I got a call from my mom who told me that my grandmother, my last surviving grandparent, has died recently. I’m very shocked right now. At least, I got to see her again a couple years ago when I got the chance.

I normally don't speak Tagalog, but I want to type this to honor her as best I can:

"Mahal kita, Lola. Kasama mo ulit si lolo, tito ko, at pamangkin ko. Pagpalain ng Diyos."
