be the same, but I need to keep on keeping on, or else I'll fall to pieces.
So thank you to everyone who I've interacted with recently who has been supportive, and encouraged me to get back to drawing. It means more to me than you know.
Stay tuned for the artsy stuff. I'll have some finished pieces uploaded soon. I hope you've all had a great year in the time I've been MIA.
Much love. ❤️

Thank You - And Updates
Posted 9 years agoFirst off I just wanted to say thank you to anyone who has watched, favorited, and/or commented on anything I've put up. It's really exciting to get ANY AND ALL feedback from other furries.
As you probably guessed, there aren't many people in my non-internet life that I can share these things with. Granted, I hope that changes as I meet more local furries. There's a Fur Bowl coming up and I'm hoping to attend. It would certainly be nice to have a local furiend or two.
Now onto the more interesting stuff:
- I've designed another character/OC. I'm considering him to be a male-sona. His name is Forest and he's a coyote. I already have pages of doodles to smooth out his design, expect to see him soon!
- I've got the sketch finished for a two character picture with a background. -le gasp- My first background attempt!
- Getting the hang of FireAlpaca. Digital coloring is more fun than I thought it would be.
A little improvement with each picture goes a long way. Again, much love to you all. And thanks for watching!

Gram calls us "Fuzzies"
Posted 9 years agoI'm over helping her clean her house and declutter. We hit a box which had A LOT of drawings I did when I was a wee tot. What did I draw? Dragons and dinosaurs and foxes and pokemon. I guess deep down I was always a fuzzy.
Excitement!
Posted 9 years agoSo this is something that I'm sure the internet doesn't care about, but something that I'm excited about and want to post somewhere and facebook didn't seem appropriate.
I made the decision less than a week ago to go to Anthrocon this year. This is after probably 5 or 6 years of not being involved in any way with the furry community. I have those first con jitters all over again. I'm just so excited! To make things even better there's a forum on AC's website for room sharing, and I'm messaging a few people for floor space. So I get to go to the con, and I don't even have to sleep in a box under a bridge with the homeless! Whoopee!
My new scanner just came in the mail yesterday, and I FINALLY got my dinky little cheapo tablet to work and installed FireAlpaca. It seems like a better free art program than Open Canvas. And to top it all off I found a nice little sketch book I forgot about in my closet. THE STARS ARE ALIGNING FOR ME. FFFUUUUUU YEAH!
AND I was able to get in touch with a friend of mine I haven't talked to in a long time. That means I'll at least know a familiar face at the con! Even if we just chill for a few minutes that would be enough for me.
I'm excited to be making new friends, creating new art. I feel so rusty but that's okay, I'm committed to 30-60+ minutes per day. I'm very excited to see how quickly my art changes. And yes, I'm confident it will change quickly; it's only been a few days and things are 'clicking'.
So yes, just excited. Excited about furry stuff, art stuff, con stuff.
Yessssssss.
